James and Jerry at this location are good folks who take an interest in your needs. I visited another near by store and explained an issue I was having with my brakes and they weren't so helpful. I spoke to James and he took care of everything. If you're needing support with your parts this is a good place to go and will be my go to place in the Asheville area. Thanks guys, you rock!

Stopped to get something to tie down a mattress because I failed miserably at trying to do it. I had no idea how to work the tie downs and Donny came out there in the cold and tied my mattress down for me so it wouldn't fly out on the trip to Charleston. Give this man a raise bc he deserves it.

Rick is awesome, he went out of his way to help my husband who is a mobile mechanic yesterday. True customer service, A+ experience. Always a delightful experience with everyone who works there. Always willing to help, they will bend over backwards to assist you! I never feel like I'm treated differently when I go down unlike other auto part stores, I'm treated with respect and dignity! Even being a woman who knows about vehicles. Definitely recommend this location.

Came here after a bad experience at Advance Auto parts on Merrimon. Needed to get a replacement battery and Luis helped me out and installed it quickly. He was very nice and respectful! Overall great experience!

Just wanted to say that this is a five star place. There was only one person working there when I went on a busy morning with a dead battery and he went out of his way to help me out. Very kind and I really appreciated it. Thanks so much!

This is the BEST auto parts store in Asheville. JOEY is my favorite employee there. He is so attentive and really cares about his clients. I have NEVER experienced such a delightful person making sure I have the right parts for my car. Joey gives great advice, he works very quickly. If I was his boss, I would give him a huge raise. He makes me only want to come back to this store just to get his customer service. Thank you Joey for being such a great person. I appreciate it. My car appreciates it too. I recommend anyone coming here with questions, ask for Joey, he'll help you out with anything.

I went in to get a new headlight bulb to replace myself, and Luis ended up helping me find better bulbs, and putting them into both headlights for no extra change. Super helpful and friendly service!

They were super helpful right when I walked in and helped me find and purchase the right headlights for my car. They then proceeded to help me replace my old ones. So helpful!!!!
