So my experience was a comedy of errors on my end. I ordered online and managed to order the wrong tires - always do a final check.From Sam's end of things, the guys were incredibly patient and kind. Getting the right tires ordered was a breeze and the young man who helped me (I should have gotten his name, but didn't) was attentive and perhaps the kindest soul I've ever seen in a big box store / auto shop. When I went in for the installation, the shop was a little busy, but Dominic and crew were friendly and helpful. They seem like a real team.Be aware that if you want tires installed, they are booking appointments about a week to 10 days out. With an appointment, my 4 tire install was done in about an hour. It takes about 3 days per the app for tires to arrive and they will call you to schedule when they get your tires. If they have what you need in stock, you can be worked in, but appointments take priority, so you may be waiting for a while.Overall, I got a great deal on a nice set of tires and everything is going great. I didn't need them urgently, so it was no problem to schedule ahead of time. The staff was easy to work with and made me feel at home.Edited to say: After reading some of the other reviews about waiting at the desk, look to see if there is a Q code in a frame at the register. Scan with your smartphone camera and tap the yellow link that comes up. That will notify staff that a customer is waiting.

No help. I calked 3 different times. Finally foreign lady answered. Could hardly understand her. I hung up! Guess I can shop elsewhere for tires!

Don't bother. Tried calling several times was put on hold for 20 minutes before I tried calling back several times. Each time the line would ring then go to a busy signal or I would get transferred to a different department to answer. At one point someone answered the phone and hung it up. I understand being busy but this is just bad customer service. I've called corporate and made a complaint, but I doubt anything will be done. I will definitely be getting tires anywhere else but here.

Asked the mechanic on the parking lot while he was parking carts if I could get a set of wipers installed on my vehicle. He states he couldn't say for sure didn't know how many were in front of me. I informed him that I would go in and check. I went in the front entrance straight to the desk and waited for aprox 10 to 15 minutes while he and the manager stood in the back laughing and talking. Another customer shows up and waits for another 5 minutes and goes beating on the window to get the manager to come to the desk. So after about 45 minutes with no one in line I finally got my windshield wipers. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Had a 9 am appointment to have 4 new tires put on. The guy who got me ready was a little aggravated he was there by himself but luckily it wasn't busy. So the check in goes without a hitch. They get my car in the bay right away. I do a little shopping thinking my car should be at least half done. Nope. This guy Dominic is the worst. The slowest tire change I've ever seen. 2 hour tire change. I will never use their tire service again because of this guy. I now know why the other guy was so agitated.

Regret getting my tires from this club. Be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes before someone even comes to the desk even if you already have an appointment. Then the tire install will take 2-3 hours and probably not done correctly. I bought the $15/tire program which says lifetime balance and lifetime rotation. Brought it the car in after 6 months for a balance and rotation (again set appt. came in and it took over 15 mins to find someone to check me in, then another 3 hours for rotation and tires not balanced) had to go to another shop for balancing. A week later got a nail in tire, brought car in was told they cannot repair and need to buy new tire. Took car to discount tire who repaired tire in less than 5 minutes for free even though I didn't buy any tires from them. Have now replaced our families other 4 cars tires from discount tire. Stay away far far away the Sams Club Asheville tire and battery.

These guys are terrible. I went there because I had a flat on a Sunday and no one was open. They replaced the tire. Everything seemed fine. A few days went by. Then I noticed ny car started vibrating like crazy when I went over 60. I checked the tire and noticed the little weight the put on the wheel fell off. I told my wife to take it in the next day on her day off. She took it in and at first they told her they never even put a tire on the car and she was at the wrong place. It wasnt until she showed them the recepit and order form that they finally admitted it. They told her that even though they put a weight on it the first time that now it doesnt require it anymore and the car vibrating is something else...like are you serious. So when it got installed it needed it but now that it fell off it doesnt need it anymore? What? Took the car the Angels tire shop on Deaverview road and they fixed it no problem and told me the sams guys just didnt want to do deal with it. Dont waste your time go to Angels.

Now that Sam's Club is offering appointments going in for anything except may require you wait for a half day or more before you get served. FIND A BETTER WAY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT! The staff is seldom near the phone and when they are, THEY ARE BUSY and do not answer the phone!!

Tried to set up an appointment for 3 days, but no one answered the phone. Decided to walk in, but was given a 2 hour wait time. I left after 4 hours with no simple repairs done.

The price for tires is great. But waiting for tire rotation and trying to schedule one is difficult.

They can't answer the phone apparently and can't walk up and talk to anyone in the tire shop because nobody is there
