I ve been taking my vehicles to Royale auto salon for the past 4 1/2 years, and as long as they re open I will keep taking all of my vehicles there!! I m never disappointed with their service!! And they always make you feel like family, not just a customer.

Royale Auto Salon did a great job with our Tesla Model X! We took it to them after delivery for front PPF, ceramic coating and window tinting. It looks better than new, great communication, easy to get us in and got the job done quicker than expected, thank you!

This is where you go for a highest quality customer service! Jerrell and team did a fantastic job on my two cars. Full PPF on one and partial PPF plus ceramic coating, window tinting, and debadging on the other.Warranty inspection service is also top notch.Will certainly continue to come for more!Thank you, Royale team!

I've been using Royale Auto Salon for four years and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. Jerrell is always upfront in what he expects it will take to do a job and do it right. Continuously greated with a smile and a listening ear. Provides top notch service and quality. I had my spouses Model Y wrapped in a transparent film to the bumpers front fascia and side view mirrors. Literally drove from delivery to Royale Auto Salon. The receptionist, and the owner were excellent in discussing the options as well as their quality of work. Also they tinted the front windows. The also offer detailing, never used a detailed but when I do it would be them. They do really good work and my wife s best friend got her BMW I4 covered in clear protective film.

First time using Royale Auto Salon. Jerrell and his team were fantastic to deal with. I had the entire front end, rocker panels/side skirts and luggage strip of my new Civic Type R protected with PPF. I bought my first ever Porsche, and I wanted to start off right with PPF, ceramic coating and window tinting. Jerrell did a great job, and at a very fair, competitive price. I can tell he's very conscientious and passionate about what he does, and was helpful in making decisions about the amount of PPF coverage and the window tinting. I couldn't be happier with the result. Overall, a great customer experience, and would not hesitate to use RAS again.Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

Edit: I scrapped the front fender of my truck and the ClearBra did it s job perfectly. Called Royals Auto who happily replaced the roughed up section of protection for more than reasonable charge and gave her another detail. Super happy.Original Review: First class level of service, I had the full front ClearBra Paint Protection Package installed. Very happy with the price paid and the service received. My truck was well cared for, the work was done as per the agreed schedule and they even gave her a clean to boot! Highly recommend.

I would like thank Jerrell and his team for a wonderful job on this PPF install. He took his time to clearly explain and make recommendations on the services that they provided. He also did a great job on explaining the type of film they used and the right products to use for maintenance.You can really tell that he is very passionate with the work he does and the work shows!Service: Paint protection

My Audi A4 got wrecked during transport across country - it showed up with sap, caked on leaves, and mold spores. I took it to Royale Auto where they completed an Exterior Decontamination to remove all the debris build-up, and I got the Paint Slick Up Package my car has never looked better. I m so so happy!! It looks brand new! Customer service was stellar. Easy and clear communication. Highly recommend.

The team at Royale is very customer service minded. Jerrell has always been willing to educate me on his products and my cars always end up great looking after the detail. Great services for a great price. Leticia was super helpful and communicated well through scheduling and my detail progress. Highly suggested to use this shop for your auto details.

I ll give Royale Auto Salon a 10+. Very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Spent quite a bit of time with me going over details, etc. on how to take care of car. I would recommend them highly. Can t say enough good things about them especially the owner. I had PPF and ceramic coating done on my Nissan Z and it looks fantastic. So shiny. Royale Auto Salon just finished work on my Tesla Model Y and I am very happy with the awesome job they did.Jerrell is a pleasure to work with. He is not a pushy salesman but offers his opinion and gave me all the information and allowed me to decide. I ended up with a full body ppf + ceramic coating for outside and inside + windows tinting. Jerrell just did a ceramic coat on my 2018 Mustang & it looks fantastic! A great job @ a very fair price. I'm a happy camper. UPDATE: It's been 2 months now & I'm even happier that before. The rain just runs off my Mustang & all I have to do is wipe her down with a microfiber cloth to bring back the 'Just waxed shine.' Amazing stuff.

Can't say enough nice things about this business! Needed a passenger window tint removed so my car would pass inspection. The moment I stepped into the business ,I was treated with happy helpful people! Very helpful and explained things about my windows that other places I had been today did not. Took the time to remove the tint while I waited and and again so very professional about it all! I will be back to have the windows tinted and will recommend this company to everyone !!Saw some of their work while waiting and they made the cars look amazing! Thank you for helping me today !

Jerrell and crew provided a level of customer service that is sadly hard to come by these days. There is a reason these guys have nothing but 5 star reviews! I have a number of friends who have had the same experience at RAS. I will absolutely use their services again in the future. This time around they installed some PPF on the front of my RS7. Two days after the installation the film saved the paint on my front bumper when a piece of tire tread was flung up in front of me on the highway. Definitely worth it.Service: Paint protection

Jerrell and his team have done a fabulous job installing the protection film and the ceramic pro coating on our new BMW X5. The PPF is invisible and the ceramic makes the paint sparkle even more than when it was delivered! Will do this on all my new cars!

Jerrell and his team offer first class service, and the quality of their work is simply amazing! After getting a bad detail job that left rotary marks all over my brand new octane red Challenger, I didn't know where to turn without getting taken advantage of. I searched several shops to find a professional to correct the issue and bring back the beauty in my paint job, but most shops that specialized in paint protection made me feel like it was going to cost thousands to correct. Jerrell patiently listened to my problem over the phone, and when I stopped by to show him, he knew exactly what happened and how to fix it. He was very informative and gave me multiple options in different price ranges that would all correct the rotary mark issues and bring back the clarity in my paint. Great thing is, he was offering the same prices that he does to someone who wasn't victim of a bad detail job. His service was so great, and the results he showed me on other recently done vehicles in his shop was so nice, I decided to get my car tinted in addition to a new ceramic coat. The results are out of this world, and my daily driver looks like it drove off of the showroom. I'll be recommending this shop to everyone, and I will be back for more services on other vehicles! RESTORED TO PERFECTIONThe pillars on my Range Rover sport had sun faded severely. The team at Royale auto salon applied paint protection film (PPF) which not only restored the black color on the plastic pillars, but they look better than ever. PPF also will protect the plastic pillars from ever getting sun faded again for years to come. The PPF is also self healing which is an extra bonus to the overall protection! This was a very affordable option to restore all the pillars on my Range Rover sport and I would highly recommend this for all vehicles with plastic sun faded pillars!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Paint protection

Royale Auto Salon did a stunning job on the Full Body Matte PPF for my wife s new Telluride! They also applied ceramic coating and tinted the front passenger windows. Had a great experience working with Jerrell and Johnna. They were very friendly, easy to talk to and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Jerrell definitely has a passion for his work and made sure every little detail was perfect. We get compliments on the Telluride all the time and people would think it was painted matte! I had Royal Auto Salon apply ppf to my Dodge charger. Jerrell and his team did a fantastic job. When I picked the car up after they were finished, it looked better than when I picked it up new from the dealer. They are very detail oriented at their work, and it shows! I came back about a month later due to a couple of areas that I wanted touched up, and they went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. They stand by their work, and I will definitely return for any future work I want done. Thank you for the great job!

Royale Auto Salon was great from the start. Working with Johnna on services provided and quotes to fit my budget was a pleasure. The services were provided in a timely manner and they were flexible to work with my schedule. Jerrell offered to meet me on a Saturday so I could pick up my truck instead of having to play taxi on Monday. Unbelievable results!!This business is second to none! At first impression, it was obvious that Jerrell (owner) and his team run a top-notch operation! I'm generally very cautious to trust a business quickly, but in this case, Jerrell earned my trust in minutes.I opted for a full front-end Xpel protection package and the Ceramic Pro gold package. When I handed over the key to my Midnight Black Metallic 2020 TRD Pro Tundra, it had micro scratches and swirl marks everywhere. Jerrell and his team corrected everything, and after a few days, the protection and ceramic work was finished, and I had a truck that looked far better than it did when I drove it off the dealer's lot with just 2 miles on it!The truck looks amazing, and there aren't sufficient words to describe how happy I am with the work Royal Auto Salon performed on it! These guys know what they are doing, and the only thing I regret is that I didn't take my truck to them back when I purchased it.Give Jerrell and crew a visit. You will NOT be disappointed! I got the paint protective film (full front + performance) and window tinting for my 2023 Volvo XC60 Recharge. Wanted to protect the investment! Jerrell was a pleasure to work with. On my first visit, I got a tour of the garage area where they were working on several cars. One of the technicians spent time explaining things to me and showing examples of how it would look (I was worried about the transition from PPF areas to unprotected paint -- P.S. you can't tell unless you're looking for it). He also gave me some tips and cautions about washing the car and I learned a lot. The car came out great including the window tinting. Two months later, I went back for a checkup appointment where they went over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure there were no bubbles remaining. They also installed some more grille pieces for my car that weren't available for my first appointment. Also did a full detail on the car. All no charge. I couldn't be happier with the results, and the piece of mind knowing that the front of my car will be protected from the vast majority of common chips and scratches from rocks.
