Recently purchased my second car at Crossroads Infinity, and the level of service was unparalleled from Management to finance, and especially our sales person Marcus Richardson were all outstanding. He understood what I was looking for and worked very hard to make sure I crossed everything off my list without any pressure, even followed up after the sale as well. Would recommend Marcus without hesitation.Great management team as well!

On 03/14/2023 I met with sales associate Robert about my desire for a QX55. I went thinking I would purchase a 2023 with his outstanding customer service I drove away with a 2024. He listened to my concerns and showed me he had my best interest at heart. I will forever support Robert and if you re looking for a vehicle ask for him.

Buckle up, friends because this was a wild ride!First and foremost: Jeremy & Freddie took great care of us - as did the service department.We purchased a used 2019 Ford Expedition Max from Crossroads Infinity of Apex on Jan 12, 2024. As we did our test drives and purchase late in the evening after my husband and I were done with work; we left the vehicle there for detailing to pick up the next morning.Well, we picked up the next morning and...there were a lot of issues with the vehicle. Fortunately, Aaron had gotten us into a great warranty and Jeff & Chris in the Service department jumped right on the issue. We were given a clean, well maintained loaner of comparable size with equivalent options (a QX80) which, due to the extent of the issues with the Expedition, we primarily drove for a little more than 2 months.On March 22, we were bringing the Expedition back for it's 3rd warranty issue and Freddie asked if they could have the opportunity to make the situation right for us. We agreed to look at what they could do, but were a bit skeptical that they were going to be able to resolve the situation...but boy were we wrong!Freddie & Jeremy were able to get us into a higher-caliber vehicle, with a better maintenance/warranty/gap package at a lower payment on the same term - with no additional funds required from us. Freddie, Jeremy, & Steven had all of our paperwork ready for us before we even arrived, and the process was seamless.These guys are straight-shooters. They take care of their customers, and they do right by you - when they make a mistake, they fix it. We 100% recommend Crossroads Infinity of Apex as the next place to purchase a vehicle - it's certainly where we will be going the next time we are in the market.

My wife and I bought a used suv from here. It was one of the earliest car buying experiences I've had. Marcus our salesman provided great customer service. They detailed and delivered the vehicle right to our driveway. Didn't even have to step into the dealership.

Marcus Richardson sold me the QX60. He was very patient and he answered all my questions. He was also available by text on his day off . I didn't feel pressured by Marcus to make a decision. Marcus got me an excellent deal and that's why I traded in my 2015 QX60 for the 2024. The managers are more serious, but I felt very comfortable with Marcus. He went above and beyond. In another note, I understand that if you already have the approval to make the purchase, the paper work process should be faster, but in overall I am more than satisfied with my new purchase, and for the good quality of the maintenance service.

Christopher Heym and the rest of the service team are top notch exceptional! Every time I m there they go above and beyond to treat me like a valuable client and exceed my expectations with every visit. The service and maintenance work is always quick and efficient and they do not just hunt to run up the total billable labor. The best infiniti service experience and it s always worth it to be treated fairly and transparently with zero nonsense. Great facility with observation area and plenty of refreshments too.

We explored numerous options in determining the best midsize SUV for our family and not only was the QX60 the best fit, but the service provided at Infiniti of Apex is exemplary. Their delivery and overnight test drive experience was one of a kind and something we won t forget, and would expect from other dealerships moving forward. Finally, working with Freddie was a real pleasure and an associate I highly recommend working with. His down to earth and honest approach is a breadth of fresh air, while he makes a point to focus on what it is that you truly want out of the experience. Thank you Freddie and Infiniti of Apex.

I was a little skeptical that there was a dealership that I could buy a car from that would treat me well after the sale....but I am pleasantly surprised at how Crossroads Infiniti of Apex is going above and beyond with their warranty work....and their customer services reps, especially Alex and Kevin, are great to deal with. I bring my JX35 to Infiniti of Apex for service repairs and each time has been an excellent experience. They treat their customers so good. I don t remember my service advisors name but He was amazing. Very communicative and honest. The quality of work is always top notch.

I just walked out of the showroom without the vehicle that the GM, Mr. Melton, and I had an agreement on last night. This was the second vehicle that they tried to sell me. The first was a CPO. We had an agreement on terms, then at the 11th hour, Oh by the way, we forgot to include the loan payoff on your trade-in, so your monthly payment is now $XXX higher. Simple, yet rather large, mistake I get it. But we have a new 2023 that we need to get off the lot and can reduce the price significantly on that will bring your monthly closer to the original deal. I was skeptical, but agreed to listen. We came to an agreement, I went home for the evening and returned this morning to sign papers and take home our new vehicle. The finance manager came to the table with even worse terms than the ones I rejected on the CPO last night. The thing is, we forgot to include the loan payoff on your trade-in, so you now have to put down $1500 (there was nothing down last night) and your monthly is $XXX higher. This was the worst set of terms that I had been presented throughout the entire negotiation. I told them that this was unacceptable both the terms and the fact that they forgot to include the payoff and tried to slip-sheet increased terms TWICE. The first time OK, mistake. The second time either you re incompetent or shady, I ll let you decide. They then tried to sell me a MUCH lesser vehicle for practically the same terms.This was BY FAR the single worst experience I had at a dealership, and I ve been buying and leasing cars for 30 years. I ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past both incredible experiences and the service department has always been top-notch but this entire experience was a colossal waste of time and the managers actions were reprehensible. Needless to say, I will not set foot in that showroom again and cannot wait to get myself into another make. They have soured us on the Infiniti brand.CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

Jermey Melton and his staff are awesome. They made my purchase seamless. I tried to purchase the same vehicle through their sister dealership in Wilmington the night before. But, unfortunately for whatever reason Wilmington was unable to accommodate my request. Jermey was gracious enough to transport the car to my home in Brunswick Co the same date of the purchase. The car arrived at 8pm and Ken the driver was a delight!

Dealer quoted me $1300 for a part. I was able to find the same OEM part for about $700 in order to keep my bill down. There was resistance to using it and I was told the inquiry would be put to the manager. I never heard back so I had to proceed with the dealer part to get my vehicle back in a timely manner which no doubt was the intent.

*Update: once I received my part the other brand name auto shop replaced the tailight perfectly in 10 minutes! Hardly $190 worth of labor Chris at Infiniti of Apex quoted me! I now wonder what other parts and labor they have gouged me for in my past patronage?Severely OVERPRICED. A tailight that I needed replaced was quoted at $700 ($500+ for the part and $190 for the labor). I was able to find the part I needed at Infiniti of Orland for $182 and when I told Chris, the mechanic working on my car, he said he couldn't order from the sister dealership and could only get me the overpriced part from his warehouse. Because of that gross inconvenience I decided to price the labor at a brand-name autoshop elsewhere and was quoted $69 to install the light as well as a MUCH cheaper price for the work I was already having done. I reached out to their management team via company text amd email, as the claim they strive for customer feedback and satisfaction but have not heard from anyone there. I won't be back - cookies and coffee in the waiting room doesn't equate hundreds of dollars of overpriced parts and labor.

Excellent buying experience! The GM Cory, Salesman Freddy & Randy in finance was awesome to work with.. very responsive and willing to work a deal despite the limited inventory and high demand for this vehicle. My wife loves her new 2022- QX60. I almost feel like I'm cheating driving around this truck that is so hard to get. If you're in the market for one it will be well worth the wait. Great job on redesign!! And make sure you check out Crossroads Infiniti of Apex first!!!

AMAZING! PLEASE GO HERE BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!This is a first class team from sales to the delivery team. We had a more difficult lease to get out of then the typicial standard lease. The sales person Freddie just made it happen. He was responsive, creative, professional, and straight forward. Not only was the deal fair but they delivered our QX50 to us in Charlotte. We signed the papers in our kitchen. The delivery team was super friendly and great guys to deal with. This was the 4th Infiniti we have purcahsed all were good experiences. This was our second from them but the team was different. You would be doing yourself a deservice if you were in the market for an Infiniti and did not try them. What a great team and experience....

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Infiniti of Apex! My sales rep was amazing and stayed in touch without being pushy. He answered all of my questions (honestly) and when we met for a test drive he had the car ready and cleaned up for me. He made the whole process easy and the manager got involved to make sure it all worked but again, was not pushy at all. I was a female by myself and never felt like they were taking advantage or hiding anything. I highly recommend!

My 30k service at Infiniti of Apex, from start to finish, was great. I promptly greeted and checked in at my designated appointment time. Timely notified when my car was ready for pick up with an option to pay online, which I appreciated and utilized. When picking up car I was greeted, given a thorough and quick review of the service results and explanation of the invoice and sent away with some great tasting chocolate chip cookies and a bottled water to boot. All in all, an excellent experience!

Great service! Freddie did an excellent job getting me into my new QX80 at a price that was reasonable to me. The process was amazing and he kept me informed every step of the way. No pressure at all to purchase. Chris was also a great help giving me information about the vehicle and making me comfortable with the purchase. I can't tell you how awesome the team at Infiniti of Apex is. Chris Carnahan was my salesman and worked with me for two days to find the right car for me. I had a very strict budget and specifics that I needed to have in place for me to purchase a vehicle and Chris and the team pulled through and got me what I needed. From the moment I started communicating with them online to the moment I left the lot they provided excellent customer service. Additionally Chris was very knowledgeable in helping me with my new car's features and didn't just leave you hanging with an owner's manual and questions. I highly recommend this dealership for New or Used vehicles. They have it all.So excited about my new car and happy to now be a part of the Infiniti Family! :)

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. Since they ve gone under new management, they are absolutely amazing. I don t even live in NC anymore, and I come back to them whenever I can for servicing or buying another car just because they re so customer oriented and high quality with everything they do. If you re looking to buy an Infiniti, this is the place. Ask for Freddie.

Appraised my 2022 BMW 430I m sport package 23k miles at 33K and Honda offered $41K. I m sure this was a ? thing being in Apex where I live! what is funny I have enough money in savings to buy any car I saw there. Next time value your customers i m sure if I was another ? You d have offered at least market value of 37k! #Marcus was nice though
