I have been taking my 2007 Honda CR-V to Precision International since I moved to Asheville 11 years ago. They have always spoke to me with respect and help educate me about the problems with my vehicle. They are very communicative and kind and do great work. I will recommend them every time. Also, letting me use a loaner vehicle is like the cherry on top of the Sunday.

I was having trouble with my Fiat Abarth 500.. going from place to place to get help. I was referred to Precision International and they were wonderful. Sadly my car did need a lot of work done.. but they got the job done, loaned me a car to drive at no extra cost for a week... but mostly they were kind, did not talk down to me, explained everything they were doing and why. Andy was wonderful and I will definitely give them 5 stars for their service.

If you are looking for an auto shop to fix your car this shop is it! These guys are extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. They are a shop of true service in an era where real service is almost non existent. If there is a way to fix your car on a budget they are the guys who can figure that out. They are top notch techs. In fact they were better for our Audi than the many Audi dealers we went to. Amazing communication and super tech savvy with an itemized list of suggested fixes you receive right to your text box on your cellphone that you can approve or decline. You can pay via their platform through text and just show up to pick up your car although you ll want to stay and chat awhile because the staff are all so personable. Did I mention turn around time is fantastic!

I do most of the work on my Honda myself, but when it's a complicated or difficult job, I take my car to Precision International.They have always provided me with quick and professional auto maintenance and service. Their prices may not be the cheapest in town, but I wholeheartedly trust their opinion about my vehicle issues, and I trust the work that they do is top notch.The work is performed quickly and I am provided with status updates by phone or text throughout the process. I also appreciate that they explain in detail what the issue is, how it will be fixed and the issues that could arise over time if not fixed. The mechanics and staff are friendly and helpful, and I will return to them if I need any other fixes! :)

Want say the service is outstanding at Precision Int l. Andy went up and beyond to make me feel welcome and always informed. Went in for a drivers window and a complimentary inspection of my entire vehicle which found front end problems. The video provided was clear that this was an issue and need to be repaired. My car now drives like a new on again. You never notice the items wrong until you get it fixed. Thank you Precision Int l for making my life worry free. I will go back.

The positives about Precision is that their customer service is top notch. They are very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They even gave me a car to drive while mine was being serviced. I will take partial responsibility for my experience with them. My car is an Audi and it had a no crank/ no start issue. I had the car towed to Precision and they cleared the codes and it started. They asked me if I'd like to continue with the diagnostic testing and I said "yes"... thinking that the diagnostic test would give me the root cause of the issue. It did not, but it did tell me all of the other things that were wrong with my car that I would need to address at some point. It was super helpful to know all of this, but it didn't tell me why my car wasn't starting. They said if it doesn't start again to let them know - maybe because my car doesn't have an Audi battery that the system would need for it to have a serial number installed. Sounded reasonable. They said they would want to keep it for a little while to try to re-create the issue. Two weeks later, it doesn't start and I tow it back to them again. They said they needed to do another diagnostic test that would cost $179. Except this time when I went to go pick up the car, they didn't give me any results of the $179 diagnostic testing that was done and they didn't explain anything to me. They said, "We just did what you asked us to do." (with respect to their previous suggestion on the serial number for the battery) I drove my car home. Two days later I go to get into it and it doesn't start again. To be fair, they offered to tow it for me this time. But this time, they wanted to charge me another $350 for another diagnostic test. I started to think about the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. I just couldn't go through with that again. The first two diagnostic tests did not provide a root cause issue... why should I have to pay for a 3rd? So I called the Audi dealership and they said it would be $190. "And this diagnostic test will show the root cause of the issue?", I asked. "Yes." I called All German Performance on Hendersonville Road. They said, "The diagnostic test should take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. We charge $120 per hour." They determined it was the steering column module. They fixed the issue and to date, my car is starting. They also gave me an estimate to fix another leak issue in my car that is half that of what Precision said it would cost. Although Precision has great customer service, I will sadly never return.

I couldn't be happier with the staff and quality of work on my Range Rover. Precision uncovered things the dealership couldn't figure out and even helped me get it covered under my extended warranty. I will never go back to the dealership going forward, will always trust Precision International with any work needed. Thank you!

Wow! This place is great! This was my first time going to Precision International and I was impressed! Steve provided me with excellent and friendly customer service, and called me when he said he would. My car was fixed the same day and they did a great job! I'll be returning there for all of my car's needs.

I have a luxury car and came to Precision to save money. I have had much better service and a nice savings as well! All the people I've met here have been extraordinarily kind and helpful. I am able to get a loaner car and have no complaints! I highly reecommend Precision to all my friends.

I've used Precision International multiple times for work on my 2015 Audi. The diagnostic results and planned repairs have always been fully explained. The work has been more than satisfactory,. Always a pleasure to deal with Andy and other Precision employees.

I don t know if it s really possible to be happy to have to take a car to get fixed, but we are always happy to see the Precision crew! We know our vehicle is going to be repaired quickly and properly, and for a reasonable price, without any concerns of faulty parts or being overcharged. Their staff are friendly, knowledgable, approachable, and take great pride in their work. 10/10, we recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly and responsive staff. They were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop during the whole process of repair on my vehicle.Went here for some maintenance work on a new to me 07 VW on a recommendation from another mechanic shop that doesn't service VW and was very impressed with them so when my car decided to have a major issue not long afterwards they were my first call. Unfortunately the car decided it was time to have a very common VW problem that is very costly to fix that no amount of test driving or pre-purchase inspections would have caught and was totally unrelated to any of the maintenance work they had done the week prior. While my vehicle was getting this large repair done Steve was in constant contact with me to provide updates and in the end the cost was less than the initial quote and less than the typical cost of this repair at other mechanics and dealers.Will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repair needs!

I have recently moved to the state, finding a repair shop that would be reasonable and work on a car that has challenges due to the area of the US I came from RUST! to be specific. When I found Precision international I was pleasantly suprised to get a really genuine and honest evaluation of my vehicle and the needed repairs, they are very knowledgable and when they do thier eval it is sent to you in an e-mail with PICTURES! so you can see what they see, before you decide to get repairs done. You can customize the repairs you want by selecting those from the list they send so you can focus the repairs and also get it to better fit your wallet if some of thier suggestions can wait until a later date. I am extremly pleased with them, I would have 5 starred them but I am always disappointed in the costs of all repair shops in the area, but they are not priced any different than other repair shops this is a personal dislike of inflation. Thier prices are in line with the area but they shine in thier personal attention to the customer and the quality work they do. They are quick to reply if you cobtact them and I think I have found my forever repair shop.

Loved Andy and the rest of the crew. Gave me an estimate on time for parts which was about two to three weeks but they expedited the process and I got my car back in less than a week and a half. Great work, great customer service, I cannot recommend them enough

I have never had a better experience with a mechanic. The customer service was top notch. They were polite, communicative, prompt and under budget. I felt completely at ease interacting with their staff and never once felt patronized.As a bonus, they communicate estimates and updates via text so I could easily share it with my partner, I have a digital reference of exactly what work was performed and there was no delay on repairing the car while we played phone tag.I would highly recommend this business.

The initial consultation was was spot-on. My experience with so called Precision International Auto repair shop was definitely unsatisfied. I have a 99 clk that had some issues. I spent 8000 dollars. Yes 8000 dollars on a oil leak and some other issues. You know brakes, lights, struts, etc etc etc. I figured the main was the oil leak. In my mind the oil leak would at most be half or 5000 of the total cost of repairs. And the rest 3000 to 4000. I think they had my car for about a week and a half to two weeks. Of course they were trying to be professional with their technique in fixing a vehicle. You know, notifications and pictures, as far as with the process of my car. So I'm thinking these guys are the real deal. Boy I sadly mistaken. When so called Precision International Auto Repair finally called me to inform me that my car is ready, I said cool, I'm on my way. I think I paid them in a two day process, but they received every penny of my hard earned money. The very next day, I'm at home getting ready to pick my daughter up from practice, my car wouldn't start. I figured that it was the battery or starter. So I called Precision, and told them the problem. They told me to bring it back up there. I did what they asked, but I had to pay for the towing. It cost me a hundred dollars. Precision called me the following morning to let me know that the battery was dead. That cost me almost 500 dollars. I asked the employee, if did a total diagnostic check, why didn't you check and see if I had good battery or not? The representative just did a smirking sound over the, said he doesn't know why they didn't check the battery. Now that problem was resolved, I'm thinking that nothing should go wrong with my car, since I spent damn 8000 thousand dollars on a car that is 24 years old, but has a little under 74000 miles. It will be 3 years this October, the car has been in my possession. When I drove off the dealership, it had 62000 miles. Three months past, but during these three months, my car was still leaking oil. I was trying to stay positive, saying to myself, (I know this repair shop did not steal at most 5000 dollars from me, maybe it's just the residue, from the repair. It fact, a employee from Precision called, and asked me how is everything. I told him what I was thinking, in dealing with the residue. But in reality, my car is still leaking oil on the street, in which I have to park my car. Last night I couldn't take it anymore, as I arrived home, I noticed oil stains that are bigger than normal. Usually it's little to medium size stains, that I try to clean up. I took pictures of them, and sent them to Precision today, while I was at work. Somebody finally replied that he will be up there, by the time I get off. When I arrived, the same employee came through the door, with his nonchalant self, saying that they will give me a free diagnostic check, but if it's something else, I will have pay them to fix it. I said myself, WOOOOWWW, but I figured that. So at the same time, I wasn't surprised. DO NOT..... I MEAN DO NOT take your car to this place. They will rob you of your hard earned money.
