Wow! Easily the best experience I've ever had buying a used car.Great service, fair pricing, and a good selection of warranty options. I walked in with a budget in mind, and I had no problems finding a car I felt comfortable in.These are some of the best deals I've come across. Definitely a hidden gem and worth the drive! Don't ever sell out to a big company, Ken!! Will be returning someday :)

If you are looking for a used car, look no further than Cox Auto. Ken was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all his cars. I told him what I looking for, and what I was willing to pay, and he worked with me. I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience than at Cox Auto

If you are looking for a vehicle, Cox is the perfect place to start.Ken made my shopping experience pleasant. He applied no pressure, no hoovering. Made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Ken was transparent, professional and easy to talk with. He handled everything from doing the initial paperwork to registering my vehicle. All I had to do was drive away in my new vehicle.When I am in the market for another vehicle, Cox will be my first stop!

Just bought a car from Kenny! He made it easy when me and my mom were buying the car. He let us take our time and he didnt rush us! He was friendly and very knowledgeable even about the cars he sold my uncle! I am super happy with my car! The warranty wasn't an arm and a leg. Hopefully I won't need another car just yet. But if I do! Id definitely don't want to go anywhere else.

I would give 6 stars if i could. I drove 11 hours from Michigan to purchase a vehicle here. The vehicle was exactly as described. The owner himself stayed 3 hours late to make this deal happen. Everything was in order and i was in and out in 30 min. Best car buying experience I've ever had. These guys are GREAT! Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a hassle free experience and super clean cars.

I recently purchased a truck from Cox Auto Sales and I couldn t be happier!! Mr. Ken Cox was very very knowledgeable and took time to find the vehicle that was best for me and my family! He cares about your needs and he is honest and very friendly and it was a easy process. Just bought a Ford Edge to replace a totaled Honda and he was very helpful; even with ftransferring the title paperwork that insurance sent [being incorrect] for totaled car he noticed right away it was a different state and he printed corrected and fedxed to ins co.

Got a truck from this place, looks good and drove good. When I got home I had to replace a few things, no big problems, I was happy I got this, in the end I had to dish out a little over $ 1500.00 so far, but what gets me is the fact that the whole bottom of the truck is rusted, not good. Told the man, even showed him and he said he would fix this by giving me another truck, but to this date, he has not. I will NOT buy from this man again, it is a low mileage truck, but the whole bottom is rusted, now I know why I got such a good deal, I feel I have been had, I do not like this!

I went to see these guys the other day. I had $4,500 to put down on a $8,000 vehicle and he refused to let me get it for some reason. So the only thing good I can say is they are very nice and friendly but do not go to this lot trying to pick the vehicle you want because they will pick the vehicle for you.

Brought an 10 Toyota Highlander for Ken. No pressure at all. He was kind and friendly. Only issue I had was after the test drive I realized that it was really low on brake fluid. Turn out that it was leaking from the abs modulator valve.
