Loved the service! Quick and easy! Someone hit my car in the parking lot and I needed my front bumper fixed! Kody was in frequent contact with me with updates on my car throughout the process! The receptionist was so sweet and informative, and helped me to understand the process! They fixed my car and set me up with the rental, and I was back in my car the next day! Also my car was vacuumed and cleaned which was an awesome plus! My car mats look like I just got them!

The actual body work was okay. However the customer service was terrible. They tried to make me pay a $500 deductible for an accident that they were fully aware wasn t my fault. I spent about 3 hours having to deal with these people and the insurance company(Progressive) that sent me to them. The original day I dropped my car off I explained to them what happened and that took two hours and then they assured me that the insurance company was accepting full responsibility for all charges. Then when I go to get my vehicle they tried to slide me some paperwork and say sign the top one. Good thing I looked at all four papers because suspiciously on the bottom one was a $500 charge for a deductible!!! Had I signed it I would ve been accepting responsibility for something that wasn t my fault. I don t trust these people and would suggest you always read what they get you to sign.

Wrecks are stressful, but I m so grateful for Joes customer service during this process! He kept me informed on every step. My repair was completed within two weeks. They did fantastic work and They also detailed cleaned my car inside and out after repair. The team did an amazing job all the way around. I can t say enough great things!

Brought my 4Runner in for some work after hitting a deer one night coming home. Everyone was super polite and helpful when it came to my car. Kody stayed in contact with me thoroughly the entire time my car was in the shop and they also got my car done a couple days before the estimated day I was supposed to get it back. I would recommend Caliber Collision of Belmont to anybody, they really did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. Thank you guys for wonderful service!

I was well pleased with the results of the work that they done on my vehicle.I was always let know what progress they were making on my vehicle. The people that worked there were very helpful and polite.I was told when I could expect to get my vehicle back and it was on time.I definitely would use them again and tell others about how pleased I was with them.

Friendly staff, told me exactly what to expect, good and bad. Set up rental car the same day, was waiting when I arrived at the shop. They sent text messages every step of the repair, even just to say "everything is going well, still on track". Repair looked fantastic, and they even detailed the whole interior of the vehicle! I hope to not need their services again, but will definitely recommend Caliber in Belmont NC to anyone who needs body work

Had a little bump up at work and Kody took care of us in the most professional manor. His response was not only speedy and accurate but very detailed print out of all the work done for insurance purpose. Thanks Kody highly recommend!

This was a terrible experience. They kept making excuses why my truck wasn t finished it was supposed to be ready in a week they got damaged in the parking lot then it took them another three weeks to even contact me and they kept making excuses about the guy that was handling my Repairs they had to transfer out and the new guy didn t know what was going on. I would never go back there.

These guys have a smooth operation. After dropping off my car, an lovely Enterprise rep immediately took me the office. Getting my rental set up took all of 5-10 minutes. Pickup was just as easy, I signed, paid and they help me get the car seat back in my car and I was on my way... a 15 minute exchange. And everyone was genuinely nice? Yea, 10 stars!

This place is horrible since new management!!!! My "service advisor" flat out lied to me on multiple occasions. The work was done horribly. Nothing lined up, foggy headlights were put in, they never connected some of the items they replaced. It took over a month for my car to get in. It was there for 2 weeks, I went to pick it up and saw the hack job. So now my car has been there since April 10th!!! Almost a MONTH and it still isn't done correctly!!!!! I am having to pay for a rental out of pocket. They won't even help cover the insurance deducible even though these extra 2 weeks is Caliber's fault.I DO NOT SUGGEST EVER BRINGING YOUR VEHCLE THERE! And if you have to, do not allow Jennifer to be your "service advisor"Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A deer decided he wanted to attack my car . I had the best experience I ve ever had with them as far as car repair. They stayed in contact with me, updated me on time of completion and most of all time to pick up. The customer service was phenomenal. William and the entire team are second to none. No one is excited or happy about having to have repairs made to their vehicle. It is never convenient. But, they worked to make sure our family could operate business as usual when being down a car. Additionally, our car needed extra work completed and they made sure it was handled as quickly as possible. They have helped us navigate car rental, insurance and repairs. And they had a good attitude about it. The front desk employee is amazing. She works so hard coordinating everything for all of the customers and she is patient and kind while doing it.
