Great place, made even better by the extra special attentive and friendly support of Matt at the counter. Every business owner hopes for employees of his caliber. As noted by another reviewer even doing a parts install in wretched weather didn t dampen his cheerful and enthusiastic assistance . Really appreciated his being there.

Great experience with Matt at the hwy 421 Advance Auto Parts store. He was so helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable, even while standing outside in the freezing cold to install my battery. If you need help, ask for Matt!

Went there to return a defective starter under their lifetime warranty. Not only would the manager not honor the warranty but he would not cooperate with the other store since they were out. Other store next to Burger King had to order one so I was out of a truck for a few days. At least there's an Autozone and Oreillys now. Never had any problem with them honoring their warranties. Advance ain't the only game in town anymore. Never again.

I was traveling with my family when it came time to change my brakepads. Im use to dealing with my local advance, so I was nervous walking in. I was assisted by Hope who was very knowledgeable and personable. Both of which put me at ease buying parts in an emergency. I'm so thankful for her and her awesome team.

Went in with a leaking hose that i thought led to my power steering pulley when infact it was the lower radiator hose. Matt was so insightful and helped me with my problem at every turn and even helped out by explaining the installation process. Very kind, excellent service.

Very Rude I will never come here again! They damaged my car when they put in the windshield wipers I left .. one fell off when I used them that s not helpful.

We were visiting from out of town when our cars battery went bad. We had such a wonderful experience with your employee Austin who tested our battery, sold us a new one and installed it super quick. He was polite, fast and friendly! Saved our trip!

I like the store, but this place is just not well-managed. The staff arrived today TWO HOURS after the scheduled open time. The lady that unlocked the door was taking her time smoking a cigarette; couldn t be bothered to show any sort of urgency to let in the people waiting in the parking lot. Once they did unlock the doors, they said it would be 20 minutes for their computers to boot up. Lucky thing is, there s lots of other places to go in our town.

Went into return some bad quality detail brushes (bought and unused an hour prior) At this point some little girl at the counter started tugging on the brushe ends and said "I don't see anything wrong with these I can't refund them". 20 minutes later I'm using the brushes I tried to explain were poorly made, and wouldn't you know all the fibers started to fall out. I didn't want a refund, I wanted and exchange for cheaper brushes that weren't AutoCraft (in house brand) that girl needs to learn how to do a job correctly...maybe try McDonald's since that'd where her enthusiasm and service would better fit. Absolutely ignorant, never had a problem with and other troubleshooting or employees at this location. Must be nepotism or something for this low quality of an employee to have a paycheck from the only automotive store I go to.

So sad to hear they let Cheyenne go because of manager when informed that the store manager has been stealing hours since way back in October even possibly before to make up his 5o hours I have seen or called when cody was on brake many times so sad to know because one was guilty they let a innocent person who loved all us customers and made us keep coming back go all because store manager was the one stealing hours pretty petty if advance

Today seriously sucked. But Simon and Matt definitely helped a bunch. They were both super helpful and friendly and I really appreciated it. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. They had everything I needed and let me borrow a tool or 2. Thank you fellas!

Corbin deserves a raise! He was very professional and knowledgeable when providing me with customer service that exceeded my expectations. He showed me how to do my air conditioner recharge and how to clean off my battery that had a lot of corrosion. It is the employees that make a business great. Advance Auto Parts is very lucky to have such a dedicated and trustworthy employee that goes the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. It is people like, Corbin, that allow a company to retain their customers and create life time customer value for the company. I hope Advance Auto Parts realize who they have and compensate him accordingly.

You know I used to come here all the time even if a part was $10 more here than anywhere else because I trusted the people I was buying it from and they gave me good advice then I met Cheyenne I now will not shop there if it's $50 cheaper than everywhere else not only does she act like she knows what she's talking about and doesn't but then she will belittle you and try to make you feel stupid if you don't agree with her view or opinion worst customer service experience in my life

I'm not an extremely religious person, but I prayed to God with a flat tire for 10 mi that we could at least make it to this place before the car quit. Thank goodness we made it there!The kind staff inside (who I'd never met before) went beyond their call of duty to help offer options, recommendations, and even allow us to enter the store with our dogs to escape the cold while the spare got put on by a local company They even sat with me on my roadside assistance call and helped me find my own VIN, etc (DON'T judge )None of the above were "their job" of course.. I was just praying the whole way there that we might be going to a place with people like that, and I'm so happy to say my hopes were far exceeded It's weird to say, but I've never had a better flat tire experience than this one! (and I've had a few)

I went there to return an item and I was talking with a guy at the desk and Lilly that was at another computer says you got a problem with me to my girlfriend and starts a whole scene. I don t think it s very appropriate to have workers like this at your store.

Two separate times I have been in there and worked with a young man named Corbin, he has been wonderful. Listens to what I need and then find it. Been very happy with the service!

After 25 years of driving, I encountered a new issue with my wiper blades/ arms. The customer service tech went outside and helped me check fuses & all 'quick' fixes. Then, he politely gave quotes on additional parts.

Had a dead battery that needed replacing and Randy helped me with everything and was super fast and so friendly. Seriously one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto parts store. Thanks again Randy! I'll definitely be back here for any other problems I may have.

Everything cost too much .. for replying to my feedback you moved up two Stars the cost is in your oil for maintenance products such as the oil you got to be able to do better Walmart you don't have to carry every brand every month but explain to customers you're trying to get some by and Powers why you don't have it not any other

Twice in 10 days I've ordered parts from down the mountain to come to the store. At both times my parts have been lost, misplaced or sold (after I paid before they were even delivered)

Most of the parts work but some do mess up in a short period of time. They do let you exchange the parts or return them for a refund, which is good.

Awesome team! I went in 3 times as I was attempting to change my wife's oil in her car. The oil filter was stuck so I had to buy a new oil filter grip because I broke the first one. The 3rd time I went in they helped with which oil to buy. Each time I bought a new peice of equipment they offered a discount. I will definately be coming back!
