Absolutely awesome service, above and beyond. This location was able to properly process service through my fleet account (so many locations surprisingly have no idea how), point out and correct a misdiagnosis from another shop, and point out another shops fraud in replacing my tires. The staff is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and eager to help. I m impressed.

Best staff and service anywhere. I was on vacation and had a roadside emergency. Long story short we needed 4 new tires on a Saturday morning. No problem for Mr.Tire. It took less than 2 hours and we were back on the road.

Best staff, knowledge and advocacy I ve ever had. Took my newer car to a dealer where they racked up 5k worth of repairs. Mr. Tire gave me a second opinion and a lot of kindness. So grateful to have a reliable mechanic. Will be driving here from Winston for this shop.

$172 for an oil change for a small SUV. Terrible attitude, employees appeared to be under the influence. I m active duty military. Do NOT recommend. Just sharing my experience.

Very good service and fair prices. Manager and staff were very pleasant to interact with. Took care of my son s car for some new tires and an oil change. Let me handle transaction via phone since son is in college out there. Taking my daughter s car in next. Great job team! Highly recommend this place.

I was happy with the service I got at Mr. Tire--even though I brought a couple of used tires in, to be mounted & installed. The manager was courteous and knowledeable, and there's a sense of teamwork in the garage there. And the cost was less than in an adjoining county!

My son who is a student at AppState, had a nail in his tire. I heard good things about Mr Tire on a parent page and sent him over. Hey repaired his tire and sent him on his way at no charge. Very surprised there wasn t some sort of charge. Very much appreciated their service. We will definitely use them for future automotive needs! Thanks Mr Tire.

Tire started leaking air pretty bad in the middle of our vacation. Got it here and even though they were busy, they were able to get it patched up for us and get us back out the door in no time at all. Went to pay and they comped it and wished us a happy rest of our vacation!They just won Mr. Tire my business the next time I need a new set of tires.

I got a flat tire while traveling in North Carolina. Mr. Tire in Boone was able to get me in and replace the tire that afternoon. They really helped me out in a tough spot. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

My family was on vacation for fall leave on Saturday, 10/14/2023, several warning lights including engine light were suddenly on after 200 mile drive in the heavy rain from Raleigh to entrance of Blue Ridge Parkway, the engine stoke unmorally, we drove directly to this nearest Mr. Tire service center.We were so worried about the 100,000 miles Honda CRV and our vacation (there was an appointment with friends), even worse this was Saturday, most of rent car and auto repair service was closed. First, they told us they were very busy and could not provide service for this kind of problems. Then they noticed our helpless situation (we were unable to speak clearly in English except my little daughter) and gave us an immediately help. They checked my car and tried to exchange some parts. Finally , they found some problems in our engine and they were unable to solve this problem, they told us we can drive this car for our vacation but not drive hard, we need drive to the Honda service center immediately after this vacation to solve this problem. They did not charge us and gave us a free help!We ve already finished our wonderful trip and been safe at home.We were deeply moved by these two kind guys, even we do not know their names. This is a good example for my little daughter to be kind to everyone even if sometimes feeling cruel of this world.we really appreciated be treated so well, thank you guys for taking care of us.

Our car was very visibly shaking due to a tire issue. We were told there was nothing wrong with them and the tire pressure sensor must have gone off by accident. We took it somewhere else and they fixed it immediately by getting us new tires.This was on a Saturday so I get they were very busy and short handed but sending us back out on the road was flat out dangerous. Had they been willing to drive the car around the block there is no way they would have told us there was nothing wrong.

I went for an oil change and a tire rotation, I was 4 minutes from the hotel and when I was going the car the tire light came on, then when I was going to work the car didn't go over 40mph and all the lights came on , I went back and told them to check it again and they told me that the car had different tire numbers, so I asked them to put the wheels on me as I had them and they didn't want to, they told me that the only solution is to buy new tires, I put new tires on it and when I left Boone again the lights came on I came back and they told me they forgot to restart it my car has to have 33 pounds of air and they put 35 on it, well I had to drive home 5 hours from there and the blessed lights are still there, now I have to spend more money than what I spend there just because they don't have enough information about what they do

Every time I come to Mr. Tire the staff is incredible and reliable. Chris S. has now become a friend of mine that I can rely on to give me realistic advice when it comes to the maintenance of my vehicle to help prevent me from running into big jobs and scary bills. I hope that anyone that comes to this location has the same great experience I have had.

The staff was amazing to deal with and very reasonable. If you have any tire or auto needs I highly suggest this place. I went to several other tire shops for a flat tire and was unable to get help. They got me back on the road in no time . I was so impressed I went back for other services since then.

So very pleasantly surprised by the generosity of spirit and service by the people here. In no time found a leak that had been pestering me and went on to repair it - for free! Thank you so much. Just hoping I get a flat so I can buy a new tire from you guys. Thanks again.

Great customer service! Brought our Subaru forester in to have the rare rotors and brake pads replaced. Although we called a day before, they got our can in and out before the end of the day. Reasonable price, and very responsive.

I ve always gone here for oil changes, inspections, and tire rotations since I ve lived in Boone. The mechanics are always friendly and the services are at the lowest prices you can really get in the area if you don t really have connections with local places. I ve definitely had other places in Boone use my own lack of car knowledge against me to tack on costly unnecessary services but have always felt as though people are being honest with me here. They also have made me aware of any other issues they see while working on my car but never try to trap me into extra charges; they always let me know if they see things wrong but only do what I ve came there for. Altogether, I really recommend going to them if you re like me and don t have a lot of money and get nervous about taking your car places because you feel like they somehow always make you pay more than you should.

I had a slow leak in my tire and took my car fairly close to closing time. They immediately found the nail and patched my tire - it took about 20 minutes and was VERY reasonable. They also gave my dog a treat! Such kind and professional people - highly recommend!

I m a rural postman that requires my vehicle to work and the crew at Mr. Tire keep me running 6 days a week. They are a kind and knowledgeable crew, that does their best to keep this postman running.

Recently had gotten a plug in one of tires from a different auto repair shop and it was leaking. Decided to go to Mr. Tire to see about getting it fixed. They patched up the tire and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I went to pay and they didn't even charge me. This is an efficient place with friendly staff. I definitely recommend this Mr. Tire for your auto needs!

I felt like I received good service for a fair price. Everyone that I interacted with also seemed very friendly. I called around after damaged wheel and decided to have vehicle towed here. I would recommend!

I recently went there for a tire repair and they were amazing. Christopher S. Was so helpful and kind and really pointed me in the right direction for my needs! I will definitely be going there again and I really recommend Christopher as well!

Great service! They were quite busy on the day I went for a tire patch, but they were able to get to the job fairly quick and didn't charge me. This will be my go-to place whenever I need vehicle services.

Mr. Tire in New Market is the only place I go for automotive needs. Numerous times, my flat tire was repaired with a quick plug and no charge. They are also so nice, they work you in as fast as possible and explain in details what your best options are. I highly recommend Mr Tire in New Market.

Low tire pressure light came on and realized my tire was super low, gave the guys at Mr. Tire a call and they told me to come over. Showed up, they got my car in immediately, pulled out a screw from the tire, patched it, and sent me on my way. Super kind, very helpful, and super efficient. Many thanks y'all.

Mr. Tire does great work but the labor costs are far too high. Getting a single rear bearing should not $196 in labor, especially when the car is already jacked up for a tire change. They charged me for an hour and a half worth of labor and it took them less than an hour but did not remove any of the labor costs from the total. Great work but terrible pricing.

Visiting my son at school and I discovered a nail in one tire and a 1/4 inch bolt in another. Rolled into Mr. Tire and figured I d be there at least an hour. Nope. Austin got me into a bay right away and they patched both tires and I was out the door in 20 minutes. AND they only had to put a plug in one tire so he didn t charge me. I don t do reviews unless the service is awesome or it totally sucks. These guys were awesome, and when my kid needs tires or tire service I m sending him here. Great job guys!
