If you want quick inspection without waiting for them to finish a oil change on another car, this is the place.I had my truck inspected on another place for at least 6 years and every time it passed inspection regarding the window tinting, but this time I had to remove it to pass it.

I ve sent my fleet here for years! Usually fast and helpful. Today was just the opposite. The two locations in my area seem to never figure out when they will take their lunch till we need their service. One was already closed. And the other closed after I was in the lobby. That wasn t what really offended me. When he told me he was closed I asked him if he knew when the other location would reopen. He said No I have no idea. If your looking for something immediately there are 97 inspection stations within an hour of his and I could choose any one of them . So I responded to him with your people came to me wanting my fleet. You Just lost it!Service: Emissions testing

Have been coming here for inspections for a while now. Today I took my wife's car in and this time they decided to charge me for window tint checks. I was assured by the cashier, stating with a straight face, that "only high end cars like Ferraris and Maseratis have factory window tint". Yes, at no point would a manufacturer as proletariat as Toyota roll a car out of their factory with window tint. I'm sure my wife's car, purchased from the Toyota dealership as is, only had factory tint by mistake. So, I can only assume that they get a kickback for up-charging customers or this guy is just a dotard. Anyway, unless you are independently wealthy and own a fancy car, you will probably pay for a tint fee. Going elsewhere for my other vehicles.

45-50 miles is plenty of time to reset all monitors after purchasing a new battery. Having said that, guy refused to even hook my car to the computer to see if it would pass after driving 46 miles. Drove right down the road (maybe 2 more miles) to the place that told me to drive that distance to begin with. It passed with flying colors. Felt as if I were treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. Even if I didn't, I don't feel as if I should have been turned away because he felt as if he were more knowledgeable than I.

Went to this garage for an inspection on my jeep, before 430pm on Friday the attendant already had the closed sign showing when the hours of operation said close at 500pmHe refused to inspect my jeep and I took my business to Duncan's Exxon on Church St

There were a few cars ahead of me when I got there but I still got in and out very fast. No problems at all. Will definitely go back for my next inspection.

Made an appointment for three Saturday. They say they close at five on Saturday. Got over there at about ten minutes to three and no one was there and said closed on the door. I tried calling the office to see what's up. No answer. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will never go back.

This was the DEKRA on Webb Aveune in Burlington. Stopped going there when they did not pass my SUV that had nothing wrong with it. Come to find out their machine was not working properly. They charged me for inspection. Took my SUV to dealership and no issues with vehicle. Guy at DEKRA seemed lazy and slow. I was able to get my money back. Aftet complaining he give me all $23 dollars back in all coins...not professional. Have not had any problems with the DEKRA on Alamance Road. The guy(s) there have always been extremely professional and nice.

Dont go there, there was nothing wrong with my car and told me I had a problem in it. Took it elsewhere and passed it like nothing. Ps. They still charge you even when they fail your inspection. I don t recommend it.

Fast and efficient! With a toddler that gets impatient fast it is nice they get me in and out fast!
