This was our first time purchasing (heck! even driving!) a Hyundai. We went with the re-designed Santa Fe and are in love with it. Justin and Kyle both were amazing to work with -- got us in and out in under 4 hours (let's face it we all know these things can take so long sometimes!). Tiffany in Finance was great to work with as well. Definitely pleased with our purchase and experience.

Sherri Muchow traded for 2024 Hyundai Venue, great experience! Lee Adams was the salesman. He was very kind.. attentive and NOT pushy! He was very informative on the vehicle..he was a pleasure to work with. Kyle the floor manager was very helpful and helped give the best deal on my trade and on the new vehicle. Cassie Bevell the finance manager was superb in her job. She explained every detail of the trade and just a joy to work with. I have traded with Hyundai of Asheville three times now and have always had an excellent experience. I've never felt pressured into anything..they take excellent care of their customers. Recently got a new vehicle here and my overall experience was really good. Kyle was really upbeat, friendly and understanding. When I was negotiating for my trade in value there were no absolutes (as in immediate no's). Got my vehicle at a fair price (even in an inflated market) with a decent warranty, all while keeping my payment within my preferred price range.

I never considered purchasing a Hyundai until a friend recommended looking at the 2024 Tuscon. So glad that I did! My experience could not have been better. I was fortunate enough to work with Manny. I can not say enough good things about him! He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient (I can be a "challenge", LOL). I felt that he truly had my best interests as a priority and I never felt any pressure to purchase the car. Tiffany, in finance , was also great...made that entire process easy and fast. Thanks again to the entire team at Hyundai of Asheville!!

Great experience with Hyundai of Asheville. Love my Hyundai Kona! Jesse was my salesman and did an amazing job. He was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. This was my first new car in 20 years so I needed lots of help. The inventory at Hyundai of Asheville was awesome, making it easier to find the car I wanted.

I brought my 2022 Tucson in for routine service this morning. It was easy to make an appointment. When I pulled up, someone came immediately to receive me. I was in at 8:00 and out by 9:00, with a clean car, fresh oil, rotated tires, and a state inspection. All of my experiences with Hyundai of Asheville have been very positive.

They will rip you off on service if you bring a car in for service, expect problems to arise because they do not do their job properly. Brought my car in for a radiator flush, and they failed to fill the radiator fluid to even a minimum level. There was no fluid inside the radiator Reservoir. They have no problem taking money from you just to rip you off. If you issue a complaint about the service they will act like nothing is wrong and treat you like you are an idiot.i had them replace brakes because they were squealing And yet when they inspected the car they told me the brakes were perfectly fine. They will also scratch your car if you bring it in for repair.

My wife and I were in search of 2 new vehicles. I had totaled my car and she was searching to sell her truck while it s still worth something, but we were incredibly nervous about it. Neither of us had ever gone through the process of buying new cars on our own, nor had we ever made such a large purchase. We went in with a general idea of what we were looking for and we were treated so damn well. I spent about a week talking with Justin before we finally visited the dealership, and he was just as exceptional in person as he was over email. He was kind, funny, and honest. We never felt like he was pushing anything on us or that he didn t value our wants/needs. He made the process relatively easy and we felt confident in our decisions. Eli in the financial department was equally fantastic. He was also kind, honest, and funny. He worked with us on deals and additions to our cars without making us feel like we *had* to do anything. We really didn t even spend a huge amount of time in the financial office, which was a surprise but great. Overall, I can t recommend this dealership enough. I also can t recommend Justin enough, and I hope you have the pleasure of working with Eli. What an incredible team at Hyundai of Asheville. Thank you SO much!!PS- get a Palisade and/or Tucson :)-S&A

Excellent experience all around. Kyle was a very thorough salesperson who really cared to make sure our chosen vehicle met our needs. His followup was beyond what I have ever experienced. Eli was very good at explaining our deal and making sure we understood all the options before signing anything. Needed to have a couple things tweaked after the purchase and the service department was efficient in resolving both. I'd come back here to buy my next new or used vehicle without hesitation.

I have been doing business with this dealership for many years. This place is fantastic to get a vehicle from or to take your car for servicing. The floor manager was great as always and so was the guy who sold me the vehicle. The Finance department was nice and friendly but quick so I could head out to work. The service department is efficient and extremely friendly. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced so I can say hello to everyone. Fantastic service as always! Go with Hyundai of Asheville. You'll be so very glad you did.

Horrible service, long delays, super expensive repair service, rude personnel who lied over and over. I warn everyone to stay away from this Dealership. They owe me almost $800 for car rental reimbursement. They lied and denied promising me reimbursement. I just read the above to my Wife and she reminded me that she thought she heard one the sales people say something to the effect of you know how Jews are . to another sales person. I guess that was because I was trying to get a fair deal. Shameful! The date is 03/08/2024 and I just received a check in the mail for the disputed amount. A Gentleman named Kyle and I had a great conversation and he said he was appalled that anyone on his team would say something like that. I believe he is sincere and he said he would meet with his team about this issue. While I still have some issues with the service department, Kyle in sales was great!

Manny was wonderful! We had a great experience. We were offered water and coffee almost immediately. He is very educated on the vehicles, friendly, and worked with us to get us the deal we needed. He truly went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend. A great experience all around.

It was such a pleasure working with Michael in the purchase of my 2020 Venue. I am very pleased that both the sales manager and Michael have reached out several times to make sure I am happy with my vehicle. Plus any questions or concerns I have will be answered when I drop by the dealership which is a huge help for me since I m single. The finance manager Tiffany was also very good to work with. All in all it was above and beyond my expectations and highly recommended for their excellent service!

I was on a road trip back home from vacation when my car broke down just outside of Asheville and was towed here. They diagnosed the issue the next day, talked to hyundai to get me a new engine, and then I had trade in value.I was introduced to Manny who sat me down, got to know me and what I wanted in a car, and he picked the perfect one! The car handled so smoothly and every feature was better than the next. We got right to work at making it affordable for me to walk out with my brand new Tucson! He went above and beyond handling the return of my rental car, checked to make sure I got home safely after a 4.5 hour drive, and is available anytime I have a question.Shout out to all the folks there I met. You were all great and made the buying process so easy. But, if you want fun while you're at it, Manny is the guy you want

Had the oil light come on during a cross-country trip. Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. They took my car, diagnosed the problem and I was on my way in about an hour, with a car wash to boot! I didn't get names but everyone I interacted with was great.

Jake, the sales man was great as well as the lady (sorry I forgot her name) from the finance department was great. Buying a new/used car can be a very stressful experience. Especially, if you are purchasing a new car because you lost your other vehicle in an accident. The accident itself is bad enough but then having to go secure a new vehicle can feel overwhelming. However, your team at Hyundai of Asheville made the car buying process easy and painless Thanks Hyundai of Asheville for my new ride!P.s. they let me borrow that giant bow from a car on the sales floor, so that I could get a cool picture of my new car with a giant bow!

The customer service routine at Hyundai of Asheville was very efficient professional and courteous. There was a clean comfortable waiting area for customers where snacks and hot coffee were available. The staff was courteous. The only disappointment of my visit was the fact that I had to pay to replace the factory battery in my car that was dead after only 14 months. I realize that the warranty had expired in terms of miles but I still think that a brand new battery should last more than 14 months

Micheal Nurez, sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He never pressured us once to purchase the new car being viewed, never asked us personal, i.e. invading, questions, or asked what type of monthly payment we were aiming for while touring the car or test-driving it. When we sat down to discuss numbers, he listened to our needs and went back and forth to the sales manager and finance department to make sure we received a great deal. Ask for Micheal.

I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of work when I take my vehicle in for service. The wait time is great...They offer snacks and drinks in a very nice waiting area. I am always kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle while its being serviced! Great place...I highly recommend Hyundai Of Asheville to all my friends!

I shopped around all day and was going home but decided to go to Hyundai of Asheville first...Justin Collis a salesman, came out to greet me and asked if he could help... I explained what I was looking for, and from the moment Justin came out, he was professional and polite. He found a car that fit my budget, and we took it for a test drive...he answered all my questions and made me feel like he really cared about me and that it was not just a sale. I fell in love with the 2019 Hyundai Accent, but informed him I didn't like the center console... When we got back to the lot, he got on the computer and ordered a new console for me... I purchased the car and left...the next day he called to inform me he spoke with my insurance company and had everything taken care of.....OMG I have never had such h great customer service from anywhere. I was so sad this morning, until I met Lee Adams! He was friendly, kind, and understanding, and had my best interest at heart! I drove away with a brand new 2023 Tucson! I had a blowout, and when I went to change my tire, the lug nut key wouldn't work as a prior company put them on too tight, even cross threading one. I ended up stripping the lug nut key itself, trying to get the tire off for the spare. Which then led to having to get a tow. I got it to Hyundai Ashville, where they luckily had a master key for my Tucson getting me back out on the road pretty fast. What was a bad day turned out OK with these guys. I was towed to Hyundai of Asheville by my roadside assistance,so wasn't sure what I would be facing. But, the associates were friendly and helpful. They bantered back and forth about my car issues, like two doctors about to perform surgery...I was impressed at their knowledge. So, of course I'd use your service department if I lived in NC, and would highly recommend anyone to. Thank you to all who helped me..I got home to Alabama without a hitch!Also, want to give a shout-out to Fred and the nice associate who helped him with me. From start to finish and beyond, I've had a wonderful experience at Hyundai of Asheville. It was easy to schedule an appraisal of my old van and the salesperson, Lee Adams, helped me find the perfect SUV based on my wants/needs. He was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I, honestly, originally had no intention of buying a brand new vehicle, but Lee worked with me until we decided on a 2023 Santa Fe at a fantastic price and amazing warranty. To top it off, Lee filled up the gas the day I bought it and filled it again two weeks later!I absolutely love my new car and will happily be a repeat customer in the future. Thanks, Lee!!

For the most part I was very happy with my experience. The service was quick and efficient. My only concern was that some of the questions I had regarding features on the vehicle were unanswered. Guess I ll have to try reading the rather technical manual again!
