Great and efficient service. I have bought tires from them a few times for my trucks using their 6 months now interest plan that has served me very well as a customer. I highly recommend them, Chris manager and Dustin, auto tech both handled my tire needs efficiently and quickly.

I had never used Mr. Tire for replacing my tires. I had all 4 replaced plus an alignment and felt I received a reasonable price. Chris was exceptionally kind, even when I ordered the wrong sized tire when making the appointment online. The service was fast and very courteous. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a little issue getting the wheel alignment dialed in with alignment issues and availability. But customer service was good in getting it taken care of. And very dependable on getting it taken care of right. Was a little pricey but was also very convenient for me at the same time.

Chris is phenomenal! He was patient with all my questions this morning. It was time for an alignment and new tires for me. No upsells--I was told exactly what was going on and what was needed for my car. Very grateful for the exceptional service.

Got a flat on the way to charge my Tesla. Through USAA I got it towed to Mr. Tire which i had never used before. Chris called me to update me a few times and he was always very respectful. I had gone form to 0 miles on my car and he offered to charge it so that i could make it to the nearest charging station. He was so awesome!!

Every time that I bring one of our vehicles here for service, I leave thinking Okay, that experience was amazing. They couldn t possibly do better. Then, Chris always finds a way to prove me wrong. I used to be a manager at a repair shop years ago- this Mr. Tire location is a great example of how to retain customers. I wouldn t go anywhere else for service!

Chris was very friendly and professional, I called day before and he ordered my tire size got me right on nexted day , super fast service, I plan on buying tires here for my other vehicles, reasonable prices, very happy with my service.

Fantastic experience with my service at Mr. Tire on Hendersonville Road. Professional and welcoming staff with very friendly attitude and excellent service. Also dog friendly business stated on the entry door that I really appreciate. I can highly recommend this service center for tire change, state inspection, and more.

I had a tire emergency happen close by this shop and made it here to get some help. The guys working were nothing but kind, helpful, and honest. I really appreciate these fair people that took care of me and helped me! I can t recommend them enough!

Excellent from beginning to end. Got helpful advice on choice of tires, timely install, a price I was pleased with, and friendly people running the place. I ve bought a lot of tires in the 60 years I ve been driving. This was the best time I ve had in a tire store!

The staff members provide excellent service in a timely manner. On two occasions, Andrew helped me get back on the road with the most affordable option. In my experience, they are professional, well-run and solid. There prices are also lower than a lot of other tire stores.

Took the truck in for a brake inspection.I had an intermittent squeak that I wanted to get checked out. After half an hour they said it was fine, brakes were good, couldn t find the problem. I took the truck home and removed the drivers side rear wheel. I was pretty sure that is where I heard my noise. The rotor had a line about halfway down and the brake retainer clip was touching the rotor. I adjusted the clip and the noise has not happened since.They were polite and had good overall customer service. I am not sure if they removed all the wheels and inspected the brakes or what, but I saw the issue as soon as I removed the wheel.

I just got some really high-quality tires and Josh even did a price match for me! Goodyear was offering a rebate and Josh even filled in the rebate form from the computer so it would be quick and easy for me to get the rebate! The service here is excellent and all of the employees I spoke with are top notch professionals. They were really nice, easy to work with, and knew what they were doing! I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Arden if you need tires, an oil change, or an amazing customer service experience when you have work done on your vehicle!

Where to start! Great friendly customer service, and check in was simple. Got my brakes fixed in no time at all, even with parts needing to be ordered. Would recommend them to anyone. I'll be back for some tires soon too.Thanks for the help today Chris! My brakes don't sound like death anymore

Have been coming here for about seven years. They are always really honest and diagnose my car really well without trying to sell me extra stuff. I bought a ford escape a couple years ago- when I came in for the first oil change they told me the car was leaking oil which could lead to engine failure (which it did and I ended up selling the car back to prestige where I bought it from). I actually started coming here because I used to work down the road and on the way home one night I hit a curb and blew my tire so I ended up parking in the parking lot and I ve been coming here ever since. Josh is a great guy 10/10

Great experience getting new tires and an alignment with these guys. I was able to get premium tires for the same price other shops were charging for lower end brands. Josh also got me in quickly compared to the openings elsewhere. Great work!

Josh & Chris are amazing! We have been going to them for the past 7 years. Excellent customer service and good prices. They reset my TPMS sensors free of charge (others charge $20-50/wheel for this) and rotated and balanced the tires for $30. Decent selection of tires and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a set of Perellis yesterday at this Mr. Tire. I worked with Chris to find the best tire for my small SUV. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The shop is clean and they offer MANY tire brands. I highly recommend them!!!
