The Asheville Hail and Dent team is the best. Great work at a good price with quick turnaround. Can t ask for more than that. They fixed curb damage on one of the rims on my Genesis GV70 and you can t even tell where the rim was damaged. Will definitely use them again for future repair needs.

This place is beyond awesome. I dented my bumper by driving over a stump. They got me in same day and made it look like brand new at a fraction the body shop cost. Everyone who works here is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

They did a great job repairing two of my wheels. I dropped the car off and was able to pick it up two days later and wheels looked new. Price was very reasonable too.

My brand new pick-up had some minor damage. These guys gave me a very fair estimate, scheduled the work a reasonable distance in the future, completed the work ahead of schedule for the agreed upon price. The truck looks brand new! A great group of hard-working young men running this shop. A pleasure to do business with them.

Really happy with the service here. They were recommended to me by the Volvo dealership. I had my car rims repaired, and they were thorough, communicative and quick with the repair. I will definitely come here again for any future repair needs hopefully I stop scuffing my rims tho.

Flow of Asheville took our vehicle to Asheville Hail and Dent to have two scratches fixed that Flow caused. The manager from Flow sent the vehicle back because it wasn't a good job. After the second time, Flow said it still wasn't good and are having to send it to someone else. I reached out to the manager and he informed me they don't even have a clean room for paint. I have included photos of a fiber in the paint, dimples and a horrible paint line from not blending it in properly. He said everyone has their own perception and that with repairs you are never going to get it perfect. I didn't expect perfect, but would have accepted good. Obviously two managers at Flow Volkswagen didn't think it was good work either. They may be good at paintless dent repair, but I don't think they are good with painting.Service: Paint repair

I recently dropped my daughter s wheel off because it was dented in and made a lot of noise on the road. The wheel was fixed in a timely fashion and it is much quieter now. Very friendly and professional. If the need arises for any of their services in the future I will feel good about contacting them regarding my issue.

Two thumbs up for Dave and Luke at Asheville Hail and Dent! The passenger door on our 2020Highlander was hit at some point without our knowledge. In 24 hours out SUV looks like new! Story goes, I bent my rim on my wheel on these Asheville streets. Nissan wanted a $1000 for a new rim, good ole hail and dent repair saved me a lot of money and you can t even tell that it was bent. If you need any kind of body work hit em up! They ll do you right.

I brought my car to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair after a severe parking lot door dent occurred. Shiloh gave me a quick estimate and had it fixed a few days later. Although the dent was on the door panel crease, there is no sign of the dent now. Wow! Kudos to you all!

I was referred to Asheville H&D to repair a dent caused by a fallen tree limb. Not knowing what to expect I hoped that my car would look somewhat better than it did. To my surprise, the car was returned to me in factory condition! I am so excited and thrilled with the fantastic work they did. I m giving Jordan with Asheville Hail and Dent 5 stars for his continued patience and communication during the repair for my MX-5. Due to unfortunate circumstances, they had a difficult time matching the color of my car, even with the color code, but Jordan was so kind and patient and continued to work and repaint several times until he got the desired match. This place is amazing. It should be called Asheville auto miracle workers. I brought in a Mini Cooper S with a noticeably dented rim and watched Ben work his magic. Bending and working aluminum takes a fine touch and he knew exactly how to manipulate the metal. He moved at the pace the metal would allow rather than attempting to rush the process. This practice comes with experience and knowledge and he has both in spades. At this moment the rim may be straighter than it was from the factory! Another thing I noticed is the overall shop environment. Everyone here seemed relaxed and content in the work they are doing, there is something special about spending time in a shop with such an environment. After the repair I had 4 new tires installed using road force balancing technique and the car rides better than ever and is ready to romp the curvy roads Western NC is so famous for! Thanks again for bringing the precise and agile ride back to the Mini. The car is a pleasure to drive now!!!

I wanted my 2009 Honda fit, Rhonda, to look good and cleaned up for a trip. Matt efficiently cleaned my headlights, painted some chipped spots, and Javan removed a few dents from the body of my car. Now she looks brand new! Excellent service, reasonable prices, great personalities! Had a pretty big dent in my rear bumper that was ugly to look at. I was skeptical it could be fixed well without replacing the bumper, but Shiloh did such an amazing job, you can barely tell a dent was there. Super speedy service and incredibly nice people!

This is a wonderful shop. You will find a group of guys who like what they do. It shows. I stopped in to see if they could repair a dent in my Lexus plastic bumper. Luckily for me they had some time on late on a Friday afternoon. I was quoted a very reasonable price. They did the initial fix while I waited! They used heat on the bumper and pushed it back out. You can barely tell it was hit. They did a very good job. Now the bumper needs some paint to cover the scratches. I ll take it back in the next few weeks. I left their shop very happy. I used Asheville hail and dent repair to fix (3) aftermarket rims with scuffs and to remove a dent in my driver rear door on my ram 1500. Not only did they do the job in under 24hrs, but the work was extremely high quality. None of the rims look like they have been repaired and you would never know the door dent was there. Definitely would recommend this place; I will be using them in the future.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

I had a couple of small dents in the rear fender of my 911. Shiloh was able to get me right in and very diligently worked them out. He even found small dents that I had not noticed before. Shiloh fixed up my dear Kiki like new! I had a large dent in my back passenger door and now it looks brand new! I was so impressed with his work and it was a fair price. Hopefully I don t have to but I would go back in a heartbeat.

I came by for an estimate and Jordan was exceptionally helpful! He worked on my dent and did a fabulous job! He is extremely generous and thorough with his time and work. I had several dents on the hood on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was repaired by Asheville Hail and Dent service. They done an excellent job on the hood you could not tell that they were any dents ever there. I'm very pleased with the work done to my Jeep and the friendly staff. I would highly recommend these guys for any dent removal. 5 stars all the way!

I recently bought a new-to-me 2018 Genesis G90, and it had 2 good-sized dents on the passenger side. I brought the car to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair, and boy, am I glad I did! Shiloh looked at the car, gave me a very fair price, and postponed eating his lunch to immediately get to work on my car. He took the right front passenger door off in about 2 minutes flat to gain access to a hard to reach dent behind the front wheel, and spent a good 45 minutes massaging the dent out of the sheet metal. I greatly appreciate his perfectionism, because when he was finished there was absolutely no evidence that it was ever dented.Although he did a great job repairing those 2 very evident dents on my car, when I got home and washed and polished it I noticed a couple of small, not-so-evident dents in the door skins that I had missed before.So I took my car back to Asheville Hail and Dent Repair, and Shiloh immediately popped those out as well. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me not to worry about it, and to just send some business his way.So here I am living up to my end of the bargain....People of western NC - if you need dents removed, wheels repaired, or paint corrected, Asheville Hail and Dent is the place to go. The team there does great work at a great price, and I can't recommend them highly enough.P.S. My car had a shudder/vibration after I damaged 2 tires by driving into a pothole. After getting two replacement tires and all 4 wheels balanced (twice) the vibration remained. I eventually figured out that the wheels were damaged as well, and Ben at Asheville Hail and Dent repaired them. Now the car rides as smooth as J-Lo's left hiney cheek.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Jordan Garmon (owner) is great. I used him for mobile paintless dent repair several times more than 10 years ago for my BMW. His work was always amazing.So I had great confidence when I took in my current Charger Hellcat for an estimate recently and found that he is now the owner of Asheville Hail and Dent Repair.Got an immediate estimate. Dropped off the car two days later and they completed the repair of a very complicated long door dent in one day. Phenomenal result - the car looks brand new!So glad he is back in business locally. Hope I never need his services again but if I do I won t take my car anywhere else.

Although I had nothing done I rate this place 5 stars.Why?Because of the candor and honesty.I told the man what price I was given by a body shop to fix my dent.He told me that it was a very good price, and because of the situation he thought I'd be better off going there.This, as far as I'm concerned, shows integrity.

The sidewalk curb on Biltmore Avenue was not kind to the right rear wheel on my Alfa Romeo when a driver in the left lane drifted over on me. Also had a ghastly ding in my passenger door thinks to some late night vandals. Asheville Hail and Dent Repair did a phenomenal job on both issues at a very reasonable price. I HOPE I don t need their services again any time soon but I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely go back if the need arises!Service: Paint repair

The quote to repair the curb rash on my tire rim was almost a year old and Jordan honored it. He also repaired my front bumper at no charge. One of the clamps had loosed and he snapped it back in in place so the bumper could be reattached. When I arrived, I was greeting by a gentleman who introduced me to Luke. Luke did a fantastic job repairing the curb rash and I highly recommend Asheville Hail and Dent Repair. Jordan and the team are great and very friendly and professional.
