I have to say, nicest staff in the world! Starting from the from the front desk to the manager they are really sweet . However , after 11 calls ( I actually know this ) I placed to them asking for help, 7 of those calls were for the same issue , I only received 1 return phone call after repeatedly being told I ve got your number right here , we will call you back . It honestly felt like the typical after the sale was over they didn t want to deal with me. I literally went to DMV , ordered AND received a tag before my tag through the mail before I got my tag from Nations Auto. So to sum it up. Awesome during the sale .. then awesomeness ends.

Very helpful and informative when buying my car and extremely helpful when I needed to get my car fixed. Everything was explained to me and the prices were fair and reasonable. 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely LOVE First Nations Auto, after waiting 5 years to get a car that wonderful Freddie exceeded my expectations and put me in a Kia and I love my car. Honest, Reliable, outstanding service. I love the service department. GREAT JOB Freddie and Cindy! You guys are the BEST in the Piedmont Triad!

I went to 1st nations for a service visit. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had! Absolutely great customer service. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a car or if you need some type of service on your vehicle.

My experience at 1st nations auto sales was way above 5 stars my sales man Freddy always did more than he had to and then there's Kim and the rest off the staff that all went out off there way to help at any time . I would recommend to any one looking for a good reliable vehicle this is the place to go . Very pleased and will buy another vehicle from them when the time comes . Thank you to all off the staff .

You will not be disappointed; the customer service is immeasurable; the reliability and quality of vehicles keeps me coming back; have 2 cars from them so far. If you are looking for a good reliable vehicle check them out.

worst auto buying experience ever if you buy a vehicle from them bring a mechanic with you i drove my new vehicle 3 times after i bought it before the rear end went out. Only being a week and a half old i called the dealer ship they said if i could get it there they would handle it. After it sitting on there lot for 2 days they called me to say its going to be $850 to fix it they absolutely will not stand by there warranty that they put on there vehicle which mine supposedly came with a 3 month warranty. The part that broke were $150 so they were going to charge me $700 in labor and would not guarantee there work they said "if i was driving home and it fell apart after being repaired it would still not be covered" i picked up my vehicle that day and dropped it off at my personal mechanic who fixed it the next day for $250 and gave me a one year warranty BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP they will try to take every penny from you they can.

I see most people had a good things to say.But the experience my daugther had with a car she got from there ,wasnt not good. The owner and mechanic wasn't friendly didn't fix the problem and haven't had the car a month .I would recommend this car lot.

That Darn Freddie, Craig and KIM!!!!!! They have done it again! I went back a few months ago and purchased my 2nd car from them my lovely Pear White Chrysler 300 Luxury edition! (HEAVEN!!) Absolutely LOVE MY CAR! but then I begin to realize this is not the car I want driving on a daily basis given my career and now I need something more eco friendly and simple. I just so happen to drive down the street and decided to stop a few moments later I was walking off the lot with my 2014 Nissan Altima . I am so grateful for 1st nations auto being apart of the Alamance Community serving us with 1. Professionalism 2. OUTSTANDING Customer Service 3. Reliable service 4. Won't bust your head open with the prices.I buy my cars from 1st nations and have Micky or Tommy in service do ALL my maintenance.

The most crooked company ever! We bought a Van from them to travel out of the Country. And purchased the extended warranty for four years or 40,000 miles. And the very next day the van breaks down with a faulty transmission. What was your response when we called about the problem? They'd give us our money back for the extended warranty because since you hadn't sent the paperwork in (even though we already signed the paperwork and paid in full) and they weren't going to honor it. PLEASE IF YOU CAN CARRY YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES IN A SUIT. But disgusting thieves nonetheless!!

NEVER WILL I EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN ... bought a 2007 Jeep Commander from them when we bought it we didn't know that the back door handles did not did not work they were placed it but then the engine light came on they said that they replaced a oxygen sensor but after taking it to another mechanic they had not 5 months after having it we have to replace the rear axle the car has rust underneath it definitely not worth the money we paid for it I needed a reliable car to take my son back and forth to Duke for his diabetic doctors appointment and to take my other son to Winston-Salem for his autistic appointments this car is not reliable at all very disappointed

They painted the undersides of the vehicles I looked at to hide rust. When the salesman was asked why.....he replied.."I just sell the cars...I dont know what our mechanics do to them back there"...
