Advance Auto is very helpful. They will put on wiper blades, check batteries, and more. So far, they ve always had the part I needed.

I needed help with spark plugs and tools over the weekend and I m glad I came here. They have great customer service and they really go the extra mile to help. I had to go in a few times over just a two day period and they answered questions and helped me figure things out. I have little mechanical expertise which can be embarrassing when I need to ask a stupid car question but they are friendly and helpful and care about the customers here. You won t feel uncomfortable asking them something at all. I believe it was Brian and Mitch I had gotten help from and there was a young woman who was friendly and helpful as well but I didn t catch her name. Thanks for your time and patience to help with my car issue!

I have four stars mostly for the reason there were only two employees. One employee was helping someone else on their vehicle and i was very happy the other employee put a new battery in mine. People were going into the store still and there was no one to help them. It was really no one's fault. The employees were very knowledgeable and very fast. One other problem was the location. I might be wrong but it seemed during the day when that area is busy (schools etc) it seems getting in or out would be difficult. I would go back. I can't think of any other auto shops around the location.

The people who work here are friendly and relatable. They are quick to do their task, but do it right. When helping me install a new battery the lady pointed a few parts that didn't look too good. All she did was glance over. She knew her stuff! I took my car to mechanic and they agreed with her judgement. Potentially just saved me a severe headache of being stuck on the side of the road. If not loyal to the store for the price, then be loyal customers here for the fantastic customer service and care!

Half the time, the staff at this location is helpful. Other times inconsiderate or blatantly rude. Had an employee tell me that my choice of car "belonged in the dumpster." Not sure I'm coming back after that experience.In all fairness, they usually have something close to what you need, but typically the cheap versions or not quite what you came in looking for. Also, most of the products on the shelves are surprisingly dusty at this place. Not that hard to wipe things down every once in a while.

I stopped in at the Advance Auto on Hendersonville Road right next to Long Shoals and I picked up a funnel and some transmission fluid and the staff there all of them were very friendly and a man named Connor helped me learn some stuff about my transmission a little bit of Maintenance and how to read the maintenance stick and was very professional and extremely helpful I will always use the store whenever I'm in the area

Went to go get a battery and I stood in line waiting excessively long waiting to get help considering it was fairly calm and not many people were in there, I wasn t treated properly what so ever while walking in, I over heard the manger herself who goes by Christy talking poorly about her staff going by the names Noah complaining about his absence due to him being sick and making fun of other appearances. I don t mind what anyone has to say but if you are to talk poorly or ill of your staff or customers please be sure that no one hears. I ve been in once before and heard staff members cursing while children were in the building. Quite frankly after my last visit I don t see myself returning to this specific establishment and I hope someone in management see s this and will take care of this issue immediately. Used to be a great store I years ago but it s poorly ran and completely turned upside down!!!

Needed new wipers for a car in our office fleet. Colton had me in out of the store with blades installed in less time than it took me to write this review. Having gone elsewhere on my last car which took 3o+ minutes for them to figure out, I like the kindness and service I got here more. Thanks Colton!

Stopped in to inquire about a mass airflow sensor for my daughter's Volvo. The young lady knew exactally what it was and gave me several options. I ended up ordering it through Advance Auto's on-line service with free shipping. The part arrived in four days. Didn't fix the check engine light however. I think that may require changing the oxygen sensors or some part like that. But Advance Auto did a great job. Imagine, people who actually want to work and not sit around and collect government subsidies. WAY TO GO GUYS AND GALS! Pay attention slackers.

I purchased some windshield wipers from a different Advanced Auto Parts store a few months back and was having issues getting them to fit into my car. Due to all the craziness of Covid I lost track of getting them on. I was out and near this location so I decided to stop in and see if someone could assist me getting them installed. Adrian helped me and brought to my attention that whoever helped me before sold me the wrong wipers for my car model. He went to the shelf and grabbed the ones I needed and installed them on my car. He didn t charge me for the right wipers he installed and just took the old ones back no questions asked. Great great customer service and I really appreciate people and businesses that take care of their customers! Keep being awesome!

Showed up 20 minutes before closing with a headlight out. Chris not only found me the replacement bulb that I needed but put it in for me. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous...I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have always purchased batteries for our vehicles here and this is just another reason I will always come back.

People in here were super helpful. I ordered the wrong part because I forgot the year of my car, I brought the part I was replacing and when the man saw it he knew it wasn't a match and stopped the sale. He helped me figure out a silly mistake without wasting more time.

I just wanted to say thanks to Casey Jean and Jamil today. My car battery died near their shop and they went all out to get me going again! They even had water for my two big dogs. Thanks again, this is a great shop!

This store has some of the Worst employees. They leave you on hold for extended periods of time, they quote you a price one day and almost double it the next when you go to purchase the part, you call another location and check the price and it's almost half. I have no idea what is going on here and I really don't think they do either. I was quoted 130 and 180 for a small 450 CCA battery called another Advance location just down the road and was quoted 80. I spend thousands of dollars on parts every year and this is the service that I get!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dave is a life safer.My low beams burned out and I had to get them replaced ten minutes before they were about to close. They stayed open late and took their time to calm my frantic rush to get my headlights working again. I will not go to any other auto parts store! Thanks for having employees who actually care about their jobs. INCREDIBLE.

They are pretty good at what they do the even offer to install some things like wiper blades they check your battery and even diagnose your car with the computer reader to help you get the right part, they don't have every part in the world but they can have them there quickly in just a few days.

Went into the Arden, NC store today to have my alternator checked. I was told by Matthew that He had to install a battery for another customer first and then he would help me. After waiting in the store for 20 minutes, Matthew finished and returned inside. He then started helping other customers that had arrived after I did. I waited another 10 minutes and finally had to leave. I will no longer do business with Advanced auto, there are plenty of other auto parts stores in the area.

I went there because everyone was closed and my car said service transmission now. I told the guy I don't know how to check any leaves or what is going on they put it on the computer but would help me check any leaves if there was something low I would have brought it there but they wouldn't even look so I got the codes and left

Good help at counter, can figure out what you don't know to say you need! Even changed our old windshield wipers out for us. Found everything I needed, even a few things that will be terrific gifts.
