(update 3) 10 days not even 500 miles. Car won't move out of park. Willing to change review if fixed. You're lucky.Update: They're working on it.Update 2: fixed by the end of the same day. They're awesome thank you guys. It's a really nice car and I was terrified I'd be out of my car. They worked with me and got it fixed by the end of the afternoon.Update 3: I paid my first month's payment day of no issues. Car is running great one month later. Payment processed and plates done. I'm so happy with their service.

Got my car there March of 2022. Easy financing and the friendliest staff you could ever meet at a car dealership. Claudia is wonderful!The biggest bonus for me is the credit reporting has boosted my credit score. All you have to do is make your payments on time. My car has changed so not had minor issues and was in impeccable shape when I purchased it.I highly recommend Auto XChange. All around amazing service!

Make sure to lock your doors there is nothing to stop someone from entering the lot an taking what they want from vehicles if left unattended they will not lock your doors for you..Several items were missing from my vehicle I paid almost $900 to get vehicle back just to be releaved of my items, THANKS...Guess pushing a lock button is to much trouble..

Parking lot needs patching up but other than that. The lady there helped me out fast and got everything done. Tags come w/ purchase of car. Highly recommend for getting a starter car. No credit needed. Just might have to be a bigger down payment

Well my daughter purchased a Ford Escape 3 months ago..broke down the first day..Mechanic claimed he fixed it now the same problem happened and she is out of transportation..Can't get a response from mechanic and front desk lady giving us the run around..So for this I say DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE CAUSE THEY TRULLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS..I really think the number we was given for a mechanic was bogus..and the front desk lady ask couldn't we find a mechanic..why should we this car shouldn't be broke down again in less than three months..and the owner said it didn't have anything to do with him. THE QUESTION I ask now who do it have to do with then..cause my daughter trusted your business and now they don't seem to care......

I hope claudia will accept my apology for being upset ,I did notmean to hurt your feelings and didnt mean anything to you personally I'm sorry if i offended you please accept my apology and as always Chris is a standup guy who always makes good on things but I'm sorry i offended, I've been taken so much i forget that some are not like that and i hope you claudia can forgive and know that I will try to do better and I'm truly sorry and that I appreciate how my issue was handled and I will always return

if I could give 0 stars I would. put 2k down on a car from them, paid almost $300 a month in payments just for my transmission just go out within 8 weeks of me having it. said they wouldn't help me fix it so I didn't pay my payment & they repo'd it. wasn't worth it to put even more money into it than I already did. will never make that mistake again.

Cars on the lot are decent. Owner is okay. Guy who test drives with you is great. Front desk lady is rude and tells lies. Said if the car you purchase messes up within 2 weeks then to let them know so they can fix it but it s a lie. Make sure to record entire conversation with her in case something like this does happen.

I've never had an issue with this car lot BUT if Chris & Mike no longer own it & Brian is no longer the salesman I'll shop elsewhere.Really need a car for my daughter & grandchildren but I'll go elsewhere bc Mike & Chris were always extremely fair & they did have a mechanic on the lot. I guess not anymore

The lady was really nice and sweet but the car i wanted could never be ready when it was suppose to be ready so i ended up getting another one.... The same day i purchased it i didnt even make it home and it ran hot.. I called them the next morning and they did tell me to take it to the shop they use so i did... The guy said it would only take a few hours and its been 6 so far and still my car is not ready.. I would not suggest getting a car from them..... They need to inspect the cars more carefully before they sell them... Note yall.. Im sorry. I was really frustrated and stressed out and they really did help me out and got me my car back and had it fixed... So yesss they are good people... Thank yall again...

Bought a 2009 buggy from them, couple months back got it within 2 weeks cadalac converter went out took them almost a month to fix it because the mechanic was never available!! An then a month ago we had a very bad rain storm come in an my whole car was flooded leaking from the roof!! An when body shop got it they said it was a aftermarket sunroof on it!! So now we are in market for a new vehicle... an sad part we literally just paid car off... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! If I could give 0 starts I would worst place

This company prides their selves on selling junk. My husband and I test drove a Dodge van and the vehicle was smoking and leaking oil. Although it was brought to their attention and we stated we were willing to get the vehicle fixed, they did not want to negotiate the price so we went to Sammy s Auto Sales and purchased a nice reliable vehicle at an affordable price! If you re seeking a vehicle at Auto Xchange, I would suggest bringing a mechanic

Use extreme caution. The day after purchasing my car, the fuel pump went out. They used a shady mechanic from Tito's to fix it, who kept my car 2 weeks, the fuel sensor still isnt right and he left bad o rings in that leaked and had my car smelling like gas. And when the mechanic had my car, he left grease all over the interior roof.

My daughter needed a car fast! Service was great and she really likes the variety of cars available. Took about 2 hours from application to complete. I would recommend it.

Bought a car from them and have done nothing but works on it since the day we drove it off the lot. They are not willing to work anything out with is neither. Brother and sister in law bought a car from them and it literally broke down the day they got it. These people sell nothing but trash and have nk compassion for anyone. Take your business elsewhere if you need a good car. If you want a lemob then feel free to shop with them.
