I always take my car to Rowe's when I need an oil change, an inspection, or need a repair. They offer good quality work and competitive prices. They will tell me about how long my appointment will take, and they are usually correct. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car care.

My wife bought a Chrysler Sebring from them last year and when we got it the front driver ball joint was bad and the timing belt went out and then the heater core went bad when it s been freezing cold outside . Just a lot of stuff went wrong very fast and her brother got a brand car from there and a lot of stuff was wrong with it so I really don t recommend going to rowes unless u absolutely have to and have plenty of money for a lot of repairs soon to come . Oh yeah and we went to the best place to go ,Chevrolet of new bern ,and they would only give us 1500 for the car and she paid 5,400 for it plus all the repairs a couples months after she had it .

This dealership's mission seems to be to make sure the customer is satisfied both during and after the sale, which is extremely important to me when purchasing a vehicle, especially when it's for my business. They don't have junk on their lot, they have their own mechanic shop, they have a warranty, and they have good prices. I especially liked my salesman and the fact that he carries butterscotch and peppermint candies in his pocket at all times. Thank you all for the pleasant experience and the good running vehicle you sold me.

their cars are always overpriced and have a bunch of miles. But guys let s see the positive side. They detail cars and most of them have a nice paint job. It s a good place to get good looking car expensive and with bunch of miles who cares about engine and reliability.

Went a bought a used car from them... they said everything was in perfect condition and working with no problems as soon as I pulled it off the lot the fuel pump went bad. Don't know how they made it work until it was paid for but it's kinda messed up....

the people who work there are the salt of the earth. I came from Connecticut to visit family and had car issues. they took great care of me and the prices were extremely fair. I wish there were a Rowes quality shop by me but have yet to find one.

This is one of the WORST places to get a vehicle from.! They are rude and dont care at all about their customers, all they worry about is getting paid. The wife and husband are very unprofessional and I wouldn t dare recommended them to ANYONE.!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would..

If you want a clean yet overpriced vehicle with a lot miles, a rude staff and constant trips to get you re overpriced clean vehicle worked on then this place is perfect for you. Enjoy!!
