Awesome service and show great attention to detail! So far I ve gotten my State Inspection, New Tires and alignment, and my Tire Pressure Monitor taken care of here. Friendly service and super easy to make appointments or stop by. The mechanics made sure my vehicle was up and running smoothly by the time I left - even went above and beyond to help with a rim that was giving me issues! Thanks guys! Appreciate the hard work!

I love the customer service, and Cody was very knowledgeable and efficient with fixing my car. Tina at the front desk was welcoming and had clear communication. We will definitely be back if we happen to get a nail in the tire again. We did a walk in and happened to have our take out with us. The lobby was a clean and comfortable space to hang out.

We are from out of town on a road trip & my car started acting up. I stopped in, at 5PM, very worried. Everyone there was so nice, attentive & professional. They checked my car quickly & found nothing wrong! Another place may have found something to charge me for. Very impressed!

Got a nail stuck in our tire heading home. Called and got an appointment here and the customer service is absolutely AMAZING! So family oriented! They had a TV room for my daughter to chill in while getting the tires repaired and allowed me and my husband to sit inside with our dog. Greatly recommend this place. Shoutout to our Tech: James!! Thank you guys so much! You guys are AMAZING!!!

Colby my technician was friendly and efficient and didn't charge me for anything I didn't need. He asked me questions along the way to make sure I got the services I wanted and I'm very happy with the final result! Leo at the front desk is always friendly and fun to interact with. This is my second time back and we have every reason to come back again.

This tire shop gave us the very best experience ever! We were on our way home, back to a Michigan when we got a bolt in our tire. They quickly got us in, removed the bolt and patched up our tire! We are so grateful.The waiting room is very nice and the staff was very accommodating. Two very nice guys, one at the counter and the one who patched the tire.I highly recommend NTB for all of your tire needs.

Wow!!! My husband and I are on a trip and we needed air in our tires. Leo took care of us with professionalism and helped ease our nerves about the tire dilemma. We can t say enough about Leo and this business!! Thanks so much Leo! And yes, my vote is Coach Cal needs to go.

My family came down for the week from WI and happened to get what we thought was a flat tire on a winding road. We called NTB and spoke to a woman named Tina who said they could help us out right away. We were there in under 10 minutes and were welcomed in immediately. She gave the kids coloring books and they got to looking at the problem right away. Turns out we bent the rim a bit ultimately breaking the seal. They reshaped our rim, placed sealant and rotated our tires and when we went to pay, they wouldn t accept payment! Out of the kindness of their hearts they helped us out in our time of need. This was the best tire place we have ever been to!!

I went in the other day for what I believed to be a flat tire. I was totally ready for them to come and tell me I had to replace two tires and I would have paid and not have questioned it. Thankfully these honest workers told me it was just a bit low on air and the cap had fallen off. They didn t charge me anything even though they took almost an hour checking everything out to make sure that s all it was. I really appreciate the honestly and understanding from the staff! Thank y all so much! When I really do need new tires I will definitely be coming to y all!

We receive great service on our tires and alignment. When the other car picked up a nail they took us right in and patched it up fast. I appreciate having people who will take care of things without a lot of add-ons. Thanks

My tire went flat and Leo was extremely helpful. He accessed quickly that I could easily just patch my tire. It was completed in a short time. Very thankful for the excellent and friendly service during my minor crisis. Highly recommend!

Always have had a good experience here. Easy to book appointments online. Leo was really friendly and helpful up front. I went out for lunch and he gave me a call when the car was ready. The alignment is great and my steering wheel is perfectly centered again. Thank you!

I own a transportation business. Having a tire shop that has the best prices in town, great accommodating customer service is imperative. Billy and Tina are amazing! Wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

This staff is wonderful. Leonardo was so helpful squeezing us in and getting us safely back on the road for the rest of our trip home. The theatre room was such a fun amenity. We colored and watched a film. We can't thank you guys enough for fixing our tire and putting our worries to rest.

Shout out to our technician Jason. We were 12 hours into our 3 day trip when we noticed a screw in our tire. We stopped at this location and were treated so well. We were greeted at the door and got 5 star service and were able to get back on the road within 30 min. Highly recommend this store!! Thank you

I went in for a nail in my tire and received friendly, professional service as they patched the hole. There was a slight delay as they were waiting for a shipment of the patches, but as the staff communicated this with me, the wait didn t feel long at all. They were able to take what was a stressful situation for me and turn it into a quick and easy solution.

I will NEVER go anywhere else for a new tire, this place has always had outstanding customer service and the best prices for tires and brakes. Leonardo is an awesome representative, and the guys in the back are always working hard. Trust this place

Had to make a stop enroute to Michigan from our SC location. Our TPS sensor indicated low tire pressure. We found NTB on Google with five stars. Even though it was Easter weekend and very busy, we were able to get our tire repaired and back on the road in one hour. We really appreciate the friendly, prompt service.

Called on a Sunday to check tire stock availability. The first person I spoke with said they weren t in stock and couldn t be ordered. Found them online as in stock so I called back to learn that they weren t in stock but could be ordered. I was told the tires would be in store by Tuesday. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on Thursday and the tires weren t there. No phone call , no email, no nothing. To top it off, they failed to put my registration back in my vehicle after the inspection and I had to go back. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Had the best experience here! We came from brevard to get new tires on our travel van and Leo was so helpful! Our van was too tall to fit in the garage and they were still able to change the tires for us within a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this place to other because of Leo. He was very considerate, patient and was able to accommodate for our vehicle.

Had an outstanding experience! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my tire with them for a patch job, and they got to it right away. I'll be back to see them for my next set of tires.

Had new tires put on and an alignment. Made it a mile down the road and tires were bouncing. Went back and they re balanced the tires and it still bounced real bad. Ended up taking it to another shop and they couldn t believe how bad the tires were. Took 13 ounces of weights off 1 tire and balance it with 2 ounces. The guys at NTB were really nice and helped me but their equipment is old. 1500 for tires and alignment it should be perfect.

Needed a quick tire repair. I was able to schedule within hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was kind and patient. They pulled a HUGE nail out of the tire and sent me on my way.

Great experience at this shop. They were able to diagnose my issue, reseat my tire and refill at no cost. Very honest and fair.I will definitely be coming back when I m ready to buy new tires.

Excellent customer service and overall experience. Came in with a screw in my tire and they repaired it for me with no issues. My tires have a lifetime warranty from Mavis, and it was great to have the NTB here honoring that warranty, especially since there aren t any Mavis locations nearby.All the staff I interacted with were professional and had great customer service. It was a short wait, and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.Would highly recommend NTB Asheville and will be choosing this place again if I need a tire service.

Three weeks ago, I visited NTB to purchase new tires for my aunt's vehicle. The staff's exceptional friendliness and impressive customer service, coupled with fair prices, left a positive impression. Although I couldn't be there for the installation, they took excellent care of my aunt, ensuring a hassle-free experience and respecting her time.

I have used this NTB on multiple occasions and have never once had a bad experience. They are friendly and never pressure me to buy unnecessary items for my vehicle (unlike the other places in AVL I went to before this location opened). They are quick and efficient and always do an amazing job.

Very helpful! I made my appointment online and was in and out very quickly. Daniel was kind, informative, and went the extra mile when I last minute asked to check the alignment of my car. I will definitely be coming back if my car needs further work done.
