This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone. I have been a repeat customer of this establishment however, when I took my vehicle to get the customary oil change there was a problem, getting it off of the lift, which resulted in damage to my bumper. They did not think I saw this happen and unfortunately they don t have cameras in their garage but when I confronted them about the damage, they denied it being done there. This car is one day old from a local dealership and the only reason we took it to get the oil changed was so that we could start fresh with our oil changes at this establishment however, we will never go back and don t recommend it to anyone else. The $75 synthetic oil change has now grown to a $500 bumper repair to our new car. They also only gave the name of the owner, Jason Rogers, with no email or phone contacts they were willing to share when they were asked.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and an emissions inspection. Next day A/C stopped working as well as power steering, plus I had several warning lights on my dash. I figured it might be a coincidence or maybe something just got knocked loose. I went back and they looked at it for 5-10 minutes. Guy came back with my keys and said you re good . I thanked him, got in the car and the only thing that had changed was that I had more lights on my dash then I did 10 minutes earlier. I went back in and told him that it was still having issues and he said the car just needed to run , which I knew wasn t true. Barely made it home and now car won t start. I m not upset that the car is having issues like I said that could ve been a coincidence, but the complete disregard or lack of concern for another human being? I won t forgive that. #neveragain #superlube doesn tcare

Good, quick, and fair priced. Got my oil change, cabin air filter, and inspection done in about 15-20 minutes, and everybody was friendly. Nothing snazzy here, but that's not the point. I hate being charged 60, 70, 80, 90 dollars for an oil change on a 200k+ mile car at Valvoline or Jiffy lube. Oil change was like... $43? Which is all I'm ever looking for. They get the simple oil change for cheap thumbs up

Always a great visit. As of 3/12/22, still getting great service. The prices are not the same each I visit. I get the same at least that what they are telling me. One time it was $40 next 110 and this visit 80 plus. I will go back to change my own for now on. They don't no how to reset the oil change reminder. I try my best to give people business because we all are trying to make a living and support family but be consistent. Stay safe out there family.

These guys are seriously the best! I ve never gone anywhere else since the first time I went there. Their prices are the best around. Their employees are friendly and amazing and when I needed a little top off and not an oil change they did it at no charge. No, they don't hem haw around and chew the fat with you. Yes, they do provide service quick, efficiently, and competitively priced. I have been using them for routine maintenence and inspections for years and have never been disappointed. If you want to get a job done and don't feel like hanging out for hours in a fancy customer waiting area with free stale coffee and donuts, and don't want to drop a couple of hundred dollars for an oil change, use these guys.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been going to them for over 20 years. They are the best in the area and I have had experiences with other oil changing places. Another local place threaded the oil filter on wrong to the point I had to get parts replaced and my car almost blew up due to the oil leaking( I got it changed before a long trip). I have never had an issue with any service they have done on my car. I can say honestly I will not go anywhere else. They are the best!

Always a great experience at SuperLube! The guys there are always very nice and efficient! I m never worried about having to wait with my kids and worrying about them getting restless. We re in and out and I know I can trust everything is being taken care of without them trying to sell me extras I don t need! I will never go anywhere else for an oil change!Service: Oil change

Love this local owned shop! If you want to avoid corporate shops, I advise going here. They truly take the time with each customer, treating each person like family. Every mechanic is so nice, and the receptionist is so sweet and friendly. You're greeted with a smile as soon as you walk through the door.

The best of the best! Hands down the only place I will get my vehicles serviced. Jason and his crew are awesome. Having serviced hundreds of vehicles for me, I would send them everyone I know. They are locally owned and operated. They treat you like family. Better prices than your commercially owned retail chains! Thank you all. Keep up the awesome work.

Exceptional service! Courteous, fast, and very affordable. Military, police, and first responders should always be held in the highest regard, so I m always pleased when a business offers these folks a discount. Highly recommend for any of your various car maintenance needs!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Will try to take advantage of you with additional charges. Since this place was near where we were working today, figured we would try this place out. Called this morning and told them our exact car etc. Quoted us $38.95 on the phone for the oil change. My wife took our car there 2 hrs later to have the oil change. After they did the oil change, they added additional 8 dollars because the car used a different filter? I've taken this car to several other places over the years and never had anyone charge extra for a filter. Never coming back here again. It's not right telling us a price and then change the price after they already perform the oil change. WOMEN BEWARE! I feel like they took advantage of my wife by throwing in additional charges at the end.

Owner/manager is psycho, staff forgot to replace my son's oil filter assembly causing us to bring to another mechanic to repair. Owner cussed out my family when we came back as he asked us to with pictures of the missing piece. Save yourself time, money, and headache go somewhere else.

nice while taking your money and performing service, horrible at resolving problems and follow through. Don't stand behind their work whatsoever and very rude. Customers aren't always right, but they aren't liars by default either. $8 dollar oil cap they left off and nearly cost me my motor isn't my concern, but the lack of care for the customer is leaving much to be desired. You won't see me in again for $100 oil changes. It's a shame I will have to see your place passing by every day and be reminded how horribly you treat some customers.

This shop rules! I came in for a transmission flush and these guys went above and beyond to help diagnose another issue going on with my power steering pump that another shop in the area led me to believe would take a replacement. The guys at Super Lube took care of it with a simple fix! Additionally Brooks, gave me a run down on what to look out for with my particular vehicle and the tricks and tips to the best way to maintain the vehicle to keep it on the road as long as possible. I will certainly return and be recommending this shop!

My first experience with this crowd .. nothing like the Leicester Hwy crew . While I was waiting on my jeep they were being loud enough in the garage you could hear them talking about every customer how they looked or what they drive or were they parked in there lot. Being dis respectful to paying customer's before they even enter there office is absolutely childish! Not to mention they claim to top off all fluids and with it being very cold weather they continued to fill my windshield fluid with WATER so i have a busted reservoir over a oil change. if they take such a cheap shortcut on windshield fluid makes me wonder what other short cuts they may take. A overall terrible experience with these guys

I have been doing business here for over 15 years. During this time they have serviced my classics to my trucks to my sports cars. I have never had anything but exceptional and professional service. I only trust them when it come to oil changes.

I've come here several times for various things like safety inspections, tire rotations, and oil changes. I will go out of my way to come here for those types of things because the staff is quick, precise, and always friendly and courteous. I plan to continue to come here to have routine maintenance performed on my car because I know it will be done right.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went to get oil changed on 2012 Honda Accord .76000 miles. They put regular oil in when I questioned they told me my motor had so much wear on it nothing would hurt it. Called back to talk to manager said I told them not to use synthetic oil nope I didn't. They will never get my business again. I will have to pay someone else to change it again.

The Rogers family started Super Lube of Asheville (3 locations) back in 1987. I have been using their services on my cars since moving to Asheville 5 years ago. They always provide quick service at a great price. They will change your transmission fluid and rotate your tires quickly any time.

First and last time. Not friendly as previously described. Added too much oil. Was over a quart high. Removed some oil myself and it was almost black after only two days. Engine runs rough and service engine soon light is on.
