I bought my car at Prestige dealership and purchased a service plan with my warranty. Since very early on in the life of the car, the entertainment system wold spaz out and become unusable. I brought the vehicle into the service center twice to have it repaired. They never actually repaired the issue and merely re-installed the software. The 3rd time I brought the vehicle in to have the same issue looked at, they told me the car was no longer under warranty and quoted me $2,000 to replace the unit as they claimed it was beyond repair at this point. I ended up having to call Subaru of America who forced the dealership do the right thing and make the repair. The repair then took over a week and I was not offered a loaner vehicle or any accommodation. It would take days to get a response from their service tech, if I got a response at all. It is impossible to state the amount of inconvenience this establishment caused me, to the point I'm seriously considering buying something other than a Subaru for the first time in nearly a decade.

This place was wildly exceptional to me.I was driving thru on a long trip, in a subaru I just bought about 2 weeks ago. The engine lights turned on and it needed a small fix to the engine thermostat. The first time I've ever had a car repair covered by warranty!In a short time, I received a text with a video of the mechanic showing me his inspection on my car. I saw him measure my brakes, check fluids, he pulled out my air filter to show me, all of it. It was so awesome!And, as a woman who often has to show her auto knowledge to thwart off shady mechanics, it helps me know I won't be taken advantage of when I can see what they are looking at.I have an invisible disability, which causes me a lot of physical pain, to the point I can't walk some days. Gillian, who was my subaru tech, assured me they'd get me a ride anywhere I needed.Truly, as a disabled person who looks able, I know this is offered to everyone, but I'm often not met with kindness or understanding when I ask for accommodations. I didn't end up taking a ride because my car was done so fast, but knowing I could at any time without any hassle is a big deal. I hope Gillian is recognized for their kindness and observation skills. They were clearly aware of me being there the entire time because I was offered things I didn't ask for, such as where to plug in my dying phone.FURTHER, I was traveling alone with my dog, who is VERY social.He has 3 legs and big eyes that make humans want to pet him.Christie, who works in finance (I think??), came out of her office and she and my dog fell in love. It seemed mutual. Next thing I know, she is giving my dog a tour of the building, and he is prancing into rooms I'm not allowed in.He got at least 12 treats and 25 pets from employees and customers during our time there. And he returned with Christie with a subaru dog Frisbee.What could have been a very stressful, long, painful situation for me - a single disabled woman traveling thru - was a quicker than expected, supportive, and joyful experience. I never thought I'd share a 500 word essay about how great it was when my care broke on a road trip, and how cared for I felt by the company who makes my cars.This is my 4th subaru I've owned. The best dealership I've been to so far.

Brought our subbie in for service and to change a recall part. Our service writer Gillian was friendly and great to work with. She kept us informed about the repairs and sent a video of the work to be performed. Awesome experience, Thank you.

Brought an elderly friend who had recently bought ( elsewhere) a late model pre owned Subaru that popped a warning light.Greeted by Sam C. who provided above and beyond Service...car was quickly diagnosed as to problem with video confirmation shown to substantiate. Owner had 3rd party extended warranty which Sam and Allison (Service Manager) took time to call on the spot to check for coverage which was initially not OK'd but then Owner got call next day that they had kept pursuing the claim which was then allowed !Great Customer Service follow through..my personal experience with dealers and 3rd party extended Warranty claims has been "you call them, we don't spend our time on the phone for this " (that was Mercedes who said this).

I bought a 2024 crosstrek here, and the eyesight system keeps putting the car into limp mode, leaving me stranded on the highway. Its been like pulling teeth to get this issue resolved.

They replaced my DCM module in my car because of battery drainage. Everyone was very friendly and kept asking me if I need anything let them know. I just can t say enough about the service. They were just great!

Car repair and maintenance isn't cheap, and they do it right. Prestige was timely and hospitable with the work and repairs we needed. Happy to know the quality of parts and workmanship are top drawer. Love the video tour they send to show us what needs doing and explaining why. Everyone is customer service oriented in the best way.

I always enjoy going to the dealer for service. The crew there is excellent. Today, I had the pleasure to meet Brandon, my service advisor, and, as expected, he was very nice and went over everything with me, even helping me get a nice hot cup of coffee when he noticed that I might have had issues with the instructions. Since purchasing a used Subaru Forester at Prestige Subaru about three years ago, I have been taking my car to their service department for routine maintenance and problems with the A/C. The service techs are very thorough and competent, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Service Advisor Gillian Murray. Not only is she is very knowledgeable about cars, she worked diligently in finding a way for me to use the warranty in order to repair the problematic A/C unit in my car, thus saving me hundreds of dollars in repairs. While my problem may be unique, I feel confident that if you have the good fortune of having Gill as your service advisor, you will be very satisfied with her professionalism and service.

The best indicator of a business' integrity is how they handle the situations where things go wrong. While I waited on my service I overheard a technician take responsibility and apologize when machinery caused damage to a customer's tire, and immediately let them know that a plan had been made to replace the full set of the awd vehicle and the fuel tank would be filled to lessen any inconvenience of a return trip. This Subaru location's staff is top notch - they're the only dealership I'll be bringing my car to.

So impressed. Made an appt for a diagnostic service. My service advisor Phillip, wow! Such a simple and what i thought a forgotten process, let's take it for a drive. He was able to determine what the issue was,and then immediately took my vehicle back for service. Thank you from the thoroughness of your check in to the experience of the service advisor. Thank you for the video keeping me informed and showing me what the issue was. Certainly have missed all that at previous subaru dealer. The service center at Prestige Subaru dealership is very good. The team made me feel important and worked very hard to complete the service. Preston was especially busy but kept me informed about the status of my car. It's a very well organized system.

Headlights weren t working, drivers side window wouldn t go down, and creaking noise under car. Got the 4:30 appointment. $70 Diagnostics found that the drivers side window would be $400+ to fix. Turned out headlights were just burned out. Confirmed creaking noise but didn t have time to diagnose. In the end paid $179 and all I got was two new headlight bulbs which I could have replaced myself for how much less? Partly my fault / bad luck but this is a factory type of operation and it feels that way. Def time to find a trustworthy local mechanic w the flexibility to talk and work w me like an individual customer.

On vacation and ran into transmission issues! Prestige got us in same day (like 5 minutes notice), got us a loaner, and back on the road the next day. Couldn't be happier with their service! Thanks again Todd for all your help!

Welcoming and professional, each time I visit for service, I'm grateful.Costs are clearly named, there's a quiet room for waiting and I feel well cared for from start to finish.A bonus for me was taking The Blueridge Parkway both ways, as well, and stopping at The Folk Art Center on my return to browse.

Prestige Subaru has serviced my Crosstrek since I purchased it in 2014 from Prestige. I have been pleased with the service of my car, customer service, accommodations while I wait during service, and professionalism. During these last 8 years, many improvements have been made to the physical facility, enlarging and streamlining. I recommend Prestige.

Paul at prestige motors was excellent to deal with helping me find the vehicle I liked and giving me a straight deal without a run around. I pointed out a problem and he took care of it even after he got my money, making sure I was completely satisfied. I could not be more pleased with my service and the friendly staff, I will recommend them to others and shop there again myself.

They always make the experience pleasant. I came in for regular maintenance and the service team noticed my plate was near expiration and offered to complete the inspection as well. That saved me an errand and I appreciate it.

We came to the area to visit friends for a short vacation, roughy 900 miles from home. On the way down to the Asheville area I was experiencing some noise from the left front of our Outback. I called Prestige Subaru and made an appointment which they scheduled for me the very same day. Problem was diagnosed and fixed timely and professionally. Great service for an out of town guest. They had a nice car for me to check out. They found financing for me, the first two financial places they didn't say anything to them about me putting a down payment on it. One would have approved the amount had they known about down payment. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently bought a new legacy, brought the car in for a leaky tire, after almost two hours I asked what the deal was, after this someone came and asked if I wanted the tire patched... How long were they going to wait to come and ask if I wanted it plugged? Over two hours for one tire.... In this amount of time they could have put on a whole new set of tires! This is beyond ridiculous!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
