Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I know nothing about cars and he made me feel very well-informed and at ease with all aspects of my vehicle maintenance today. All of the employees were quick and diligent during my service. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend.

I was starting a long trip on April 4 when temperature dropped 25 degrees over night and the tires were underinflated. Valvoline staff quickly inflated the tires free of charge and I was completely happy

Jake provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. He greeted me and introduced himself upon arrival. I had visited a competing shop prior for an oil change and they didn't properly tighten my filter and drain plug. As a result my vehicle was leaking, Jake made sure everything was all tightened up and topped off my fluids even though I didn't get my last oil change with them. Give this man a raise he deserves it! He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I've been to this location for my last few oil changes and I am always grateful for the professionalism and good nature of the staff! The MOD, Jacob, came by to make sure my experience was going smoothly... I appreciated that attention to detail.Highly recommend!

The manager Jacob was kind, quick, and informative. Excellent customer service Which is far and few these days. Great prices I will definitely be giving them my business from now on

They claim to be EXPERTS YOU CAN TRUST and promise QUALITY service. BEWARE. The experts forced an oversized drain plug into my car s oil pan, stripping the threads. The oil pan must be replaced. I m out hundreds of dollars and a lot of inconvenience. Valvoline mangers accepted no responsibility zero and made false claims to justify their decision. They blamed another service shop. They offered not one penny of compensation, not even an apology. Does this sound like quality service? Would you trust a business manager who places his interest above yours?

Do not go here. I went there about 3 weeks ago because my low oil light was on. They told me they will change the oil and replace the filter and then they tell me I have a leak.This was the first time since I had the car (8 months) that the low oil light came on. Now a mere 3 weeks later and it comes on again. Went to a real mechanic turns out valvoline just topped my oil off and didn't change the filter and I have no leak. So they charged me over 100.00 for nothing

Really bad. Over priced, very slow service, tried to upsell me on everything. Technicians are not educated on what they are even doing. This place is terrible for Bristol.I use one of their competitors, the "5" if you know what I mean. They are the best place in town!

Arrived close to 1 pm on a Friday, we were serviced immediately. Rainy was professional and quick, we needed an oil change before a long trip home. Thanks for the excellent experience!

I've been going here for awhile with my car. My husband and I just stopped to get his oil changed in his Jeep. Doesn't matter when or what day you go, THIS PLACE IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO. Always polite and THOROUGH. They found where the last place he went tightened the oil filter housing too tight. Instead of stripping it by trying to loosen it, they warned us what has happened. They could've chosen to make $ and hurt our vehicle without us even knowing. Thanks so much to this group. They're tops.

I've had my oil changed here 6+ times now and every time the staff is friendly, efficient, and super professional. The manager (?) is always on top of things. Can't say enough good things about this location and this team.

We were passing through looking for a tire repair shop. They could not help us with the tire repair but helped with finding a shop. Rainy was very friendly and helpful.

Listen folks if your car needs a little maintenance stop by to check out these guys.. they're Top Notch, A-1, The Best Hands Down!! I needed an oil change every other place I called told me come in Monday..but not Valvoline instant oil change these guys are quick, super friendly service, they had it together like clock work.. I'm telling ya folks if you're serious about time, and the care of the vehicle. stop in to see these guys.... Awesome job and thanks again guys!!

Service techs put the wrong filter on after an oil change, causing oil to slowly leak and saturate my front brakes and costing me $600 in brake replacement.

Great honest service. Went for oil change and possible tire rotation. They said I did not need a tire rotation and my filter is good for at least two more oil changes. Wow! I told them that I use my vehicle to tow a camper and they recommended I consider a fuel system/engine cleaning at some point. I went ahead with it. About an hour later, I realized my car was running differently - and better. The RPM was not moving around as much and the car seemed to have more power when I accelerated on the interstate. I travel full-time. If I lived nearby I would ALWAYS take my car here!Service: Oil change

This place makes life so much easier. All of the employees have been friendly each time that I ve visited and it s convenient that you never need to make an appointment. I ve been in and out in less than 15 minutes each time.I went to Hunter Subaru for oil changes and decided to find somewhere else after they began taking 2 hours and had hidden fees. Valvoline has been the same cost and saves me hours each time I need an oil change
