Rick Burris is the most honest mechanic we've ever met. We've been bringing him our cars for several years and he volunteers to cover repairs with parts that might still be under warranty. His labor costs are always low and he's saved us thousands in unnecessary repairs over the years. Truly a gem of a person and a great mechanic. 100% honest.

These folks were very helpful. They patched my tire for a fair price and had my repair finished quickly. I made an appointment for 10:30 and was checked out by 11. I was happy that my car was able to be worked on immediately. Burris Tire did a great job!

Burris Tire is the only auto mechanic we use. Owner, Rick Burris and his team always work diligently to find and correct any issues that you may have with your vehicle. We have experienced their honesty, work ethic and talent on numerous occasions, and have never been disappointed! Thank you for all that you do!

Had an appointment for an alignment. Arrived early. Sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes without my car being taken back. Went to ask how much longer because they knew that I had to be somewhere (I gave myself an hour and 45 minutes for them to do what they said would take an hour). Woman behind the desk gave me attitude when I asked how long until they would start on my car. I asked her what the point was of having an appointment. Would NEVER give them business. Terrible customer service!! Their lobby is full of gospel verses written all over, but they are the complete opposite! Wolf in sheep s clothing.10/10 Do NOT recommend!

The whole staff at Burris are so nice and very helpful. I took my car to be inspected shortly before they closed, and I thought I would have to make an appointment for the following day but they went ahead and did my inspection which was so awesome. The service was super fast forsure gonna keep taking my car here.

I have been doing business with Burris Tire for over 40 years; and no, despite having the same last name, I am not related. They consistently deliver high quality service and excellent customer service.Rick & Steven are top notch, and Sue & Julie keep the office humming. Kudos to a successful local merchant!

Mr and Mrs Burris are extremely nice and friendly.I was stuck needing new tires and had to wait on a delivery. Mr Burris bought me lunch and made the wait an OK experience.The work was carried out professionally and i would absolutely recommend them.

Nice people. They worked me in when I was available. They did a great job on my oil change. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment as they are pretty popular in the area. I'll be taking my car back here the entire time I live in Albemarle. A+

I was charged for a battery that costed 144.00 it was under warranty I didn't need or ask for just needed a sensor and a left head light. A couple days later the head light goes out so I send my car back for a faulty wiring harness they didn't even order it i got pulled over for that light for them to tell me it was a fluke lights don't do that it's either a faulty harness or someone didn't plug the bulb in so here i am charged 144.00 over but hey the wiggles the lightWas introduced to Burris tire thru my dad and the people are very friendly sadly I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Very friendly and attentive staff. They helped me figured out what was wrong with my car and they were professional and respectful. If you live in albemarle and need help with your car I'd recommend this place

We were on our way home from a day fishing trip when our car over heated and water gushed out everywhere. We stopped in to Burris Tire and they were so kind. They checked it out, got the fan working & told us the problem and sent us on our way. We thank the Lord for people like this and we pray He will bless their business. - Thanks Burris, from a grateful Salisbury couple

I can t say I ll ever get my car serviced here again. I came here when I needed my car inspected and they were the only ones that had an open appointment (I can see why now). After being blatantly accused of working for the government and try to get them shut down (seriously?) I left in a fluster and forgot my Yeti tumbler. I ve called several times to see if I can come get it, and they claim they ve never seen it. I should have just gone back as soon as I noticed I left it. I wish I did work for the government.

Had 4 tires installed 15 Journey took care of me good, had to get balanced weights on the inside no outside weights due to aluminum alloy wheels. They did good job rides well.

Went here to have the a/c fixed on my car. Charged me 245 dollars and it lasted all of 3 weeks and it was right back like it was before. I asked them about it and Mr Burris said well maybe it has a leak. Well my question is what exactly did you do for the 245 you charged me if you didn't check for a leak and fix the thing.
