Excellent I called this morning and got a same day appointment to change my oil and rotate tires. They game me a ride to a local restaurant to wait while they serviced my car. Very very friendly service person, Autumn Lance, took care of me. She looked up my maintenance contact and took care of the paperwork. Great service all around.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I recently had a full warranty engine replacement on my 2016 Sorento. My rep, John, was thorough in his explanation of what was going on and answered all my questions. He underpromised and over delivered on the timeline. Much appreciated in today's lack luster service culture.
