The lady that works the register in the mornings usually Monday mornings twice now I have been in there and she is extremely rude. Doesn't answer any questions that i asked her. told her to have a good day and still nothing. She just pretended like i wasn't there. this has happened twice now the first time i thought maybe just an off day but now twice. extremally rude and unprofessional will not be returning.

I was greeted when I walked into the store ,a very young man ask if he could help me. I told him what I wanted He looked it up I needed a headlight replacement I told him I wanted the Ultra bright one. He asks me if I knew the Price. I said they are around $60. Bucks. He told me I was in luck because they had come down in price. After he had rung the price it was $43. I paid him and Stated out I looked into the bag I noticed that the label said Basic. I turned around. I handed the pack back to him. He told me they were the same. I explained that they were not. An older man overheard our conversation and Corrected him. I took the pack to the rack the older gentleman came over and helped me. I showed it to the young man. He was very nice. Refunded and recharged me for the item I wanted. He Appoliged. I was lucky. I had noticed the

Great customer service!!! the two guys working on Thursday night 8/ 11 right before close went over and beyond to comfort me and make sure I had what I needed to be safe on the road. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!

I love this advance auto. Everyone that works here are so nice. The sweet lady named Michelle that helped me get my battery out of my car just to get it charged was great cause she saw me looking confused lol . I'll always come here.

Great service and fair prices. Would rather pay a little more there than to order at online stores, too many stores going out of business because of online stores. Help protect our communities and the people of our community by shopping local when you can as long as the stores treat the customers right.

Im given it 4 stars great customer service reliability parts. Some time they have people that work there that doesn t really have car mechanic brains if u know what i mean! but a lot of times they get my orders right but yeah i high recommend!

My daughter in law needed her battery checked. The gentleman checked it and all seemed well. However, the vehicle would not start. It was then that he looked closer and quickly noticed that the vehicle had the wrong sized battery in it. Who knew? She bought it used from the dealership that way!I appreciate the time and expertise that he brought to the experience.

I purchased a can of ac recharge. Tested my car with the gauge and it was at full charge. I took the unused can with gauge back. The manager greeted me with a sour look on her face and said hatefully "oh you used my gauge for free and brought it back!" I jokingly said well y'all loan tools don't you? She said hatefully "not like that!". This encounter was in front of employees and other customers. I will never shop here again to be demeaned in front of people.

Great. Knowledgeable staff. Well at least the salesperson who helped me. I'm sure the rest of them are helpful as well. Large selection and priced right. If parts are not in stock and if you order them in the am usually there in the same day.

The employees are lazy. I've came here multiple times for an OBD reading and it's a different excuse every time. I used to work at one in Monroe, and the professionalism here in contrast is pathetic.

Just visited Advance Auto Parts on Highway 52 in Albemarle and had the worst customer service experience. This is not the norm for this location in my past experience however Hannah was the rudest customer service rep I have encountered with this company

Generally ignored by most employees there, while waited on battery exchange, and cashier tried to sell me the most expensive one that was not necessary to my non-power windows and non-power locks.. but they do a battery test and put the new one in for you. (It is close to where I live, as I had to get a jump to get my truck there)

I was broke down across the street at the Drs office. They came over and jumped my car to get me to the store so they could run the diagnostics and got me straightened out with a new battery.

I prefer napa auto parts to these types of auto parts stores. Napa employees more knowledgeable people, and better parts in my opinion.

Usually have what you need in stock. If not in stock they can have it for you in 24 hrs or less.Very helpful and courteous.
