Went over to Firestone for a little wheel/tire and alignment fun.Rigo and Donovan with some surrounding members of Firestone took amazing care of my trek!I cannot thank them enough!10/10 work10/10 quality10/10 communicationThanks Firestone!

I'm giving three stars because they DID get a really bad tire replaced to get me back on the road in a pinch, but make sure to tell them, if my car does not need an alignment, please do not do the alignment I requested. Please see photo. In my opinion I'm due a refund. Live and learn...Update: the manager called and offered a refund on the alignment as well as one tire that really did not need replacing, and the associated fees that go with it. Great customer service! Back to 5 stars.

The people at Firestone are both professional and caring. Our family has taken all our cars there for service for almost 15 years now. We always recommend them to our friends. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. It's great to have such high quality backup that only seems to get better over the years.

the mileage sticker was not put on my windshield so I had to come back inside after getting my car back to get the sticker. Also, my tires were not inflated to their proper pressure after they had been inflated. These 2 things may seem small, but in the past they were always handled correctly.

I broke down on the interstate and car was towed here. I m from Myrtle Beach and was visiting Asheville for the weekend solo. The staff was amazing. Brie and Rigo were so helpful, kind, and took care of my needs quickly despite being really busy. I could not thank them enough. So appreciative of their help and services and accommodating me so I could get back home on time and safe. and for giving me information to bring back to previous repair service that made errors.

Your staff was extremely helpful from my initial phone call to scheduling the state inspection and other servicing that I wanted done at the same time, to include explaining to me the services offered and the price breakdown. I was very pleased with the entire visit and the cost of all that was done. I will return! Thank you for the good job!

Good service, but if you have a credit card for 1000 or 4000. They will max it out right quick for you. At 30% interest. Labor cost is way to high. It's like Goodyear ,they are going to get you one way or another. They may knock off 50.00 but then add it right back inon labor.

I would be happy to share my experience! This past week I was traveling through NC & a noise started in the front end of my truck & got worse rapidly. I immediately sought out a Firestone location and ended up here. As it turned out a previous brake job that was done where I lived was done poorly and one of the bolts fell out potentially causing a catastrophic event while traveling through the mountains. I can t tell you HOW IMPRESSED I was with Rigo and Stevie! Rigo was VERY helpful in showing me the problem, keeping me informed all the way through while they searched for a replacement bolt and helping get back on the road. And as for Stevie he went above and beyond to make sure all the other areas relating to my tires and brakes were secured safely to give me peace of mind which meant the world to me. I would move there just to have them work on my vehicles alone!!! Thank you again for coming to my aid in such a time as this you should be proud to have people like this on your team. I am forever grateful!

I trust this store more than any other place I have ever taken cars... And unfortunately, that is many! They are thorough, kind, direct, efficient, and don't suggest anything to be done that isn't truly needed. Melody runs a tight ship, and it shows! John, Bre, and Kevin have all been above and beyond fantastic in customer service and facilitating efficient service every time. I have interacted with several of the technicians who are also very kind, and they just all do such a great job. This is a really well run place and I recommend it to everyone!

I was in and out fast!!!! They found that my cabin filter need replacing and recommended that. I have 2 at the house. No pressure and I was out the door in no time.

Guys got my 3500 box van in for breaks and routers in about two hours. They couldn t get it up on lifts, because of size, so they did the work outside using jacks. Thats going above and beyond in my book. Staff was great and manger was incredible.

Had an unfortunate interaction with a pothole that resulted in two flats. The gentlemen here were quick and responsive. I really appreciated their time and efforts to get me quickly back on the road again and would highly recommend this location!

My car was losing tire pressure. I stopped by this Firestone and they looked at it immediately. It turned out there was a hole in my tire and they were able to address it within an hour (with a pretty packed waiting room.) I am grateful for the road hazzard protection which made the repair cost free - highly worth it!

Don't expect them to value your time. They might even just shove your ticket to the back of the pile and forget about you until you say something. Go somewhere else. 2 hrs for a simple tire patch while other customers come in 15 to 30 mins after me and get done and leave while I'm still waiting. Awful.

These folks are wonderful! I was out of town for a wedding & the groom's rental had a flat tire. Firestone was insanely busy, one of the only shops open on a weekend. But they prioritized us so the groom could make it to his wedding. Even so far as promising if the rental company wouldn't cover it they would do the job at no charge to us. I've never experienced such thoughtful customer service or communication from an auto store! 10/10. Melody, Michelle, & a gentlemen whose name I didn't catch were awesome.

I wanted a particular style tire for my car, and they helped me determine which would be perfect and ordered it for me. The next day, I was able to go in and get all 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. It took a little longer than expected to install and do the alignment. However, their lobby was comfortable and clean, and everyone was friendly. So, it wasn't so bad. I'll be back!

So let me lay out where I was sitting so no one can play dumb. As walking into the business I was sitting in the chair to the right of the door as walking in. While sitting in the lobby I observed a rather short mechanic honking my horn for a few minutes while revving my car against something repeatedly and yelling at a mechanic inside the bay to my left. They were checking the alignment at the far left bay. I finally went and asked the people at the desk what was going on and they taller lady said she would go and check on it. She came back and proceeded to tell me the mechanics were "harassing each other and what could you do late on a Saturday afternoon?" How in a professional environment is that acceptable? To top it all off while driving home I noticed the hole on my interior door was much larger than it was when I got out of my car and obviously someone had been messing with it! I will never go there again or suggest anyone to go there!

My car was able to be serviced very quickly, even though I had not made an appointment. the technician explained what was needed to fix the issue, and all charges were explained and very fair! Very courteous and timely experience all the way through :)

Wouldn't do an alignment here because aftermarket parts were added that make getting an alignment better for the car. They will also not deviate from the OEM specs if you are wanting a proper custom alignment. They just want to easily adjust toe and charge their $200 "lifetime alignment" to get easy money from you.Also have to add when I went in to get denied getting the alignment, the other tire place I had my tires installed at forgot to program the TPMS sensors and this shop said aftermarket TPMS will never work when I asked them if they could program them. Went back to the original place that installed them, they programmed them and they've been fine since for months after.You're better off going to a place like Wheel City Tire and alignment as they will get you a actual full alignment even if you have parts added on the car that make a little more work since you are fully adjusting the car to drive properly. This place is fine to maybe get tires put on, basically the most simple thing possible for a tire shop to do and not much more.

I have gone to this location in the past and they have always been very helpful. Recently I noticed vibration in my tires after hitting a pothole on the road. I called to make an appointment for a rotation, balance, and alignment check. After driving an hour to get here the representative I spoke with began asking questions about the vibration and then advised that I should get the tires balanced. Apparently the representative never mentioned that on the appointment. She then told me that if would be over $50 for the balancing. I was under the impression that the tire package I purchased included balancing, but she claims it did not. I have now driven an hour one way to not be able to get the balancing done since I do not have the paperwork with me to see what I purchased. I went ahead with the alignment since that was included in what I put and the representative brought out my air filter to try to get me to replace it and proceeded to talk to me like I was a child and didn t know how an air filter worked. I ve never had any problems with this location, but this new employee has turned me off from ever returning to Firestone again. I called another tire repair facility and am going there to get the tires balanced and they are only charging $12! Stay away from Firestone!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

It was awesome they were open on a Sunday! I had a nail puncture my tire Saturday night and they helped me (with no appointment) by repairing the tire. This got me back on the road!

Took our vehicle back because one of their tires that they installed was leaking at valve stem. 4 hours later they said they had it fixed. 3 days later the cheap tire slime they used it leaking out.Very unprofessional service center.NOT recommended!!!

Arden NC FirestoneFrom the first phone call I made to driving off the lot, nothing but pure professionalism. I knew the work I needed wouldn't be cheap but it didn't go far beyond my expectation. The things that were pointed out during the inspection I knew were coming but they caught them as well. So I had them address the issues. That's where the added costs accrued. In the end, well worth it! Thanks guys.

I went to get an alignment. The gentleman (little John), was by far one of the best technicians they have there. He is super knowledgeable, courteous, great energy. I am very pleased with this Firestone, all others were accommodating, Very well priced.However - Little John is a Gem- ( a treasure to the company!!!! This is the worst auto service I have ever had and by far the most expensive. I had an issue with my steering wheel pulling to the left when I would drive, it was random and didn't occur very often but wanted to get it checked out before a long trip. After looking at my vehicle they explained that the CV joint boot was torn and was allowing debris to build up in the CV joint, they also mentioned that my tires were a little worn and i might want to consider replacing them. in total the replaced my tires, the CV joint and the half axle on the drivers side ($2,500.00). After I left I noticed there was vibration and noise when driving but chalked it up to road noise from the tires they put on.By the time I got back from my trip, the noise and vibrations were extreme and if off the charts when I turned the steering wheel. I took it back to Firestone and they told me that the wheel bearings were now gone and need to be replaced along with the half axle on both sides. I argued with them that they had already replaced the half axle and the mechanic explained that they didn't end up doing it the first time even though they charged me for it (another $2,500.00 which included an oil change).Within a day of having repairs completed, my truck would jerk and there would be a loud bang when i turned the steering wheel. I took my truck to a Dodge dealership and they explained the Firestone had broken the control arm and severely damaged the ball joint and i should not have been driving the vehicle in that condition as it was extremely dangerous, they also noted that the oil was black and needed to be changed (another $1,700.00 but at least its fixed now).
