Man ! talk about top notch service , I m completely happy with how it turned out .car rides great again with the new tires. AlsoIt was great to be able to text in order to communicate, being at work. The tires they quoted me were not available, but he was able to get a different tire that cost more money per tire then the original quote, but he prices matched the old tires which I greatly appreciated that being he did not have to . I d highly recommend that company to anyone.. all yeah can t forget I was in and out in less then 45 minutes!!!

Bye far the best ALL AROUND automotive shop in the south! They have access to more than 150+ wheel options and even more tires! The business is expanding with so much more to come from complete detailing to full tire & wheel builds for every type of vehicle! I was treated like family. They worked late to accommodate my needs with the owner Louis getting down & dirty and the boss lady Ana going above and beyond to match up the fitment I needed for one of my cars. I can't say anything more except that they are absolutely 2nd to no one in the automotive game! Thank you so much, my friends!

It was great to be able to text in order to communicate since I don't have the time to be calling different places to get pricing and availability. Once they came in, we set up an appointment via text, I went there, it took 45 minutes and I was out. I'll probably go there for my oil change too since Ana was pretty cool and down to earth, as was the guy who changed my tires. It was the first time ever I went to the mechanic and I got back into my car and it didn't smell like fermented dude. I joke, but that was a big deal for me since I'm a bit of a clean freak. I'll definitely be going back. They're good people.

Was on a road trip today and had a flat. Called the great people over at alpha tire and they were able to get the exact tire we currently had on the car. They even stayed past their closing time to make sure we were able to get back home today. We really appreciate their kindness and just being all around great people.

I needed to purchase new tires asap for my sister's car who was in hospital and she needed new tires and inspection. I called Alpha tire based on their 5 star reviews they gave me a quote and had tires in stock which they installed that morning and arranged inspection at a shop right near theirs and they inspected right away ! EXCELLENT customer service love it !!!

I came in for an oil change, but the crew was so friendly and professional that I ended up getting a full detail as well. They did an awesome job and the shop looks great inside! I ll definitely be coming back for new tires and check out their rims :)

Very professional and good place has the tires and things that we always need and if they don't have it they order it. They call you. They remember your name and they give you good service. They pay attention to everything they do. Love this place. Go get your tires here

Absolutely recommend this place for all your tire needs. They were able to give me several options and were the most affordable. All staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home while you re there! I will definitely bring all of my cars here from now on! So thankful to find this local business!

Excellent service, the variety is outstanding the amount of options and prices were just remarkable. Called 6 shops that have been in business for decades neither one of them had what I needed in stock. Alpha tires took no time at all for them to throw the new ones on, I was in and out. On top of that. They shined up my wheels for me! More importantly everyone had a great smiles, Wonderful attitudes, tremendous personalities, very pleasant experience. Personally I won't go anywhere else now but alpha tires. All I can to the new customers is even if they don't have what you want on hand just know they didn't have mine on hand but took less 10 minutes to get them delivered to the shop. Thank you Alpha Tires, I got 2 more trucks coming your way!

I am never disappointed with the customer service at Alpha Tire and the quality of service is always top notch! I have gotten a set of tires in the past and have gotten my car detailed here as well and I am always impressed. The interior is also inviting, and they even have a designated workspace and lounge area. I have referred family and friends here as well!

Came to get my Mini Cooper a rotation and left very pleased! I noticed a young man also detailed cars there and was able to squeeze in an appointment. I had some coffee and did some work on my laptop. Before I knew it my car was good to go. Very honest and trust worthy people. Definitely coming back and referring my friends and family therePS: Whoever did their decor did such a great job. I LOVE IT! It feels so peaceful and not at all like your typical tire shop.

Decided to shop local for new tires for my Subaru, and was very happy with my decision!Luis at Alpha Tire was very nice and professional and helped me pick the right tires within my budget.I waited while my tires were installed. Their lobby is very clean and welcoming.Will definitely be using their services again!

Alpha Tire is the place to go if you need new tires!! Recently got new tires for my car here and had an amazing experience! I got my tires at a great price and they did an amazing job in a timely manner! The facility/waiting area is SO nice and clean, unlike any other tire shop I have ever been to. Everyone there is so professional and nice.... and as an added bonus there is a really cute dog :)Will definitely be going back here!

This local business owner has provided services to our community for a long time. I am so happy they decided to open their own shop! I headed straight there for my detailing and auto work. As I expected . I was unbelievably pleased by the quality of work and customer service at alpha tire. I have been to many auto shops that just treat you like a number or degraded me as a female. Alpha tire was respectful, informative, fair priced and prompt. I will always go here, send my family and friends. Go here. Stop wasting time and money anywhere else. This company is the superior product!

I loved my experience at Alpha Tire. The people there were so friendly and welcoming. I usually hate getting my tires changed and send my dad to do it for me- that was not the case here. They have a nice waiting area and free coffee bar. I was able to connect to their wifi and finish up my work on my laptop. My car had been making a terrible noise and luckily that was fixed with my new set of tires. I am very pleased and recommend this place to anyone in the area! Great business. Congratulations to the owners on such a fine place!

Absolutely Great customer service! Luis and Ricky are very Knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile! They are my go to when ever I need anything done to my tires or detailing also their prices are affordable as well.

I purchased a set of four new tires at an amazing price! Setting up an appointment was a fast, organized and smooth process. The customer service was exceptional & they have a nice area for you to stay entertain, or get some work done while you wait. Overall a great experience & I will definitely be going back!

Alpha Tire always helped me out with my Car needs since they opened their fast and friendly business and i felt so much welcomed as a girl who doesn't know anything about vehicles. I was always well informed to what I needed for my vehicle and was very happy as they have so many great deals on their tires and so much more. They also have an awesome car detailing business too where I could get a quick car wash or go big with an entire car detail, and they do such an incredible job! I will always come back here with no doubt !

The costumer service at alpha tire is phenomenal! I purchased 4 new tires for my car at a very reasonable price that beat any other tire center in Burlington. They also have a car wash/detail package as well. My car was looking brand new by the time they got finished with it! Inside and out! And everything was done in such a timely manner. They have a nice waiting area with FREE coffee! From their great prices and fast service, I will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Alpha Tires team of professionals and to the owner Luis Ambriz. At every moment of my visit I was greeted and treated with respect, kindness and mostly patience with my tire related questions. Luis walked me through my different choices and differences including a nice hot coffee from their free coffee bar which by the way I have never seen a tire shop with such a clean and posh waiting area and even has a table top area which you can work from. I was even able to get my car detailed by Mr. Ricky who did an incredible job leaving my truck spotless!Honestly I can say hands down the best treat I have had in a tire shop ever. And these people just started their business recently. I can not wait to see what they become in the short future! 100% recommend them!

These guys are awesome. Had to leave my car with a flat because the wheel wouldn't come off, I called them from Greensboro and they went out and repaired the flat without me even being there, even texted me a pic!! Super nice, would highly recommend, and I'll go by Alpha next time I need tires (or detailing)!

Awesome experience! I searched for weeks trying to find the best deal for tires for my vehicle. If you are looking for the best prices in town go to Alpha Tire! Not to mention their lobby area is extremely nice with free WIFI so I could get work done as well. They even offer a car wash package so I could have my car looking brand new to go along with my new tires! Thank yall for the wonderful experience and service. I will definitely we back!

Great Locally Owned Business Luis at Alpha Tires always provides prompt and affordable service! It's well worth the drive for me to go a little further to ensure that I'll get the best service around.
