Stopped in because my key fob was getting extremely sensitive. Didn't ask her name but the lady behind the counter took the time to take it apart, clean it and replace the battery. And she was happy to do it. Thanks for the great customer service.

Advance Auto Parts, unfortunately the part that I was trying to purchase was for an older car (1991) and they did not carry the part, to be fair none other local parts stores like O'Reilly, or Auto Zone carried the part, not even the local dealer. I eventually bought the part online from Rock Auto.Minus 1 star, because they did not have the part.But I give them 4 stars for the effort checking their inventory.If my review helped you, please select the like button.

I had a wonderful experience with Natalie today. She helped me pick out my wipers, showed me how to install them and helped me with my windshield wiper fluid. She was all in all great and went above and beyond to help me.

I went in to have my car battery checked and was greeted by Chris. He checked my battery and it was bad. He recommended a battery but also checked prices on others. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He took the old one out and installed the new one. He explained step by step what he was doing and and answered my questions. I was using a different Auto Part store in the past but will be doing all mine and my family's business at this store from now on. Great service and very highly recommended. Thank You Chris for great service and customer care!

Employees would not check engine codes for me, despite the website listing it as a free service that this specific location provides.Additionally, I would not recommend shopping here if you are a trans person, an employee stared at me for a long while as I walked in and it made me very uncomfortable. This will not affect most shoppers, your experience may be wonderful if you are cisgendered, but it was not pleasant for me. I wonder if my first complaint is related to my second, but, I'll never know for sure.On a positive note, the store was very clean. So that's something.

Exceptional customer service beginning with Kimberly who answered the phone, from Jackie, who took her time with me, even though the store was busy. All and all a really good experience to start my day. So, if you need something for your car or truck, or your tractor just won't start, stop in Advanced Auto in Leicester. Just try to be patient as some customers need a little extra help.

This past week, I had car issues and stopped by the advance auto parts and Kimberly was an outstanding help, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time in the cold weather to help me. This is not the first time that I've experienced excellent treatment here. Will be going back!

Super service and knowledgeable staff. They always greet me with a smile and take the time to listen to me and my car's "mystery noises." Thank you for being in the neighborhood. Update: Even during the pandemic, I can order something online and just go pick it up. The staff are very safety conscious. Thanks.

I placed my order online to receive a 25% discount and then drove straight to the Advance Store and picked it up. For the "Burden" of not standing in line, waiting, explaining to the counter person what I wanted, waiting on him to go find it, waiting in line to pay for it... For missing all of this fun by purchasing from the comfort of my desk chair at home... Advance compensates me with a 25% discount and had my part waiting for me when I walked in the door! Well... OK... I Guess! GREAT JOB ADVANCE!

I needed new windshield wipers for my truck. I stopped by Advanced Auto on Leicester hwy and met Kimberly. She was great. She helped me find the ones I needed and was kind enough to install them for me in the rain.

The clerk informed me that since I had a Kia, I needed a certain kind of antifreeze/coolant. I was not aware of this, so I went home and checked this out. Sure enough he was right. I appreciate the attention to detail and service.

Don't even get me started on the Patton Ave store! Disorganized, can't find parts, given wrong parts. Back & forth. Go here, go there ....Edit: I was notified to review my trip to Advance Auto Parts in the heat of the moment. After I decompressed & was back on the road I'm less aggravated. You know, sh!t happens! The young man (at Patton store) helping me did his best and was sincerely apologetic for the mistakes made. He fixed them as best as he could. I've been an AAP customer for about 15 years. Never had an unpleasant experience before. It was a simple repair that became expensive and complicated. I missed a day of work because I didn't have the right part. I had to get a ride, twice, because my vehicle was on jacks. Then it started raining. I had to finish in the rain. What more could go wrong? AAP personnel were calm and helpful. Nobody's fault. Nightmare is over!

We have a receipt from this store that shows a lifetime warranty for a window motor. We called and they said to bring in the receipt. We brought in the receipt and they wouldn't honor the warranty. On another visit, there was a poster on the window advertising oil on sale but the cashier wouldn't honor the advertised sale price. Goodbye Advance auto parts. We have given you thousands of dollars over the years. You have lots of compeiters where we can shop and we will NEVER shop there again!

This is my favorite Advance. The staff here seem more willing to help. I have them read codes for me all the time and they are happy to do it. They are a resource to the community.

Staff is very unknowlagable about the products and quick to becoming impatient argumentive when asked detailed questions. They had what I needed but it took long to communicate.

This was the 2nd time that stopped by this store and to pick up some parts and accessories for my car. Both times the clerk was rude and didn't want to be bothered with anything I needed help with. I will not ever go back to that store ever again.
