I normally deal with VW as I own two VWs. I was transferred to deal with Jeanne from Audi service. You can immediately tell they have a high standard of quality. I was impressed with all the people I dealt with while I was there. VW service has definitely done a great job too, but Jeanne impressed me with her service. Thanks for your help!

I scheduled an appointment for service online the Sunday before memorial day. They called me at 8am sharp on memorial day to "confirm my mailing address". In addition to making me wait weeks for service, you're going to wake me up with the birds on my day off? To fill out my marketing profile data. Uh huh. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

Not a great service experience - despite having an appointment, was forced to wait in line for 20 minutes to see a service advisor - later tried severall times to call the service department - unfortunately their voice response unit was garbled and I could never get through to a real person. Picked up car - again waited in line - no instruction on how to reset my Bluetooth after warranty work - just a pamphlet in my cup holder. Hard to believe this dealership sells and services cars costing $50k to $200k. Porsche Audi should be embarrassed to have this dealer represent them.

Completely incompetent service department. Problem after problem with all members of the service staff, with them never offering solutions. They just pass it off to the next person, and have you wait. I would not recommend bringing your car here for any kind of service, as this is the second bad experience I have had here. Treat your customers with some respect please.
