Parts was on order for 3 weeks. No one called to let us know when they was in. Also we have the extra warranty.....they was trying to charge us a deductible.....I had to find my paper and text a picture of where it said NO DEDUCTIBLE! You would think they would know!

So this is why you don't take your car to a dealership for service. A $39 dollar walmart radiator hose cost $220 and I was charged for 2 hours of labor and waited for 6 hours because the technician was told to work on other cars plus lunch. Total of repair was $650.00 I even took a video of the leak so they knew exactly what to replace. Find a local car repair place. Thankfully I have one. I unfortunately had the hose break 45 minutes from home.Service: Auto water leak repair

I had no problem with the service center it was the dealership itself. They wasted hours of my time and we're willing to lie and cheat to try to get me to buy a car I didn't want then kept adding on fees and I ended up paying 3000 more dollars for the same car bc they kept changing the price up during the buying process

We were kept informed of diagnosis and time frame for completion.We were told it was ready, but a short drive revealed it was not.Returned to the service department and had to leave it over the weekend.It was ready on Monday day at no additional cost to us!Our Dodge Ram truck hasn't run nor sounded this good in a long time!Thank you all!
