I was in an out in less than 20 minutes for an oil and filter change. They were very nice, courteous, and helpful, and I felt the pricing was fair. They also took their time to answer my questions when I called by phone before driving over. I'll definitely be back and recommend this spot!

The people who work here are friendly, kind, efficient, and incredibly honest. They tell you the truth. If you don't need an oil change, they'll tell you rather than take your money. They're rare jewels. Don't let the potentially long line scare you off, they move very quickly. And there was none today, at about 10am on a Thursday.

Called and got the info I needed while going there they were super nice quick and very friendly. I also brought my daughter with me and they let us stay in the office while they worked to keep my daughter and I warm. Couldn't have picked a better place to get work done on my car

These guys are great! They are nice and never make me feel weird like other oil change places I've been to(run by all men and me being a woman). I've been giving them all my business since I found them,check them out.Took my daughter with her 1st car here today.

Paid $116 for an oil change. They used the wrong oil, Did Not replace the filter, and spilled oil all over the engine and hood so it was smoking like crazy and needed to be cleaned. Very poor serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

This was the 3rd place I went to for a car inspection. Next year, it will be the first. They said it would take 10 min (with no line) and they did not disappoint. Friendly, too.

Ladies if you re worried about getting up charged at other places, definitely come here! The guys that run the shop have always been so considerate, helpful, and kind! The two times I ve been in have been ridiculously fast too.10/10 recommend for oil changes.Service: Oil change

Today was my first experience at speedy lube. I always change my own oil but decided to pay someone to do it for me this time. I did call ahead to ask for pricing and they explained synthetic starts at $60. I was surprised when they were finished and the man told me it would be $78. I respectfully asked why and he explained that my truck takes 6.5 quarts so he was charging me for a 7 quart oil change. Funny thing is he never asked what the year or engine size was on the vehicle. I explained it only takes 6 quarts, at which point he showed me the dip stick that was clearly showing over. I'm not pressed over $10 but it was the principle of them trying to take advantage. I'm honestly not sure if it was done with malice or from ignorance but it doesn't change the fact. You tried to over charge me then tell me I was wrong with no info to back it up. You did fix the price as you should have BUT you made sure to let me know I was wrong before leaving. So FYI next time if you have another 2015 sierra 1500 4.3 liter come in, it requires 6 quarts as noted in the chart I have attached below. Also FYI over filling the motor oil can be as or MORE damaging to a motor then underfilling. Also FYI if you just asked me if I needed and air filter you wouldnt have wasted 15 min of your life pulling it apart and putting back together . Do Better

They were fast and professional. If you are looking for an alternative to oil change shops that are closer to downtown Asheville, this one fits the bill. The location is easy to get to and just a stone's throw from Patton Ave.

Called around and they were the cheapest. Super friendly, fast and very knowledgeable! Wish they had many more around the US, we would go there for every oil change. They don t price gouge you and are helpful and quick. Fair priced and trustworthy service!

Horrible humans who make life miserable! My car has a computer issue that has no relation to the safe operation of my vehicle, yet they told me to drive for over an hour to "reset" the service light that was on when I went in for the yearly inspection. That was still not far enough for me to drive and I had to go back out on the road to fight rush-hour traffic and drive around to complete a 'drive cycle', in order to 'reset' the service light. By that time they were closed and I wasted a ton of time and gas for nothing! Going to Low Rider for my inspection because they are actually cool!!!
