First I d like to thank Rob again, he is a honest and respectable mechanic. I called Rob thinking I needed a whole new rear end on my truck as suggested from a Raleigh shop and he said let him see for himself what it s doing. We go for a test drive and turns out all I need was a couple minor regular maintenance on the rear end!! Rob was able to save me about $2k which I was quoted from another shop!! I highly recommend Rob at Nissen Automotive for all your repair needs!! Truck is now running great again and I ll definitely bring it back for any future repairs it may need. Thank You

Rob did a great job replacing the engine in my 2010 VW GTI. There were many hurdles during this project, but he understood my love for saving this car. He replaced the engine, the clutch, and had to do a fly wheel repair. It was not an easy job, but I'm glad he took the time he needed to make sure it was right. I've known Rob for several years now. He has worked on a couple of my vehicles over the years. I usually try to fix what I can myself but if it's too complex or I don't have the time I let Rob fix it. He is one of the few mechanics I've met in my life that I can say is honest and trustworthy. Very fair on his prices. He always does an excellent job and is very thorough when I ask him to check something out. He is very knowledgeable and overall a great guy to talk too

I came to his shop without an appointment and he fixed the problem immediately. He handles small and big jobs.He is not like new mechanics who try to get rich quick..He is an honest mechanic.I highly recommend him.

2 years ago I gave Nissen auto negative reviews because I wasn't told what I wanted to hear.I want to apologize to Mr. Nissen about that and have a chance to set the record straight.Mr. Nissen is a knowledgeable and talented mechanic and I would recommend him to anyone I knew that was having any mechanical problems with their car.In the future, if I have any problems with my car, I hope Mr. Nissen will consider giving me the opportunity to do business with him.

Great Mechanic! Very honest and does not try to nickle and dime you. Tells you what's wrong and what will need attention in the future as well as what needs to be done asap and what can wait. Really looks out for the customer.
