Tried reaching out multiple times to have our glass door replaced but I guess we were not a priority as they never showed up or got back to me. Went to a local competitor and they were here within 2 hours. If you need something rushed or urgent this is not the place to go.

I took a sash from a double hung vinyl window with the inside pane broken. They quickly measured the glass, gave me a very competitive estimate. They gave me an expected delivery date. I reinstalled the sash until they call to let you know the new glass module has been delivered. I was told they will install the new one while I wait.UPDATE:. 12/31/2019. I was called yesterday with word that the glass was available to install. I took the sash in and the installation was done while I waited. Great work at a competitive price.

Replaced the windshield on my Silverado and did an excellent job. Woman at the counter could not have been any nicer. Professional and polite. Price came in just $12 over my insurance deductible and I was very pleased. 7-26-2019

Measured for my broken window mid-August, window ordered arrived at store still waiting to be replaced in my home. Tomorrow is October 1st. No calls with info unless I call them.

Set appointment for mike to come out to come and give estimate on glass replacement and that part went well. But then he was suppose to call me back within a couple of days with the quote to replace glass for my window. Three weeks later still do not have quote.
