My wife and I recently moved up to Arden from Florida. After we got up here, I bought a cool air intake and a strut brace for my 2018 Civic. I expected because of past experience that I could take my car to pretty much any shop and have the intake and strut brace installed but to my surprise, most places I called wouldn t do it. I finally came across R&R Automotive. It wasn t more than an hour between when I spoke with them and when I had my car at their shop. Despite it being last minute for all intensive purposes, Steve (one of the mechanics there) was ready when I got there and did an excellent (and quick) job installing the intake and strut brace in my car. While the shop there is a bit of a hole in the wall, I ve personally found that the hole in the wall places have some of the best mechanics. I definitely will be taking my car to these folks for other work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a 1998 Ford Expedition 5.4L V8 Eddie Bauer Edition that I use for my flooring installation business. I bought the vehicle beginning of December 2018 for around $2k (steal for the mileage). It had over 100,000 miles when I started experiencing rough idling, jumping and jerking while in steady acceleration, fuel loss and poor overall engine performance. I am not somebody who is comfortable with just anyone working on my vehicle. I spoke to someone who mentioned R&R. They said I would save the most money, get the best work and be delivered the best customer service out there. BOY were they right! In the past I have had ridiculous experiences with other shops and mechanics in the area. If you want to bypass all the junk in the car repair game, just call these guys. They treat you like true family! Prices are very VERY low for the amazing work these experienced mechanics have. I got exactly what I was looking for, and you will too! I couldn't be happier and more confident that my problem is fixed and I did not pay more than the honest dollar it was worth! Great Job Guys! They fixed my cousins Honda which I thought it couldn't be fixed. YahhhhhRand great job. Besides that they were so very nice. Women should go there cause you would not feel uncomfortable. Best shop I have seen. You guys are awesome. Vince is in the hospital in ICU. I really think he won't make it. Pray for him. Cindy

I took my car there with a major gas leak when I would put gas in it. So with the part they needed that I already had they had me drop the car off and told me they was about to close and they won't be able to get to it until the next day. So I was ok with that. So I got home about an hour and a half later and I got a call from the mechanic and he had already finished the job. I will definitely be taking my other cars there.

Fantastic business.The owner is both intelligent and personable. He diagnosed my car problem late Saturday afternoon and ordered the needed parts next day delivery.He then found a hotel for me, called to make reservations, and told me he would come by in the morning to pick my car up.He worked all day Sunday to make repairs. Then drove my car to the hotel I was staying at.I ve never had better customer service.

These boys took good care of me today. They made sure that I was able to leave driving a safe and reliable car and it didn't hurt my pockets to get it fixed. We had to find a quick and reliable mechanic and these boys did the job! Will be recommending them to everyone and will be using them from now on.

I was in from kentucky visiting my brother and was having problems with my brakes. My brother suggested R & R and they were able to take my car within a day. They fixed it promptly and a very resonable price. They were very courteous and i would definitely recommend them!

I definitely recommend R & R Automotive for your car needs....whether for something simple, or not! All the guys there are friendly, the service was super fast, and the price was beyond reasonable....please go see them for your car service! I'll be back for sure!

These folks treat you like family. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make sure that my family was taken care of. The pricing was MORE than fair and the work was above exceptional. I would never think of taking my vehicles anywhere else.
