If I could only find parts that are made in the USA. I have older trucks and I like them in top shape. Here you'll find a pricey us made parts some of the time. Most of their replacement parts are made overseas. Sometimes you get a overseas part in a USA labeled box. I think it's the people in the distribution center that does this just to fill the order. Their Premium parts should last longer than what they're selling you and should be of better quality. Nit a single part I've bought here or anywhere else has held up to the original versions and they were considered of lower standards to the parts all major auto part stores sell today.

I am a local mechanic and I work on things from heavy diesel semi trucks down to regular vehicles. Last week I came in to warranty and alternator for a customer. As I entered the store I received a phone call which I took. I sat down on a bucket of oil out of the way and completed the phone call. When I went up to the counter I was met by incredibly rude older gentleman who told me next time I should keep my phone calls of their store. This will be the first and last time I ever deal with this company. I was the only customer in the store at the time I was not causing any problems nor was the nature of my conversation on the phone anything that would ve disrupted anyone. Needless to say I also needed for Commercial batteries I walked next-door and spent my money with Advance Autoparts.

Can't say enough great things about these guys!! Broke down and got towed to their store while on a road trip. Had all the parts and tools to get me up and going again. Freaking awesome, old time neighborhood parts store hospitality and knowledge. I wish I lived closer so I could make this specific location my go to place for parts and tools.

These guys are crooks. They won't warranty a battery that is a napa battery. It's a 2017 battery . The battery has a three year warranty and they refused .. good job NAPA Taking such good care of your customers. I will go to Autozone from now on.

John took care of me. Called around to find some brake line fittings before we realized he had what I needed. Gave me a discount for the trouble I probably caused, and didn t make it personal. Thanks John, I ll be back for something bigger in the future!

Not all napas are the same meaning if you want to use the warranty on said item you have to be at the one you bought it at .
