I had a metal screw in the bottom of my tire, but was able to get safely to Mr tire without the air leaking. They took me as a walk in, and repaired it in about a half hour, and charged me less than $30. Free parking, restrooms, and free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate. Friendly and helpful service! They also offer other car maintenance services like oil changes, brake and battery checks, etc.

I ve stopped by this Mr. Tire location on several occasions for tire repair. The team has always been extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful, and quick! They do an amazing job at a great price! Thank you so much for the great service - it s refreshing to see that still exists at Mr. Tire!

TLDR; we were charged for services when they didn't do them. If you choose to go here, make sure to ask for print outs so that you aren't swindled.Made an appointment online for a State Inspection, dropped off car, was sold on a bunch of other things (air filter, new tires, yada yada). Get car back, was charged for all the things (including State inspection and tire alignment), but didn't get the papers for this. Didn't realize this until I got home, figured they just forgot the papers. So called the next day: Nope, they didn't do the state inspection, and just didn't tell us. Still unclear as to whether or not the alignment was done since they were unable to get a print out for that after the fact and didn't do an alignment check like they said they would when I brought it in for the second time.I like to think that I'm pretty reasonable, and understand that stuff happens, there are lots of employees and messages aren't conveyed well, etc. However, it isn't hard to say "I'm sorry we screwed up", and that was not was we got from the manager after having to take it in for the second time. We got "oh, this is the car that was re-inspected, right?". Nope, not quite, man.*This is with just generally being condescended to about everything car-related for being a woman, but that's kind of par for the course, I think.

I ve taken my vehicle here for over 8 years and for the past 3ish years I ve worked with 3 different people/management. I drop my car off in advance and leave my keys because I don t care how long it takes for it to be serviced but the front desk has been rude 2 times out of 3 past years I ve gone. This past visit I felt like I was treated like I was a complete idiot when I explained the parking break light not coming on when I put the break on and then quoted a $100+ fee to determine if I was describing the issue correctly so I declined the service and continued with the services I needed which was an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. About an hour later (which is probably the fastest they ve ever gotten to my vehicle) the front desk person called but I was unable to answer since I was at an appointment and they called my home number and spoke to my mom. After about another hour or so I was able to call back and they had no idea why I was calling. While on the phone, they asked several people if they had spoken to me to which they declined. After 5 minutes they asked me if they had spoken about my tires and I said no and we finally discovered the reason for the call. My car failed inspection for the tires and wiper blades and they quoted me around $1,400 for new tires. I have my own blades already purchased so I declined and blatantly said I would go to Costco with that tire price and they didn t haggle just said ok and told me I could pick up the vehicle. Once I got my car, I viewed the pictures of the treads and the pass/fail of the inspection. My wiper blades had passed but my tires did fail but why lie about the blades? The pictures were off no value and you could only see the outline of the tire which was off no value/proof to any customer. Now I ve had those tires since i bought the vehicle so I knew it was about time to replace them but if I didn t know, looking at those photos I would think that I was potentially being strung along and would have questioned the result. I also received no official quote for the tires so what kind of tires was I being offered for the outrageous price of $350/tire? And when I said I would go to Costco, why wouldn t you at least try to counter?Overall, I don t feel confident bringing my vehicle here anymore because of the lack of organization and the rude staff. I have never felt like I was being jerked around until this visit and I know I can find somewhere else more consistent even after all of this time.

It was a Sunday morning came outside a saw the tire flat so I drove it to Mr. Tire a got some great service. A great place to come a get service when you need it. The place is clean, it smells great, an was able to get me in an out. I will recommend Mr. Tire to anyone.

Girlfriend took her car in this shop about a 2 months ago and they charged her 3k in car repairs only to have the same issues when we drove it home. Figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and head there for new tires. Was told $900 to replace all 4. Immediately walked out and went to NTB and got the job done at exactly half the cost. While the customer service is fine, the prices are astronomical, and unfortunately I feel like most people who are satisfied with this place have no clue they are being ripped off on the prices. Most of the prices I have seen in the reviews are insanely high, and I think they are telling those people that it s a deal I won t be back but if you like spending more for things than they are worth this is definitely your shop

Awesome customer service! I was in a pinch with a slow leaking tire. They got me all fixed and good to go within 10 minutes. Saved me 500$ by plugging the tire instead of just recommending to replacing it. Appreciate the honest help!

I ve been coming to Mr. Tire for years. They are good about getting you in at the time of your appointment and recommending services without being pushy. This morning Caity recommended my wipers be replaced, so getting that done along with an oil change and tire rotation by Koda. Would recommend for regular maintenance of your vehicle.

I went in for an inspection but my car failed due to a computer problem caused by battery swap. I was advised to drive it for a few days and return. I drove and returned on 3 separate occasions. At each visit, I was immediately helped by knowledgeable staff who re-did my test. Finally, I had driven enough to pass but my experience was top notch at all 3 visits!

Got some new tires in June at the Cary location, got a nail in my tire. Called in and spoke to Chris, he told me I could bring it in and get the nail out in 10 mins. Brought it in, James was up front and took it back and got the nail out and my truck back to me in 8 mins. I ve now been satisfied twice by Mr. Tire!

Mark was very helpful and took care of my car in a timely manner. I've had some issues with service at this location previously. But with the change in management it seems service and turn around time are improving! I will definitely be returning to this Mr. Tire location!

My experience was oil change only, 8.27.23Due to one of those emergencies that crop up and I needed to drive 4 States away the next day, I called late on a Sunday not expecting to be able to get help anywhere.Not only was I told to swing by and they would squeeze me in, they were in good spirits, quite entertaining to communicate with, and had a positive attitude on a day where their AC was broken and it was quite steamy inside.I was able to watch interactions with several other customers who are clearly regulars and they all seemed very happy as they came and went.I didn't even tell them I had an emergency, they just fit me in.

About a year ago Mr. Tire-Apex would NOT pass my car for the NC State Inspection without nearly $2,000 in repairs. I declined and took my car to AutoPark Honda who had no problem passing me. I have since had a second successful NC State Inspection at AutoPark Honda without any need for these same repairs. I've lost faith in this shop, neither of our cars will be back.

Mr. tire has always done work for my cars for couple of years now and they have been my favorite auto service because of their good customer service very nice friendly guys and they always give me a fair price. I definitely recommend them!

This place is a rip off. Multiple times I have been there and every time I am reminded why I shouldn t go back.Just to keep it simple, on my last visit I paid to have my windshield wipers replaced during a standard oil change. The charged me for the wipers but realized a week later when it rained they didn't actually replace them.This most recent visit I went in for an inspection. Was told my car would not pass because of my tires but that they could replace them for me there trying to upsell me. On the failed inspection sheet they gave me it showed as my tires passing inspection but my brakes were low. Sat there for 2 hours and had to pay them $20 to be told different lies. Best part is I took it to a shop in the country and passed inspection no problem.They are clearly money hungry and will lie and rip off whoever they can in the process. Extremely disheartened at this place. Gave them multiple chances as they are the closest to me, but have not been satisfied leaving there not once.

I called this place with a nail in my tire. They told to me to go in at 7:30 the next day to repair. They said no reservation is necessary we will see you tom. I showed up at 7:30 and no on is there. Is is now 8:10 and no one is in the shop still or here. Me and another customer (who had an appointment at 8:00) just left to go next door the NTB. They got me in right away lucky. What the heck is going on at Mr tire? No one answer the phone either

I have been to this location several times with multiple vehicles and have always been very happy with the work and the customer service. I stopped in for a tire repair today, and they exceeded my expectations once again.
