Robert s Quick Lube is so convenient. You don t need an appointment. While getting your oil change, they will check your vehicle to make sure your windshield wipers and tires are in good shape as well. Great customer service. I wish they would bring back vehicle inspections.

Really wish I would have asked about pricing before I handed over my key!! 83$ for an oil change is crazy!! I didn't ask since all the reviews mentioned great prices I was so shocked I didn't question it when he told me the price after they did the oil chanfe. made me think later I was charged more since I have out of state plates. I'll definitely be shopping around for my next oil change

I read reviews before taking my car everyone said it's the fastest oil change I was like right? And let me tell you this place and workers are amazing. I was in and out in 10 minutes.Great prices, great service and great staff. I highly recommend this shop.They just gained 2 more customers my wife's car and my car.

Got me right in, addressed the work I was requesting, and elaborated on things that would be needed in addition. Shared a visual demonstration on why I'd need certain parts. You can literally sit and watch the work being done on your vehicle. Shop was incredibly clean and everyone had a friendly demeanor. We'll for sure be back with any future work!

So thankful for these guys. Called little after 8 am about my back brakes going bad, and he said come on down. They pulled me right in, checked it out needed new brakes and rotors on the back. Got the parts then told me the cost upfront, which was very reasonable. The friendly staff got to work showed me the pads and got it all squared away. Our brakes didn't make a peep until we was like 30 miles away from our rental. Leave it to the mountains between Ohio and here to let you know if something needs work. Can't thank these guys enough and I think they have done like 3 oil changes while I was here, super fast.

I learned about Robert's Quick Lube from the guys at the auto parts store. I figured they would know the best choices for service. They did. Rapid attention and totally professional services makes for a great combination. I received what I feel was dealer level service at just over half what the dealer charges. I will definitely be going back. These guys are definitely first rate.

Awesome walk in! Was quick to change oil and check fluids and rotated tires. Staff is very friendly. They never sell you on things you didn t ask them to do. I asked if they could do an oil change and if able to do a tire rotation. I like they fit first come first served. Reasonable priced. I will come back.

While on vacation hundreds of miles from home, they got us in fast on a Friday at noon without an appt. Made a quick replacement of a brake pad. Explained some of the whys. Was not expensive. These guys every time.Folks: If it sounds like someone is grinding metal at a high pitch on the side of your car, it could be your brake pad!Service: Brakes

When I was down for our motorcycle trip, we had an issue where I needed to modify a foot peg and they were super helpful getting me all set up. I know it's not really what they normally do but speaks to their character because they definitely didn't have to drop more important projects to help me out.

We re from SC and had to get a quick oil change on the way back home from our vacation in Murphy. Roberts was very quick and friendly! Great prices as well. Also checked the engine light for free for our peace of mind. Thanks so much!

I've always had great service at Robert's. Their prices on tires are a little higher than some other options in Bryson City, but prices on basic maintenance like balancing and brakes is comparable to other places in town. The advantage of going to Robert's is they're generally quicker in getting your vehicle out the door.

In and out services. From what I know, a very helpful guy, looking for long term customers. I went in looking at roughly $700 for what I believed the car needed. They automatically saved me $250 off that. And everything else went smoothly. I've only lived here for a year and am always skeptical of car work w new people.. this guy was super helpful. Not the least bit rude. Timely as can be. Made a future customer out of me. Thanks guys

Fast, professional, and skilled. Have yet to have any issues, they have performed all work without any issues or runarounds. Have never tried to sell me on something I don't need, and the prices are very reasonable. So far, can't ask for more, I highly recommend.

I had 2 vehicles (traverse and taurus) that needed an oil change. Unfortunately didn't get to do them myself before coming to Bryson City for vacation. I found Bryson City Quick Lube today online and brought both vehicles in, no appointment. I assume the gentleman working the desk was the manager. He was friendly, polite, and professional. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with this service provider. Pricing was within my expectation as well. I would highly recommend this business to others.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a quick lube in my entire life. They were fast, super nice, knowledgeable and honest. I absolutely love this place and would make them my permanent go to if I lived in Bryson City!

I've been going to Robert's quick lube for two and a half years now since I moved to North Carolina he's the only one I trust to do oil changes on my vehicles quite honestly he's the best one to go to I'd recommend him to anyone

Drove up from Miami, got a flat tire. Myb2 tires needed replacement. Robert was amazing, he ordered them for me had them in the next morning and had me out of the shop in less than 20 min on my way to enjoy the rest of my Vacation!

This guy claimed he replaced the engine in my vehicle. After driving it for a month it started doing the same thing I took it to him for. I had another shop look at it and was told that the engine was never replaced it was the same engine. There will be federal charges filed soon for this. $5,300.00 was charged and he say's he doesnt pretty much give a _ _ _ _.

No appointment was needed to have oil change. Wait time can vary based on amount of customers prior to you, but once they pull your car in takes ~15 minutes.

Drove up from South Florida and needed an oil change. Went to Roberts and was in and out in 15-20 mins. 2 days later while driving to Gatlinburg, lost my front brakes and had to try to find a place to fix them. There was no place in Gatlinburg that could even look at them. Limped the truck back to Bryson City and Robert had new pads and rotors on within an hour! These guy are the hometown mechanics you want. HONEST, very reasonable and very nice guys! Saved the rest of out vacation!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Way to expensive $40 for oil change without, window or antifreeze filled.. paperwork just says oil change I understand it's in country but needs to be better for price. I bring in car hand over jeys wait to do paperwork, they don't do paperwork!!!! How do you prove you were there???? I give them a minus zero
