Absolutely incredible service. I needed a CAT replacement which I was dreading, however they could not have made it easier and more affordable. I will only get my exhaust work done here from now on. A classic business with amazing service.

Was looking for a seasoned mechanic to do some basic exhaust repairs instead of a franchise. Took several calls attempts to get an answer but once they picked up I was able to schedule an appointment about a week out. Work was done under the estimated time. Had an exhaust leak near the cat and he replaced that section of pipe as well as two more spots near the mufflers he said were getting close to rusting out. They don't accept credit card/digital pay; cash or check only.Service: Exhaust

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. We were visiting Asheville for our anniversary when my muffler sprang a leak. They fit us in early on Labor Day morning and got us on the road. So very professional, kind, and a real asset to Asheville. One of the good ones. We will never forget how we were taken care of when anxiety was high.Service: Exhaust

The gentleman that owns this company is very knowledgeable and professional. We spoke about an idea that was in my mind and he kindly recommend something else, in the end I m very glad I listened to him and my trucks have sounded and performed great. Also, let s not forget about price, he prices very fairly for the work and information he provides.

Was told I needed a exhaust system by my mechanic. Brought it to these people and two men could not find a leak or determine why it would be a recommendation To do so. Did find it needed a clamp which they replaced and would accept no payment. WOW!! Honesty is so very impressive when you experience it with courtesy and generosity. So grateful to these guys. Im from out of state and had to get out of town quickly but I had something wrong with my muffler. Went here and was lucky enough to have another someone else cancel so they got me in right away and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. The owner didn t even want to charge me anything. The most honest and righteous auto repair business I ve ever dealt with.

Stopped in on my way home from work and made an appointment for the same afternoon. The work bay was ready for my vehicle at the time of my appointment. The work was done in a very timely manner and was very reasonable price. The man that did the work on my muffler/ exhaust was also very pleasant. Highly recommend if you need this kind of work done.** There is also a good variety of food and drink places within walking distance from the shop (I went and had a couple of tacos and work was done when I got back)**Service: Exhaust

I can seen why this business has a 5 start rating. For me they maintained and where available for an appointment set a week prior, he used quality materials on my vehicle, and charged a very fair price. Tom was awesome. He installed two catalytic converters on my pickup and also installed two awesome sounding mufflers. I was out in 1 1/2 hours and very satisfied. I recommend this business to everyone in the area. The price was very fair. Thanks!

This is the shop you have been looking for. Here I found the best quote in town along with the best service. Here the price was an eighth of other quotes, the service was amazing both quick and professional. Honest people who are not trying to rip you off. Other places were leading me to believe I needed more work than necessary to fix my muffler issues. Here they actually looked under my car before quoting me any prices and offered a solution that both saved me lots of money, and fixed my issues allowing my car to pass inspection.

This garage is wonderful! They have fixed my car a few times now and their service and pricing is amazing. You can t usually get them on the phone because it s literally a one man show usually, but just stop in and he will fix your exhaust!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Was very happy with my experience. Started right at my scheduled time, was friendly, professional, and had me out in 30 minutes flat. Great price too (85 for a complete installation)! Even let me leave and come back after the job was finished with zero hassle, as he only takes cash/check, which i did not have on hand at the moment. Take your business here if you need muffler service, they deserve it for their professionalism and friendliness.

He does quick, honest work and with great prices. I had gotten an estimate at one place who told me I needed to replace my muffler (quoted me over $500). I went to Mason Muffler and he was able to repair the existing muffler for under $50. I never went anywhere else for muffler work after that. Cash only, so be prepared for that.

If you need exhaust work done, Mason will hook it up! I recommend him to everyone. Can't beat the price, however, his services are in high demand and appointments are necessary. I haven't been able to get the parts for the prices he gives! This is one of the few 5 reviews I have given.

A well deserved reputation! The muffler on my old truck had broken loose from the tailpipe. Mr Mason put a sleeve in and welded it, and it got me through inspection. Best of all, it only cost me $20!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

If you want a business that treats you like you want to be treated look no further than Mason Muffler service! Tom will treat you right and his work is outstanding at more than fair prices. He will be upfront and honest about what needs to be done and not try and up sell you. You will feel right at home and leave knowing the work was done right and that you were not cheated or over charges. I am a small business owner myself and take pride in customer service. If you need to have exhaust work done don t waste time looking around call Mason muffler. I will never go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Mason Muffler. I called one of those chain muffler shops and they quoted me $2,100.00 to replace my catalytic converters on my Ford Expedition. Mason did the job for $580.00. They are always busy so you may have to wait a few days but it is totally worth it.

This is the only exhaust shop in Asheville I have found that does quality work. Every job I've seen done, looks great and is is done right. Prices are fair and the only place I will take my car.My cat back 2.25" system looks clean, sounds great and couldn't ask for a better install.
