I'm happy I called L & D Solutions! Bryce our technician was on time and very nice. Him and his co-worker( also very nice) got right to work on checking our lift and making sure it was safe for us to operate. There were a couple things that needed attention and they got those fixed and they are checking on some additional pieces we were interested in for our lift. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely being using them for furture services! Price was on point. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you for the great work guys!

L & D techs installed my 2 post lift 2 days ago. They showed up on schedule, they both knew what had to be done and completed installation in a timely manner. I would recommend this company. Very satisfied !

Damien & Ashton are a pleasure to work with. We outsource all work for every lift unit we have and L&D is the only company we trust. We have used them on countless repairs and have had no issues at all. They are very accurate with scheduling and work with us to make repairs happen. Thanks for all you both do!

We purchased a 4-post lift and had a phenomenal experience with L & D Solutions, and would highly recommend them. Customer service was excellent throughout, with Ashton providing regular updates on the status of the order, delivery dates, and online invoicing. The installation team arrived on schedule and on time, and they had the lift completely assembled, leveled, and operational in just a few hours. Dameon and the team also provided useful operations and maintenance tips to keep it all working. Nice work!

Had Damien (owner of L&D) install a new lift and it didn't work properly. Cars were leaning to one side. Scary actually. You would think with it being a safety issue they would want to come back right away. I was told over the phone to try and fix it myself. Had to call the lift company to complain so they would come back and fix it. Then came back with a very poor attitude. I understand issues come up, but its how a company handles them after the sale that makes or breaks them.

Dameon took his time to go over every detail of my 2 post lift to ensure it functioned correctly and answered any questions I had pertaining to the adjustments and functionality. His crew has always been clean, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a lift installed or maintained. Thanks for installing my lift and making sure everything got adjusted properly. I don't think I've ever worked with a company who was more dedicated to making things right. I may not have bought the best product (my choice), but I surely got the BEST installers. Everyone who worked on my lifts worked tirelessly, and L&D wouldn't quit until it worked as intended and I was satisfied. They are pros!

L&D went above and beyond to get my lift installed. The lift arrived with some defects and Damien, the shop owner, returned to fix these issues himself. He worked from 330pm to 1130pm and didn't ask a dime from me. He then came a third time because a part was missing--he replaced the part and adjusted the lift so that both sides would raise and lower in synchrony. He also made sure that the mechanical locks were audible on both sides.Again, 3 times he came out--the first time was for the initial install when we found that the non-powered lift carriage assembly was defective--he returned the second time to repair this defect and came again the third time to install the missing component and adjust the lift.I was only charged for our initial agreed upon price--he did not try to overcharge me for the additional trips. He said appropriately that those extra trips were caused by the manufacturer of the lift and I was not held responsible.That is integrity--something that is severely lacking in todays day and age.Thanks to Damien and the other guys that helped with the install. I highly recommend L&D to anyone seeking a lift installer.

Dameon and his crew were great. Answered all of my questions and made sure everything was done right, checking and rechecking every bolt. Super hot day when they did the install but kept working hard the whole time. Couldn t recommend any higher!

The staff was great leadtime was longer than expected but the office found one in Pennsylvania and had it rerouted in less than the original 90 day lead time. Both installers were friendly and extremely competent in their job a milling issue caused the need for a new part. Which was covered under warranty and installed within less than a week. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs shop solutions.

Spoke with Tim off an Ad he placed on a Facebook Car group i am in and he was very professional and took the time to answer any and all concerns and questions i had about various lift brands. I look forward to working with him when i am moved into my new home and ready for a lift.

Dameon and his Team are great. We had a slight hiccup on Rotary's side but I was impressed how well they handled it and got things straightened out for me! Amazing service, great pricing, and did I mention amazing service?I will certainly be using them for all future purchases and installs as we expand the business. Thank you L&D!

Fantastic! Extremely responsive to calls and emails, reasonably priced, a pleasure to deal with, and just nice people overall. Damian and Ali really know how to treat customers. I've been in the customer service and service business for almost 20 years and they really have it nailed. I will never need anyone else for my shop needs as they've earned a customer for life. Thanks again for everything!

Got an Advantage two car lift from L&D a few months back and now going for a second. Fantastic customer service! They surveyed my space and gave a number of options and recommendations. They also got everything installed in a single day, showed up on time, and met some tight timelines on my end. Ali, in the business office, is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Punctual, honest and reasonable in all aspects of the initial visit.Lift was delivered and assembled exactly as described and promised. These guys really know their stuff and went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased with the setup. I couldn t be happier with the entire process with L&D.

I bought a used Rotary lift from a private party and had to modify it to make it clear the ceiling in my home work shop. After the modification I found the equalizer cables were too long. Damien from L&D Shop Solutions conveniently located just a couple miles from me in Angier, NC came out and took some measurements and ordered a custom length equalizer cables. While there he gave me some installation tips and provided a set of shims I needed to level the lift. Damien went out of his way to help me and provided excellent customer service. L&D Shop Solutions is a small company so you get great personalized service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any commercial or home vehicle lift installation repair or servicing.

I purchased the Advantage DX-9000-XLT. The lift is more solidly built than other manufacturers in my opinion. Blake and Ben did a excellent job setting up the lift in my garage.Travis, Allie and Dameon In the office were very helpful and gave me all the Information needed to make a good purchasing decision. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase or have a lift installed.

Dameon and Dave were very good to work with. Safe, careful, clean and meticulous work. I m very pleased with the installation. I would definitely use them again for this type of installation.
