My car driver side was demolished when I took it to Joe Hudson s but when I got it back it looked like a new car. They keep me informed of every step of the repairs. Everyone from front desk to the repair shop was so nice. I would strongly recommend them.

Great service! I had a claim for damage that was done to my vehicle and Joe Hudson got me in quickly, worked with my insurance company to get the repairs done, and had the work completed in less than 2 weeks. The front bumper didn t fit well when I got the car back, and the team was very nice, ordered me a replacement and got the car squared away again with no issues. Everyone is kind there, and I really appreciated working with Brooke and Shane, who were both nice and helped me get through the process smoothly. Would definitely return again.

They were great working on my car. I have a really hard color to match on my car but you can't tell what was replaced or painted. They had a hard time getting parts for my car (not their fault, parts backordered from germany) but they worked with me and have been pleasant to work with and done what they promised. I recommend them to everyone

I recently picked up my vehicle after being told it was ready. Before even starting the car, the gap created from the accident in the drivers door had not been fixed to the point when the door was shut, you could see blue sky through the seal. It was taken back for an adjustment but still not sealed by any stretch, can hear air coming through the gap upon driving. The turn signal light cover was not replaced, loose bumpers, body panels still out of alignment, runs in the paint that was brought to my attention from the manager on duty when I took it back about other complaints, scratched areas that were not fixed, body lines very poorly matched around the wheel wells and a warped step rail. I have spoken with management and have been assured that these items will be taken care of soon. It s very obvious that there is little to no quality control upon delivery. The staff however have been a bright spot, the lady at the front desk has been very pleasant and the manager who was made aware of the big issues upon delivery have been nothing short of professional. When the vehicle is fixed back to acceptable factory standards I will update this review.

Currently having one of the worst customer service experiences with this shop. The staff is all men who are evasive, poor communicators and deeply averse to taking personal or professional responsibility for their work or their mistakes. They've had my vehicle for five weeks and while they have all the parts say they can't get it back to me until end of March. The managers refuse to call me back even though they have accidentally cc'd me on emails admitting their major faults in the process with my vehicle. Completely at a loss.

I took my truck to get the passenger door and right bumper fixed. At first I was hesitant to take my truck to Joe Hudson because of the reviews I read online. Some of the previous customers stated they received their vehicle back in good condition and some received their vehicle back in bad condition . Well I ended up taking my truck to Joe Hudson and ended up being one of the customers whose vehicle was giving back in bad condition. The technician left some over spray on the other passenger door that didn t need to be worked on, the technician also rushed to put the side mirror on, the seal gaskets for the door, and scratched the other passenger door that wasn t being worked on. Also the paint on the bumper has a paint drip on it from when the technician painted the bumper. I took my truck back to Joe Hudson to get the side mirror, the seal gaskets for the door, the emblem, and the door seal to get fixed. Well they fixed the over spray issue, the door seal, and some what centered the emblem on the passenger door but they didn t really fix the paint drip or reinstalled the side mirror how it should ve been done. The paint drip looks like the technician tried to sanding the paint but made it looks worse. Overall, Joe Hudson was able to fix the door and bumper, but the paint job, putting the door and bumper back together was not done in a professional manner. I recommend going somewhere else for any repairs.

I would 100% recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The staff is top notch, my car looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. The repair was done in a timely fashion. I hope to never have another collision with a deer, but if I did I would definitely use them again!

I had an amazing experience with this shop. Waited almost 2 months to get my car in with Progressive, but it was worth the wait. Rebecca at reception was incredibly nice & helpful. Called every Tuesday and Thursday with updates on the vehicle. John, the assessor, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. My car had quite a lot messed up to the front end, including undercarriage that had been ripped off, and in the 2 & a half short weeks it took to get completed, I picked my (eggplant colored) car up looking brand new. Amazing job and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality body shop work. Five stars all around.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time w this location, 2nd time dealing w Joe Hudson. The car look perfect and I m very picky! Being a nearly new car, I hoped to get a factory finish and we got exactly that. Great communication as well. It took a little longer to finish than expected but the most important factor to me was quality of work. A++

Worst experience ever! Don t take your car there if you want it back or even fixed!!!Booked an appointment 2 months in advance for body work. At the beginning they were nice but extremely vague about the length and/or cost of the repair. I was told I'll get updates over text message or I can check a link for the progress of the repair. Obviously that never worked!After a whole week, I called to ask for a timeline or even a quote but they kept referring to text messages/app. Called several times and the lady at the front desk said to me we don t provide digital quotes and she doesn t check her email so I needed to go and get a physical copy. Apparently she forgot that my car was at the shop and I didn t have transportation.Another week passed and after calling every Tue & Thur, days they give updates, I was told that "maybe" Friday I can pick it up but they'll call me back to confirm. Obviously they never did.I decided to go and get my car that Friday. They asked me to be there 30min before they closed, which I did. The production manager took a while to bring my car back and showed me the repairs quickly since they were about to close. He didn t mention anything and rush me to get the paperwork done before they were gone for the weekend. As soon as I got in my car and drove a block from the shop I noticed a crack on the windshield, coming from the area they were doing the repairs. Tried to call right away but they were already gone. That s when the nightmare really started.Called first thing on Monday and I was asked to bring the car back. Talk to Wes, the store manager, he told me the glass company will be in touch with me to replace the windshield, easy!. I just needed to wait for a call to set it up. A whole week went by and never got a call. Reached out again and now he is saying they are not responsible for the repair and I need to figure it out with my insurance. He was rude and dismissive. Now, 4 days after I talked to him, I was responsible and they won't do anything. He even said that a change of temperature may have cracked the windshield!?!?!?!? I'm trying to talk to the "production manager", Shayne, that worked on my car but suddenly "he is not available" or too busy or they will call me back or they don t have access to a phone what a joke!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Had my car backed into a week before Christmas. Couldnt get to my repair until the beginning of the year which was understandable, they quoted me for 8 days. 2 weeks later I'm having to call them to figure out what's the hold up and they say the clips broke on my bumper they were just waiting to get them. Finally go to pick my car up and I can immediately see that the "fresh paint" was rough as sand paper with and then an obvious run from overspray or just poor prep work and sprayed over dirt. I pointed it out and they promise to get it fixed within minutes. Car is pulled back around front and they show me the 'fix' which isn't improved at all and overall paint just feels rough to the touch. The service tech tries to say I'm "damaging fresh paint with my fingers" after several back an forth trips to their "shop" the spot is somewhat improved. Do not take your car here. Geico recommended this body shop somehow but I'll steer clear from now onService: Painting

My truck was taken to thus body shop for an estimate due to a hit and run that I was involved in. They deemed it a total loss. I was told by the insurance company to go clean it out. I went on Monday 3/6 to clean some items out. I spoke with the front desk representative and she told me where to locate the vehicle. I asked her what was the policy for coming back if you needed to make two trips to finish cleaning it out. She stated "it's no problem we will not allow the vehicle to leave without you signing off on it". I said great because I have a tool box on the back with tools and I will have to come back and get it with some help. She said ok. I gather my electronics from my truck and remove the tag and left. I returned on Wednesday 3/8 with a friend and my truck is go where in the lot. I speak with two gentlemen in the lot and one looks and says the must have picked it up, let me check meet me in thr front. I drive to the frontand he is speaking with the young lady that assured me my truck would be there until I signed off on it. He tells her to call the insurance company. She does and comes to tell me that I have to go get it from the salvage yard or call the insurance company and have them ship it to me. I call the insurance company to create a service ticket and call the salvage company. Then I'm told they cannot ship a toolbox because it's too big. Now I have to drive an hour and a half to Spartanburg, SC to get my toolbox and other belongings!! Not one person at Joe Hudson said "I'm sorry"!! I've gotten "I don't know how this happened" and that's pretty much it!!! As far as their work is concerned, I don't know because I haven't seen it. But as it deals with their professionalism, ownership of mistakes and concern for the customer's satisfaction and relationship they totally missed the mark!!!

Joe Hudson's is a preferred shop with State Farm and i brought my car there after car vs wild animal. Crunch! From the initial call to the time I picked up my newly repaired car, I was very pleased. They were professional, courteous and did a great job! I was kept up to date on the progress every step of the way. Hopefully I'll never need their services again but if I do, I would definitely go there and would highly recommend.

Someone hit the drivers side of my Toyota Corolla, right before Thanksgiving. The insurance company said 'We use Joe Hudson Collision on Louisiana Avenue. I arrived at the center, leaving my car for 13 days for repairs to be made. I drove a rental the whole time. The staff informed me through texts, n voicemail about the progress. I couldn't wait to get my car back. I finally got the call to pick it up. The cosmetic work looked fabulous! I feel that the car looked like it originally did, prior to the accident. I AM DEFINITELY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. My 2 complaints that i have are: someone should have walked around the vehicle with me, to make sure there were no issues. I had to go back for 2 minor issues that they fixed very quickly, on 2 separate occasions. There was an excessive amount of dust in the car from sanding.....TOTALLY UNDERSTAND! There was grease spots on the upholstery....totally understand with the car being taken apart. I feel that extra attention to detail, would be appreciated in the future. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP FOR REPAIRS. Excellent work, timely response, friendly staff, willing to listen to the customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris did a nice job of explaining the estimate and work that needed to be done. When the work was complete, he went over what was done and made sure I was satisfied with the quality of the repair. The quality of the repairs was excellent. Also, the office staff was helpful and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. I hope I don't need their services agin but I would definitely use Joe Hudson's if I do and will recommend them to others.

I have never had an experience like the one I had with Joe Hudson. I was dealing with an insurance claim and it was soooo easy. I was informed every step of the way on my repairs. I was amazing at the little time it took form beginning to end. Every step of the way they showed professionalism. Thank you for taking the stress out of this and felt reassured that my repairs were handled by a great team of professionals!

From the day we brought my car in, Joe Hudson's kept me notified of the progress they were making. Although I did get my car back a week later than it was promised, the quality of the work was outstanding. It was impossible to tell that any work had been done. Everything was matched to perfection (including the paint job). I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision.

I brought my vehicle in for body work due to accidental damage and the team at Joe Hudson were gracious enough to expedite my repair due to broken glass and my reliance upon the vehicle for work and income! The work was done in a number of days and the car was returned to me in literally brand new condition> My transaction was handled with courtesy, compassion, and the utmost professional integrity! I will only use Joe Hudson's if I require further services of this nature;they made the entire process seemless and easy for me to navigate.
