I bought a Subaru with Ridgeline Auto one year ago and it has been fantastic. I have had no problem at all, during the services and check ups the car did not have any problem. The car has driven like a wonder since day one. The mechanics were great. In addition, they are really kind and transparent at explaining everything and sharing the exact status of the car you are going to buy. I absolutely recommend them.

I just bought my 2nd Forester at Ridgeline automotive. The staff went above and beyond to get me the perfect car for me in a timely manner as my other Forester was no longer running. I love it and could not be happier with the customer service and lack of stress to buy a car. I wouldn't want to buy a car from anyone else and will definitely be back.

Best dealership in town hands down! We just bought our second car from Ridgeline and each experience has been outstanding!! This family run dealership is honest, hard working, transparent and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! They made us feel like we are part of the family! Not only that but they have the best prices in town! Buying a car can be scary and feel like a daunting task but with the expert team at Ridgeline it was a breeze and there was no pressure or pushy sales people, like I have experienced in the past! I am now a lifetime customer and could not be more satisfied with my purchases or experience. Thanks guys!! So appreciate your help and commitment to excellent customer service!

Hands down the best car buying experience of our lives. Though we were initially disappointed that the vehicle we wanted wasn t available Alexander was extremely gracious. He spent time educating us on the process and sharing his knowledge and insights on various model years. From that point on he kept in contact consistently providing us with updates and answering every question we had. Not only was he able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for they were able to deliver it in a very reasonable timeframe and well under what we had expected to pay. I would absolutely recommend Ridgeline Automotive and Alexander to anyone looking for a great vehicle from a business with an outstanding history and a truly unsurpassed work ethic.

Buying a car was overwhelming me until I visited Ridgeline Automotive; they made the process painless! I felt very confident about my decision because in addition to the carfax report they were completely open and upfront about my car s history including providing supporting photos/documents. It s a rebuilt title due to body damage from an accident, but you can t tell by looking at it; they made it look brand new!I especially appreciated that they didn t add ANY dealership fees. They offered the option to handle tax/registration paperwork for a very reasonable fee (well below the paperwork processing fees of every other dealerships I spoke with), and it was well worth it in my case! The value of my time and how much of it I saved by choosing that option made it a no brainer. After settling on a car, insuring it, and returning with a cashiers check I was out the door with my new/used vehicle in no time at all vs the untold hours I d have spent at the NC DMV !My car runs like a dream, and the warranty is an added comfort! Colleagues recommend them to me, and now I am highly recommending Ridgeline Automotive to anyone looking to buy a car in WNC (particularly a Subaru)!

Very knowledgeable, capable, honest, and generous with their time; if you're looking for a good deal on a quality used vehicle, you'd be fortunate to work with Alexander and his team. We bought a 2017 Outback with a rebuilt title from them ~12 months ago after an extensive search. The price was fair, the car has performed perfectly, and Alexander continues to be a valuable resource for questions on proper maintenance. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased are 3rd car from Ridgeline. The customer service and prices of the cars are impossible to duplicate. They go above and beyond to make you happy. You deal with Alexander who is a remarkable young man who knows his cars inside and out. They not only sell the cars they do repairs after your purchase at a fraction of the cost of a repair shop. You can't go wrong !

This business is first rate. When my old Subarau pooped out they helped me get it back on the road very inexpensively, (as compared to the expensive repair the dealer was suggesting I needed), to buy me time to shop for a new/used vehicle from them. The price is greatly reduced from what the dealer wanted for the same year and model. Ridgeline does excellent work restoring the car to new condition. I'm thrilled with my purchase. And everyone there answered any and all of my questions. They helped me through the process with expertise, friendliness and kindness. I don't think I'll ever buy a car from anyone else again! Thank you to the team at Ridgeline.

Currently working with these guys in order to purchase my third vehicle from them in the last 10 years. Customer service is always fantastic. Selection is always good. If they don t have what you want they will work with you to find what you want. There is no other place in western North Carolina I would consider buying a car from.

Great experience with Ridgeline. Got a 2018 Crosstrek for an extremely fair deal in nearly perfect condition. I ve had it for a few weeks now - drives great with no issues. Friendly and fast service. I was able to test drive and purchase the car in around an hour hassle free. Would highly recommend them and will be buying future Subarus here.

What can I say... These gentlemen at Ridgeline Automotive are amazing people; genuine, caring, honest, courteous and a pleasure to do business with!I bought a burgundy 2011 Subaru Outback in 2019 for my birthday and it has been by far my favorite car of all time!I used it to do taxi services (uber/lyft) and everyone was impressed with how comfortable the car was as well as the quality of the speakers. When the pandemic first started, I chose to go on a Road Trip across the country and went through all sorts of terrain and it was a breeze.I just came back to Asheville after having driven over 8000 miles across the USA and I have had zero hiccups with it (despite being a salvage title). The mechanics they work with do a brilliant job fixing up the cars and make sure they are up to the standards we are all used to with Subaru cars.If you are looking to purchase a Subaru but don't have the budget for a newer car, please consider buying one at Ridgeline, I promise you that you will not be disappointed. I still talk to Alexander with my car issues almost three years after purchasing the vehicle and he always is willing to be of service.Thank you Ridgeline! *****You guys are worth every star and even one more * ;)

I really enjoyed my experience at Ridgeline. They were relaxed, accommodating, and very genuine. I was able to test drive a vehicle multiple times, and I ended up with a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited in amazing condition for a great price. I would highly recommend Ridgeline Automotive to anyone looking for a vehicle in great condition and at an affordable price.

Alexander and Phillip are great to work with, extremely knowledgeable about ever car on the lot, and unlike many auto sales companies, they do full, thorough inspections and repairs to vehicles they bring on the lot (they have a sister company that is an auto repair and bodywork shop).I got a great deal on this 2014 Subaru Legacy.Check out their inventory and drop by to talk. Awesome find!!!! Alexander was very knowledgeable and forthcoming regarding the car and the process for buying a salvage title vehicle. Their work is impeccable! They ve been great through the whole process and answered all my questions and have great advice regarding maintenance of a Subaru which I ve never owned before. Highly recommend especially in this car market!!!

Having looked a long time for an affordable Subaru Outback, I was pleased to find Ridgeline. All the vehicles sold here have had some accident damage, yet the work that has been done is of good quality. Since they only work on Subarus, they are able to repair and restore the cars to an attractive level. They will explain how each car was restored and what the original damage was, (Mine was backed into on the rear quarter-panel by a fire truck)Alexander, the young man that assisted me (and whose father runs the body shop) made the entire buying experience very easy, and when I wasn't quite certain about the brakes, he had them put it back on the lift and make the necessary corrections with a smile.I took delivery of my 2104 Outback Limited last week, and have been very pleased

All I can say is WoW!The gentlemen at Ridgeline Automotive are Outstanding.My wife and I are moving back from being stationed overseas in Italy. I went to many dealerships in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and never found such affordable and well kept vehicles. The guys were very helpful in explaining the rebuilt/Salvage title situation, as it can be daunting.I went to the dealership with the intent to purchase a red Subaru Forrester but ended up getting an Outback!All of the vehicles are in fantastic shape and are amazing to see and test drive. There really isn't a bad choice on their lot. Consider buying a vehicle at Ridgeline Automotive, you will not regret it.

Really love my new (to me) Forester! First time owning a Subaru and I am very pleased. The day I was at Ridgeline they were very busy but still took the time to help me find a car and answer any questions. Smooth transaction and they even graciously mailed back something I left in my trade-in. Will highly recommend!

So far so good! I purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback from Ridgeline about a week ago. The whole car buying process with them was simple and stress-free. Alexander and his team were great. We drove 5 hours to visit Ridgeline. They have a reputation for being one of the most reputable used Subaru dealers in this region. If you are in the market for a used Subaru, go see Alexander at Ridgeline.

I had been looking for a used newer model Subaru Crosstrek that was affordable with low miles. My son found the car I wound up buying. The low miles, beauty, and it being a newer model really caught my eye as well as the price. We test drove it and loved it. Alex and Phillip were great to work with and made the buying process go smoothly. We ve now had the car 3 1/2 weeks and it started having some noise issues. Alex was quick to respond and got us in immediately. Phillip and Paul and one other worker took care of the minor issues. All I can say is these folks are the real deal! Alex told me to let him know if I ever need anything else regarding the car. I m loving my first Subaru , loving that we saved $$, and loving this dealership! Highly recommend!!!

Alex and Paul are great! I bought an Outback from them a year ago and I'm very happy with it. I just returned, one year later with an issue that they were nice enough to take a look and diagnose quickly. They recommended a great mechanic who helped me out with an easy fix.
