I can t say enough about how awesome this garage is.Everyone who works there is so nice.They treat you like family.They have fixed issues on my car numerous times, that were caused by other low quality mechanics I ve been to. They do excellent work, and I trust them 100%. Kevin is so good to his customers, and has a great work environment going on. Ben is beyond kind, helpful, patient and has a great sense of humor. I just love this garage so much, and hope they know how grateful I am. 10 stars - I cannot highly recommend them enough!

My tire blew and I needed an emergency repair in their parking lot. Unfortunately I ended up needing 4 new tires (age and wear on other 3), but their knowledge, pleasant attitude, and constant check-ins made me feel at ease. No oversell, just honest solutions to what your car needs. The lobby was packed, but I never felt neglected. I definitely recommend!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

They always repair my cars right the first time, at reasonable prices. They are the most knowledgeable auto prepare shop I have ever dealt with, including new car dealerships.This time they saved me close to $1,000 over the Audi dealer. Car was repaired with Audi parts and done on time.

Xpertech never ceases to amaze me at their exceptional service! I needed a battery replacement for my BMW. Through the research of Ben, they were able to save me on the cost, which in today s economy is always welcome! From the front service, to the mechanics and final go-over by Manager Kevin, the overall service exceeds all expectations! Kevin and his team are outstanding! They do honest, affordable work, and don t recommend services that your car doesn t need. There s a reason why they are in such high demand, and are always busy. They stand behind their work. I know there are other good shops and mechanics in Asheville, but I won t go anywhere else but Xpertech. Thank you Xpertech for all you do for me and all your customers. It s so hard to find good people to work on minis, these guys have been great from start to finish. Honest pricing, and Kevin has gone above and beyond to troubleshoot my finicky cooper. I have appreciated their work and help immensely.

I won't take my car anywhere else. I trust that when they say something is needed, it's necessary and in my best interest to do it. During my recent visit for oil change, etc., they noticed a part coming loose and fixed it on the spot. When I do have to make a major repair, they will search for the least expensive way to make it happen. I m new to the area and recently needed work on my Jeeps exhaust system. I picked Xpertech based on customer reviews.They did not disappoint. Friendly staff, fair price, and all done in a timely manor.Plus they offer a lot of service/repair options.Feels good to have honest and reliable car care near by.This is a great home town business who s reputation means everything.Thanks again Xpertech!

i m almost hesitant to leave this review because I don t want so many people going here that it gets hard to make an appointment, ha ha. This is the first time in my many years of driving that I have felt comfortable saying, I have a mechanic. I totally trust this business and I really appreciate that their prices are reasonable.

Xpertech CarCare enjoys a great reputation but I can t for the life of me figure out why. Poor communication and negligent re-check bad work. I took my van in to have new spark plugs and wires put in. The very next day for the first time ever, I had a bad engine idle, at start up and traffic lights. When I took it back to them they they would not re-check the spark plugs and the wires. They told me it was my engine belt! Refused to check plugs and wires gapping.Gave me my 300.00 backand told me not to come back! Kevin said they clearly couldn t satisfy me. Even used word divorce to make sure I took his MEANing.

I first took my car to Kevin over almost 20 years ago when he was on the river at the Texaco Station across from golf course. Shortly thereafter, I moved out of state but returned in 2020. Xpertech has sure grown since then. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation here based on the good Google reviews. I had to wait about two weeks for a drop off appointment. All communication was professional and though they tried to sell me a few additional parts and services, they were not pushy (I declined to buy them). However, I asked for a technician to show me what they were suggesting to replace, and he gladly did so. Very much appreciated!

I called about obtaining my annual car inspection. Was told they don't make appointments but if I could come "now" they could do it. I drove there, they took my car almost immediately and I was on my way again in about 20 minutes. The staff there has always been very helpful and appears to do very good work at a fair price. (I've been getting all my work done there for several years.)

A friend suggested we try Xpertech after another local mechanic let us down, and we are so happy we did. The car we brought in was in pretty poor shape. It was so bad we considered junking it, but Kevin assured us that it could be repaired and made sure it was everything was 100% before he let us take it home. The process took some time because the car had multiple issues, but everyone at Xpertech was honest, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Xpertech is the best! We won't go anywhere else!!

Kevin, Ben, Summer, Rae and the techs are great. I ve been coming here for several years now. They always let me know what needs attention and what can wait or what to expect in the next couple visits. I ve never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Their pricing is fair and service is top notch. I have recommended Xpertech to family and friends. I ll continue having my Subaru Outbacks serviced here. Absolute professionals with a straight forward, no BS approach. They also let the mechanics speak directly to the customers. This common sense communication directly from the experts goes a long way to help the customer understand how to better take care of their vehicle. It is nice to leave a place with more knowledge that you arrived with "Service Managers" often know little of the actual details and get in the way of clear communication. Not Xpertech! I ve been doing business with Xpertech for years. I ve always found them to be honest, helpful, and reasonably priced. They make great effort to explain what needs to be repaired, show it to you, so that you understand throughout the process, what they re doing. Their prices are competitive. Communication throughout is very good. Many businesses would benefit from taking a page from these guys playbook. My truck came back with a floor mat and a steering wheel cover and the woman that checked me out even cleaned my card before returning it to me. They are the best around. Knowledgeable, honest pricing, and easy to deal with. Kevin is a machine! Thanks to him and his employees!

If you need your vehicles serviced or repaired, do yourself a favor and call this place. You will not be disappointed. They are reasonable and offer an excellent value for the dollars spent. I have had several additional visits since my original review. The reason that I keep coming back is the way that they treat people. They work for you and try to help you in any way that they can. The whole crew is helpful and honest. You won't go wrong at Xpertech. My two most recent vehicles serviced there are a 2011 Audi TT Quattro and a 2012 Audi S5 Quattro V-8. The S5 has definitely been a challenge. Kevin and his crew have been patient and thorough. I can't say enough good things about their service and the way they treat their customers.
