Consistent, excellent service! I will always go back here! The guys behind the counter , especially Gene and Joe are super friendly, kind and accommodating! I paid for the 3 yr warranty on my tires and have had a few nails in them over the past 2 yrs and they always patch it quickly and efficiently and I am on my way. Really appreciate the kind of customer service they provide, always above and beyond!!

Great job aligning the wheels on my 2009 Volvo S60 after a major front end rebuild. I was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Great service and Veteran friendly! Highly recommend this facility for alignment work.

Great experience. John, the manager, extremely knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem with my car (unlike the 3 other shops I took it to before coming here) and take care of the repairs in an affordable and expeditious manner! Jean was also extremely helpful! Will be back with my other cars. Highly recommend!!

The prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly. They tried to repair a slow leak on my tire with a plug. But the plug supposedly still leaked, so we ordered a new tire. Installation was fast. But the work was messy. The tire rim had black goo all over it. The steering wheel had several areas of black oily goo, as did the driver door interior. Had to do a thorough cleaning when I got home. Wish the mechanic had been more careful.

I m truly disappointed with this Black s Tire location. I recently took my vehicle in for a repair and entrusted them to complete all the repairs necessary. I never denied a service, ( if I did, it would ve been documented any way) and my original concern was noted in the system but it turns out that the original concern was never addressed. Instead 4 new tires and general maintenance was performed. I spoke with the shop manager John and HE couldn t even understand why a concern was noted but never addressed or fixed. He kept saying we didn t charge you so you didn t lose out on anything it s sad. Not everything is about money, in this case it s the principle of the matter. What blows my mind is that everyone was so friendly and helpful that day that I just knew they would take care of what needed to be done! The only solution for this that was offered was bringing my undrivable vehicle back in to them for a discounted offer on the repair that was never completed. Which In fact, I do appreciate since really they didn t have to offer anything , but who in their right mind would return to a shop that didn t do it right the first time? I m not writing this as a disgruntled client, because again they offered a solution, but I am sharing my experience so that others are aware of what could happen and what happened to me. - Luis O.

I had the best experience yesterday at Black s Tire of Apex. I walked into the shop, already overwhelmed with an extremely busy morning and a nail in my tire. I had so much to get done with my littles and I explained that to the service rep. The customer service was exceptional and delivered with a warm smile. I have never been to this location before, but it certainly won t be my last time. The team there sincerely cared. Thank you to everyone at Black s for helping to remind me that there are still good people with great integrity in this world.

Talk about consistently exceptional service! Take your vehicle to the Apex Black s Tire, and ask for Scott Whitehead. I only trust taking my vehicles to him or someone he s directly trained. He will always tell you honestly what s going on with your vehicle and doesn t take advantage of the customer. Very fair prices and you can tell he doesn t see you as just another number or sales opportunity. The work is always done right and quickly! Save yourself some stress on the next service or repair and see him.

Great experience! Getting ready to drive long distance and needed to check out a rattle and clunking in the back of my car. It was a walk in where they had me taken care of within 30 minutes, with everyone being very accommodating and friendly. Not only are they fast but also very honest with their work since they could have charged me for a potentially new strut, instead of just replacing a missing bolt on my tire. Going forward this will be my new go to place for all my car needs.

Black's Tire and Auto have taken care of more than one of my vehicles over time. They are thorough in evaluating my needs and always explain their recommendations in a way that I can understand. I highly recommend this business for regular maintenance as well as for tires.

Excellent service. I needed to be safe on the road going to Maryland. I called in the morning of the trip knowing I needed extra care to my car. I took the car in the at 8AM and by 10:30AM the car was purring like a kitten. I had a new starter motor to a oil change...they made my car ready for the 5 hour trip. (The car got 42 miles to the gallon of gas.) WOW! I love this place. Best service in all of Cary, Apex area.

These guys took care of me. Got me in and out super fast. Went to get four new tires and was only there thirty minutes. Super fast service I don't know if I just caught them on a good day or if it's like that all the time but I sure do appreciate it.

Everyone here is so nice! I always feel welcome.They are also very good at explaining things to me about my car that I did not understand and I learn a lot from them.This is the only place I go to get my car fixed. I recommend that you give them a try.

A reliable place for service. Conveniently near bus stop so I like using early bird drop off and bus to work. I don t make an appointment and they always get requested work done at fair rates.

Have been using Blacks Tire for a few years now. They do very good work at a reasonable price. They always answer my questions. For my most recent visit, they did a large amount of work, and completed it all in one day. End result seems good. Also, because of the local Black s Tire doing good work, I recommended a friend use the Jacksonville NC Black s Tire for car repair.

First time with Black's Tire & Auto Service. EXCELLENT! Consistent customer service. Spoke with Joe on a couple of issues and everything was met with accomplishments. Had an oil change with conditioner and Suburban runs perfect at 180k. I inquired about a diagnostic on transmission and again answered on point. Most Chevrolet Suburbans between 2014 and 2020 had bad transmissions. Replace at 150k and noticed a miss. Joe had service tech do a diagnostic and low and behold, answered all my doubts. Looks like Black's has a new client. Thank you Joe and staff. Looking forward to future service!

I needed a new tire late on a Friday afternoon. They thought it would be ready the next day but ended up getting it done that afternoon. The price was much less than I ve paid the last few times I ve bought tires elsewhere.

Friend of mine was in a jam on some odd size tires on a Saturday recently. These guys, namely John on this date worked together with the Black s Wholesale Center manager Brett in Durham to make it happen for us in a pinch! They were able to get my friend taken care of and save a good bit of money.

They did a very good job. I appreciate their hard work and all their effort to took them a week trying to find a solution for my problem. Unfortunately they were unable to fix my problem, but it wasn t because it was their problem rather it was an issue with my 2010 grand caravan brake system so I would give these guys five stars they re good to go

I was beyond impressed with Black s. I mostly dealt with Joe. From calling for a last minute appointment, to forgetting my registration for the inspection, and looking into a slow leaking tire, they were great. They were prompt with information, fair pricing, and very friendly.

John and his team of professionals are so conscientious and caring, I m reluctant to go anywhere else! My first experience at Black s Tire & Auto Service is certainly not my last. This was the first time I had my 2013 Chrysler 200 limited serviced at Blacks Tire and Auto Service. I had not scheduled an appointment for this Monday morning and was pleased when they could take me right away. The technician told me up front how much the oil change would cost! I appreciated that too. No surprises. The service was prompt and I was out the door and on my way in what I considered a reasonable timeframe. I lifted the hood and checked to make sure the oil had indeed been changed and it was good! This has not alway been the case. Very pleased! Will return! It s ashamed to have been taught to be so in doubt and distrustful of such things as the completion of the servicing.of a vehicle. It s not a lesson I wanted to be taught and unfortunately it will now be with me the rest of my life! Buyer beware!

Consistently excellent service from Blacks Tire in Apex! Staff is courteous, listens to your concerns and patiently answering questions with helpful solutions. Whether it s new tires or mechanical repairs, the work is excellent.

I was greeted with Welcome to Black Tire. How can I help you? My experience was pleasant. Everyone was polite and professional. Brad worked on my van. He came in talked with me. Explained what he did. The charge for the work didn't cost and arm & leg. I would recommend Black Tire to my friends.

I always use Blacks Tires since first being referred to them years ago, when my car, I believe aMinivan got a flare tire on Interstate 40. State Troopers who were THE KINDEST and waiting with me, it was a Sunday and middle of nowhere didn t want myself or minivan to be hit. They were notified the ready over 1.5 hour wait was kicked back longer. They happened to not have calls. A Sheriff and two State Troopers clanged the tireFor me and let me know, I probably should rotate and tire life was getting close to end . They said Black s Tires who was located ALL over the State may have done their family or wife s and kids cars and had GREAT prices and services. I mentioned I was stressed about idea of new set of tires, I had just rebuilt engine in minivan. They said Blacks Tires was honest with them, great reputation and conveniently located in many locations. I have gone there solely for tires now for maybe the last 10 years. This last visit was great, I always go to and love my Blacks Tires off of Capital Blvd/New Hope road (401 fork in road) and only have gone there. They treat me like I am a family member, know me well enough, he loaned me one tire. I can t remember why we had to do this, but they ROCK. I think being a single mom and always making sure ti get the full coverage on tires helps Rotate them too! Then, I sold minivan and got first used Surburban and then second Surburban and my oldest started driving. They saw me a lot. I was in Apex with clients last week and my tire censor said low air. I added air but was 99%Sure I must have had a nail in it from showing newConstruction neighborhoods. I gps d theCloset Blacks Tire and went to the one in Apex by Costco. They were Phenomenal!!! I did have a nail in my tire. I got it fixed, rotated those bad boys and since I pay for the high coverage of the tires,It cost me NOT A DIME! It wasn t even My Blacks Tires but I am learning they are ALL my Blacks Tires! Thanks gentlemen, we made it to the Volleyball tournament I was worried about safely getting to!
