I recently brought my 2008 Nissan Armada to Carolina Nissan for service. Our brakes were not functioning properly and it was a safety hazard. Initially, the problem was not easy to find but they were not deterred and found the problem and were able to fix it! Kenneth communicated and educated me throughout the process. My dear Armada (Santa Maria) has been restored and I no longer worry about my safety while driving. Because of Kenneth and his hard working team, Carolina Nissan has a customer for life!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Brakes

Carolina Nissan, Inc. was a VERY accommodating place both times I was there. The facility is very clean and everyone there is EXTREMELY pleasant, helpful, and professional. Very pleasant experience and didn't feel judged or taken advantage of because I am a woman. Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

We picked up our vehicle or truck from Nissan today after work was done replacing a fuel pump and the service engine light is on, the fuel tank is 3/4 full when we left it on close to empty. Not sure if that's an issue or not but the fact that the service light is on is an issue

The Technician, Mr. Willis @ the Burlington Shop service my truck on scale 1to10, I give him a 8, for a task well done. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Not very happy with them 3 strikes you're out I hope I never have to go there again They are rude unhelpful and Can't even do their little job.

I went to get key fob battery replaced. It was still on warranty. Plus I was able to snag fob covers in my favorite colors My Nissan Altima
