Yesterday about 2 o'clock, one person being waited on no other custermers in the store , I stood there for a few minutes an wasn't even looked at, 3 people behind the counter, just turned around an left,bad way to run a business

Rick was very kind and knowledgeable! He seemed to be the only employee working on a Sunday morning and provided excellent, speedy customer service. Will definitely be back for future needs!

OUTSTANDING service at this gem of an auto parts store! Randall was a star when we pulled up to buy oil - above and beyond anything we could expect. He cleaned our battery terminals, which was why we had needed a jump earlier that day, and was just super kind and helpful. Not the first time we have had FABULOUS service here. Don t bother going anywhere else! Come straight here, they will take care of you cheerfully and well, going the extra mile so you leave happy and satisfied.

Great service. Checked online before I went to make sure they carried what I needed, walked in was greeted, got what I needed and checked out. Helpful staff, fast service.

I stopped in to the Leicester Hwy. O'Reilly's around 730pm this evening and was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and overall exceptional customer service from Randall and James. Randall kindly helped me find the ac stop leak recharge I was wanting as I was lost on which I needed. James helped me with replacing my windshield wipers and installing a new battery in my car. I already basically knew what I did and did not need with the wipers and battery, but they showed me all of the options and prices and did not try to oversell me on anything. I super appreciated that! Prices were on point with what I excepted and as comparable to other auto parts stores in the area. 10/10 I would recommend this location to anyone. New and future repeat customer, thank you guys!

The team that works here is helpful, funny, and care about their customers. If you're needing some parts, advice, or just a good laugh stop on in. They got what you need and if they don't have it on hand they can get it for you quick. Also, they don't have buy one get one free or buy 3 and get a discount type sales. They just give you the lowest price without any gimmicks.

So far these guys have really taken care of all my needs. Prices are pretty decent and if they can't find it that day that will make sure I get it as soon as possible. So I will continue shopping there until they give me a reason not to. And they give a 10% discount for Veterans. Which is a plus for me.

Had issues with vehicle 10/08/2021. Spoke with young rep. Cody who helped diagnose the issue and helped me resolve the issue. He helped and didn't hesitate to give advice and show me how to remedy the problem if it were to occur again. Great place and nice employees who don't mind extending a hand. Thank you Cody! I've told all the folks at AMCHC about my experience there.

Called about a part. They said they had it, but when I arrived part was not in stock. Moreover they let someone without a mask walk around inside the store, including the back of store. Maybe an employee but still should've had a mask on. Didn't have company attire on.

Great folks work here, they are helpful and knowledgable. O'Reilly has been good to me and my cars needs for a very long time.I only gave 3 stars, because during covid19 pandemic, companies need to be more about safety of not just employees, but the consumer, too. Signs on the door are ok, but being sure that every customer wares a face mask, helps protect others.Companies should only allow customers inside with a mask, and should provide mask to those in need of a mask.Remember the old sign that read, "no shirt, no shoes, no service"? The new sign "no face mask, no shirt, no shoes, np service".COVID19 is deadly, take the needed precautions, wear a mask and stay 6 feet or more apart from others while in the store.

Always helpful and will order your part if they don't carry it in stores. The staff is always nice which helps since the only time I ever go there is when I have car trouble and my day isn't going well!!

Leicester highway, 73 yrs vet asked to use restroom but was denied so I left my items on counter and walked out will take my business elsewhere

Rude unable or unwilling to help. Guys should not work in a field where they have to interact with the public. Customer service was unacceptable, well more like nonexistent. I'll never shop O'Reilly's again. That's my word

I usually go to O'Reilly's in Weaverville. Today my check engine light came on as I was heading towards Leicester Highway. Stopped by O'Reilly on Leicester. Sign says on the window they do check engine light readings for free. Cool. Go inside. Wait forever to be told they dont check engine light readings there... Really? Then you should take the sign down that says you do!!!

O'Reilly's Auto Parts you might as well go to AutoZone spend $20 or more five times you get 20 bucks free I've gotten it several times most of their parts are lifetime guarantee it seems like they have a little better educated people about getting the right part and AutoZone probably a little cheaper but O'Reilly's advance AutoZone they're all the same Chinese and Mexican jump I Google my car year make model and part I need and it comes up to several different things that you can pick from I usually go to eBay to get my auto parts there a third of the price of what they are in a part store you're in a rush show you got to do what you got to do

They had what I needed. (Valve Stem Cap's) I had my oil change done and the guy who did the tire pressure didn't put a couple of the Cap's back on. You can loose your tires air pressure out of the valve stems from time to time.
