This place is amazing! I called a million times with questions about my car and how I wanted it to sound they were super helpful and very friendly. The work was done quickly my car sounds amazing and I m very happy! 10/10

I emailed Alamance Mufflers asking if I can bring my vehicle over to have a magna flow exhaust installed on my car which fits my car perfectly seen in videos online. They said they can only use in store parts and that my exhaust may not be reliable enough. Magna Flow has been around a long time and has a very good reputation for being a fantastic place to get products that are reliable. I just don t see why they say that they cannot accept parts from the consumer even though they will still get paid. I know that there are policies regarding bringing in your own parts but from such a reliable company there should be no problem. It s also obvious that they have this policy to charge people more for a certain exhaust setup and it s ridiculous. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. This is for anyone who wants to install an exhaust that they have so don t waste your time with this place.

I called and had the shop weld in a provided h pipe on a mid pipe I brought to them. They were extremely hesitant to tackle it since it was my part. Price and quality was good. The pipe was bent some to weld the pipe in which made reassembly difficult, it worked great though.About 8 years ago, the same folks welded a flowmaster on a GMC truck I had. Was extremely pleased with that experience.

I want to start by saying, many people know me and I don t take leaving a positive review lightly.5 stars isn t enough. These people are GREAT. The best shop I ve ever dealt with. I normally do EVERYTHING myself, because most mechanics are crooks( sorry but it s true) . These people are honest about everything and I could go on and on about the professional, but you likely wouldn t read it. Take your exhaust work HERE, YOU WON T regret it.Service: Exhaust

I brought in my 2012 Grand Caravan with a lot of exhaust issues due to rust (the car spent most of its life in NY with their salt-covered roads and nasty slushy snow). Tiffany explained and even showed me what was wrong and Ty fixed it up right! Even though it needed a lot of work, the price was less than I feared! I was simply blown away by the courtesy, professionalism, and service. This highly intelligent, very experienced, and very professional young woman at the counter answered my call and all of my questions to my complete and thorough satisfaction. Not only was their quote accurate, the total cost of the end was the less than expected. Add to this the incomparable diagnosis and installation in less time than anticipated as well. Yes, my car did pass inspection after they finished the installation. God bless you and thank you for all you do.

Amazing service! My ride took forever to pick me up after dropping my car off and the lady at the front desk bought me a biscuit from Biscuitville. We talked for an hour about life and Pok�mon Go I wish I could remember her name. My car sounds spectacular by the way. Now I spend even more money on gas cause I can t stop driving my car around lol. I love it.

Alamance Muffler is the best around. I have used them for my personal vehicle as well as the company I work for has sent them at least a dozen vehicles for various reasons. Always prompt courteous service! Don't go anywhere else!

I just had a muffler repaired here! They saved me $650 from a quote that I had from another automotive business. Great service! Great Value! I drove in without an appointment and they worked me in and finished the job quickly! Great customer service! I will definitely let people know about this!

I went at 3 on a very sunny Friday when I am sure folks were thinking of the weekend. They were so nice and accommodating, fixed my issue for much less than I anticipated (something all Nissans seem to have) and got me on my merry way. The lady at the front desk explained everything in a way that was easy to follow but still very thorough.

Had a minor muffler/tailpipe issue and brought my car in late on a Friday afternoon. They were nice enough to look at it right away, diagnose the issue, show me the issue, and then get it fixed within about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and highly recommend Alamance Muffler!

Knowledgeable mechanics and staff, friendly and helpful over the phone. Very reasonable repair costs. Got my catalytic converter and O2 sensor replaced here.

Our van sounded as though it had a bad cold. We thought it sounded like an expensive and time consuming job. Wasn't expensive and it didn't take long before they found problem and fixed it. Nice to experience Professionalism without sacrificing good attitudes

First come and first serve unless they can make more money on other jobs. Pulled my 37 foot camper 30 miles 40 minutes after I was informed that it needed to be looked at but should be able to be left over night and muffler fixed the next day. When I got there I was informed that he could make 600 dollars in the 1 and half hours it would take to fix mine so he couldn't do it. Then he wouldn't even open the gate I had to back the 37 foot trailer in the street just to get out the parking lot.

Friendly receptionist. If you want your old parts you have to pay $100.00. They are my parts I should get them for free especially since the catalytic converter had some gold in it.

Very knowledgeable, great service, friendly. Pretty much everything you are looking for in a shop...they fix my civic exhaust in minutes and it was very affordable and please with the results...support local shops and get good work done on your car. Do I need to say more ?

They did my exhaust on my Camaro. About a month after I heard a bang and it started sounding like I was dragging something. I pulled over and found my muffler on the ground because they spot welded it instead of using the hanger. 3 of my friends have similar stories as well.

Went by one day they looked at car and suggested I go with a cat back because it was and easier install and was told to arrive by 8am so I ordered system and brought it with me at 8am and was told they don t like to mess with them and preferably didn t want to. Will never do business with them again.

I have brought multiple vehicles to Ty over the years, always grade A service. He was the only one that said he could do and did the exhaust on my 67 mustang. 3" from the headers back, still on there to this day He also got my 69 F100 sounding right twice as well. (two different engines) I recommend him to all my customers that need major exhaust work.

They just put a flowmaster supper 10 on my wife's Toyota sienna. That's right .a supper 10 on a sienna. And it sounds amazing. Not highschool loud. Not backyard bolt on rough and rattaly. They have done the systems on all 4 of our cars. I refuse to go anywhere else. They have great prices. If you don't necessarily live in alamance county. Trust me it's worth the drive.
