I had an appointment for Friendly to look at my transmission for several weeks; I took it to them on 4/1 at 8am as scheduled. Upon arrival I was told that their transmission tech left the previous week and the young guy that they have now takes longer to diagnose and make repairs, so I would need to leave my truck for several days, maybe longer or I could look for a shop that offers quicker turn around times. This is not what was discussed when the appointment was made and while your transmission tech leaving might be circumstances beyond your control, communication with your customer shouldn't be. While I could have made arrangements to leave my truck for a week or so given proper notice, I didn't have that luxury. I received no less than 4 text reminders about my appointment, one could have included the information about your tech leaving. I realize the text probably come from an automated system, that's when someone has to take the initiative to look through future repairs and make an effort to inform the customer. My wife and I basically just wasted fuel driving to your dealership. Never again.

Really impressed with this dealership! I worked with Nathan and Heath and both were personable, efficient and made the whole process of buying my Cadillac incredibly easy!! I drove 4 hours to pick up the vehicle and would drive another 4 just to work with Heath again. Great service and stunning vehicle!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I stopped by the service department to see why my check engine light was on since the vehicle is 4 weeks old with just 1600 miles and ask some questions about the radio. I had to wait for an advisor since everyone was at their Christmas lunch. Once an advisor came out it was like he had an attitude because I was interrupting his Christmas lunch. I told him the check engine light was on and he said he couldn t do anything about it until next week. I was like I need to know if it s safe to drive until next week or if I continue to drive it will I do damage to the vehicle. He was like I can t answer that for you. I said can you please check the code so I will know. He finally checked the code and said it was some U code and you re fine. I said can we make appointment to have the radio checked out so we went to his office. I was standing in the doorway with my service dog and out of nowhere a dog came running at my service dog. I started pushing the dog away with my leg at the same time saying can someone get this dog away from my service dog she is working. He just looked at me along with the guy behind the parts counter. Had no care about the dog harassing my service dog. I will never take my car back there again and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will take the hour drive to Victory Chevrolet to have them help me. Custom service was so much better!!!

Wesley was an attentive sales representative without being pushy. Allowed us to drive a 2500HD and a 1500 3.0 Diesel without any hassle. Made purchase the following Day. In and Out in 2 hours. Best experience I have had at a dealership. Would highly recommend.

Not Friendly! Stopped by for an Emergency check on vehicle over heating (suddenly)...as we were headed out of town to see 100 yr old mother-in-law who has been taken to hospital suddenly. Husband asked if the guy could just come take a quick look at radiator to make sure there was no hole in it or anything and the guy blew him off and said Too Busy. Needless to say, "Friendly" has lost our business! ...and this is where we Regularly get our vehicle serviced!

This place is awesome! Friendly people! I worked for the company for 6 years and I can tell you they are the best. You won t find a dealership that will treat you any better! They don t have the crazy hidden fees that big city dealers have and they shoot you straight. If you re in the market for some wheels or service you cannot go wrong with this place.

Wesley and Tripp make a good team. I had a great experience working with them over the phone and in person. I had tried another dealership to get what I wanted but am glad I waited for my car and got it here! Much easier to work with. Wesley is especially helpful with the EV aspect since I bought a Bolt. Thank you!

If you re looking for a no pressure, full-service, personable, and FRIENDLY dealership; this is the one. They re true to their name. Prices are competitive, lowest doc fee I ve ever seen, high-quality inventory and the most genuine people you could encounter. I don t like car buying but, they made it fun and I feel like I can join right in the water cooler talk when I take my Silverado Duramax in for FREE service for the next 5 years.

They service department is always very helpful. They will only do what's needed and never tries to over sell what's needed to be done. Its very comforting as a female to know I can take my own vehicle into a dealership for service not fell like I will be taken advantage of.

Had to bring my vehicle in for service. Craig in the service area was great and Allena at the rentals desk was amazing. Everyone there is so friendly and live up to the name of the dealership. I bought my Buick from here back in 2018, and the people that helped me through that process back then were also great to work with. I highly recommend them for purchases and service, I will be back one day when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Only wish I could have convinced them to let me leave with that beautiful Stingray in the lobby.

My salesman was very responsive to my calls and texts. Once my vehicle arrived at the dealership, he contacted me and sent the cost information over. When I picked my car up, everything was just as we had discussed, and the paperwork was done quickly.The sales manager was also great. He was filling in for the finance manager, and was patient with me as I considered warranty purchases. He also had everything ready to sign, and all numbers were exactly what we had previously discussed.The small town dealer delivered excellent customer service. Everyone from the salesman to the owner and his dog was friendly and made both myself and my granddaughter feel at home.

Friendly Chevrolet-Buick Inc was so helpful in my process to buying my dream car. I was first helped by the manager Tripp who was fantastic. He turned me to Heath who helped me through the process of purchasing my car. Heath was very professional and gave a fair price for my trade in. He came in on a Sunday to help me although the dealership was closed. I was able to test drive the car and have all my questions answered thoroughly. The process was professional, friendly, and easy! I m so happy I chose Friendly Chevrolet-Buick Inc and will recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I really like the Friendly Chevrolet team and when I am in the market for another new car, I ll definitely shop them first. It's been awhile, but I wanted to commend Tripp and Joey for making my 2004 Corvette experience so easy. They accommodated my additional requests with ease, and when my truck broke down with my trailer attached to pick up the Vette, I was stranded.... so Joey drove the Vette about 100 miles to me... I couldn't have asked for a better experience

My wife and l purchased a gently used GMC Yukon a month ago.Ended up l had to take the car in for tire rotation and balance. Two of the needed attention from being out of balance from the previous owner.I called Greg the sales manager on a Friday afternoon. The following Monday mid morning he called me back. Bring it in and we replace the two tires.He didn t have to do it. What it showed me was thus dealership cares about their customers and going forward l will purchase from them again and will friends and family as well.SincerelyCharles

I bought a 2017 Corvette Stingray recently and it was the best experience I ve had a dealership. I worked with Nathan, Maverick, the owner himself, and the finance manager. Every single one of them made me feel like I belonged and there was absolutely no hassle did the credit app before I went and only spent an hour at the dealership before driving off in my new car. Car is in 10/10 condition, if I need another car I will definitely be checking here first.

I find your staff very helpful and courteous. The service department exceeds normal expectations. They do everything they can to help their customers. Your dealership facility is neat and clean. Heath was incredible. I feel like a got a fair deal on a great truck. No hassle, no games. I was dreading the process of buying a new truck because of experiences I have had in the past at other stores, but the entire team there was great to work. I will absolutely be recommending that dealership and Heath in particular to everyone that I can. Hats off to the folks at Friendly.

Best car dealership hands down!! We recently purchased a 2022 Sierra from Friendly and we could not have been treated better. Coming from out of state we were given courteous and HONEST information before making the trip. We had a 5+ hour drive and got a late start, but the guys at the dealership were happy to accommodate us. The purchase process was nearly completed by the crew before we arrived. We simply had to sign in the proper places and exchange vehicles. In total we were in and out in less than 2 hours. We were given a complete walk through of our new truck and its features. And they even helped us clear out the last of our personal belongings from the vehicle we traded in. If Friendly has the car or truck you want this is the dealership to use!

Amazing place! Heath was awesome to work with! He had somebody pick me up from the airport to drive me to the dealership! Once I was at the dealership everything went smoothly and everyone was so kind! I got an amazing Kia Sorento! Highly recommend Friendly!

I've only experienced the service side, as I've just moved to the area, but I enjoyed the experience and interactions with the service department so far. Routine maintenance- I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick. The cost was pretty much what I expected. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership.

They know my name. The staff at Friendly Chevrolet take the time to speak to you, remember your name, and even ask about your dog. In addition to outstanding service on my car, these little things make a bog difference.
