Where to begin I brought my vehicle to Thomas Tires to have 4 wheels replaced and the work was done in an expedient manner. I have no complaints regarding the tires. The issue and reasoning for my rating is due to the damage done to my passenger door by Thomas Tires and the lack of responsibility taken by them. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a paint scratch (from a door hitting). I went back inside to report it and since it was closing, they took my information and would call me the next day.Well the following day, the manager called claiming that there was no visible damage to the door on their cameras from when it entered their shop and left. The implication was the damage occurred after I picked up the vehicle, however I never left their lot. I had pulled the vehicle next to my wife s in their quick lube lane. It was when I was walking back to my vehicle that I noticed the damage. There were no vehicles or individuals near the car. The damage was clearly done at Thomas Tires and the assumption that I would nickel and dime them after spending $1500 on tires is wild. Considering I take exceptional care of my vehicles, I m annoyed there was zero accountability.I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at my own expense, but I wouldn t recommend taking your vehicle to them. Only if you do not care about damage to the body of your vehicle, or you take pictures/videos prior/after to ensure they take responsibility. Be forewarned.**UPDATE**If you look at their response below, you ll notice the discrepancy again. As stated, I never left Thomas Tires. So either their cameras have awful resolution, or they couldn t see the clear damage to the passenger side door. Point still stands that they don t take responsibility for a vehicle being damaged. Originally they wanted to claim another customer caused the damage, but per their own words there was no damage to the vehicle going into their shop. That would imply that the damage was done after leaving. But I will restate the facts, I never left Thomas Tires after picking the vehicle up and moving in their lot to my wife s vehicle. I noticed the damage upon walking back to my car and promptly reported it to them.

i would give this place negative stars if it was possible, brought my car in for a easy fix of a Catalytic converter .got the car back one day later where it then started to leak fluids and overheat causing engine to shut off and check engine light was back on .got it towed back, they said the put a bad catalytic converter on and the fluid just drained out, it overheated again so i brought it back where they then said the car was unable to be driven and that they were not going to fix it or reimburse any money i spent for them to fix it. My car DID NOT have an overheating problem or a leak before coming to this place and was completely driveable. People were unprofessional and rude. now i am without a vehicle and thousands of dollars wasted. I understand mistakes happen but to not even try to help fix a problem that was created after you worked on the car is plan unprofessionalism not even an Im sorry or referred to another place that could help .

I had made my appointment through Brandon. When I 1st arrived I was greeted by Glenn_AKA_Glynn. I was getting items checked off for the recommendations for my vehicle that needed to get done. I was told it would take at least a couple of hours therefore waiting for the length of time I got a lift from the driver Mr Dan ; who was just as delightful and charming. All in all it was a great day to get my the task I needed to get done on my day off.Kudos to Thomas tires and their staff!

Never go here. Go to Black's Tire & Auto. Look at these photos!Amongst many other shortcomings, they sold me the wrong sized tire that eventually caused all 4 tires to fracture and ended their service life way too early. Not only did this endanger my family, but when confronted, they Gas Lit me and said that I chose to put wrong sized tires on my vehicle or that I drive to aggressively, sure... sounds like me, wanting to ruin all 4 of my new tires. They, as a whole, to include their coprate office, did nothing to remediate their error except offer me $10 a tire off to replace with new $2000 tires. These guys are con men and the time share salesmen of the automotive community.1 star would not recommend.

I came in with a pretty simple problem. I was quickly greeted by an associate who offered to assist me. They promised me quick turnaround and they delivered on their promise. I was told my problem was fixed and a full explanation was provided. The staff is very courteous and the quality of their service is very good. I highly recommend them.

I went in for an Express lube oil change, they took my vehicle back with in 5 minutes. The technician then came to me with in 20 to 30 minutes with the final inspection and recommended some standard preventative maintenance. For recommended. I didn't do this standard maintenance, like brake fluid, flush, coolant, flush, engine, air filter, etc... Until 150,000 mi. My truck was around 63,000 mi, and I knew it needed this preventative maintenance and so did the technician. So I agreed with him, and they got to work doing it all and had it done within an hour and a half. This is a top tier mechanic shop. And I'm glad that they exist within my hometown. Will never go anywhere else.

Would give a 0 based off service don't usually write reviews but they wasted over an hour of my time before I left because they hadn't even started on my car. I don't know what the reason for setting a appointment is if you can't stick to it or acknowledge you are running late.

Had a grandson visit for one day Sunday, whose car tire had started shimming when stopping. The General manager was at work at 5:50am on Monday and had it checked out and on his way to Denver Colorado by 8:45.That s outstanding service. Thanks Thomas Tire, very few places like that today.

Always fast, friendly and reasonably priced. The kiosk outside is super convenient for after hours drop and pickup. The only two challenges with that is the onscreen pop up is kinda low and you have to bend or squat to type on the keyboard and the kiosk is not set up yet to accept payment but that really isn't a problem. I gave payment over the phone

Had a warranty with my tires that later on got a screw in. Went in to schedule an appointment to get a no cost plug repair to be told they had no appointments and to come back in bright and early the next day when they opened and they would put me in bc plugs don't take long to repair. Went and did that to sit there for hours and then be told to come back or drop off my car and i could get it back the next day. Decided to keep it there once i was able to get a ride to where i needed to go with my kids. Later on when picking up my vehicle, it was not locked and could have very well been vandalized in some form. My biggest issue and complaint is the disorganized to prioritize someone with a simple patch that already paid into a Service that the company had been compensated for, and as a loyal customer i get put on the back burner. There has got to be a better que method on how service is done bc this is unacceptable. Especially the fact that the area is predominantly military where many of us do not have means for other transportation and our spouses are deployed with children in tow or school pick ups. When I addressed my concerns to a manager, that seemed like a waste of time as he was nor empathetic at all. I think the words given were Well we are short staffed and people are sick, so it is what it is. Check. But if my car would have been vandalized or stolen due to the lack and inability to do something simple as lock my car after a service? Perhaps tell your staff to lay off the crack beings i had to show him how to operate and stow away my spare tire properly that seemed high af. Maybe thats why my car wasn't locked up because employees are on drugs and your service is so slow.If you go here be prepared for the following above and a long wait time. Do not recommend. Unsatisfied customer.

Rolled into town on some bad brakes. Asked a couple locals where to go where I wouldn t get ripped off. Both said Thomas Tire. They were able to get me in and get it fixed the same afternoon and the price was fair and reasonable. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

They just aren t good mechanics I bought a car from brothers auto down the street when I purchased the car that day the oil housing on my 2016 Chrysler 300s was leaking veryCommon with that engine very simple fix brothers had me take it up to Thomas they installed a new one few months later that one started leaking. Today I took it apart myself got a new all metal oil housing thinking it cracked again find out they didn t tighten 2 bolts causing the leak. Very rookie mistake since warranty didn t cover it leith wanted $1,300 and some change if I did go that route I would be even more pissed at Thomas for costing me that money for 2 loose bolts. Stay clear from Thomas tire is all I can say!!

I was in town visiting my daughter and my tire had a slow leak. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a repaired tire. Fantastic service. If I lived nearby, I would definitely purchase my next set of tires from here.

Made an appointment for my step dad for 4 tires. He shows up at his appointment time and was told to get out n get in line by the svc manger and the employees gave him the feeling that he was not welcome; as if he was invading their space. Needless to say, he left and gave his business to a competitor. Maybe they were having a bad day but that should be invisible to the customers.

My wife took our Ford Explorer to get a new set of tires on our car at the beginning of December 2022. The Aberdeen location didn't have them in stock however the Sanford location advised they could install them for us. Two thousand dollars later after getting a new set of tires as well as brakes and rotors, she was on her way. At the time of purchase, we were notified of a recall from Ford for a rear toe-link replacement which was completed at Crossroads Ford dealership in March of 2023. We have had at least two oil changes during this period from December until now and was never told by anyone at the oil change locations nor from the Ford dealership that our rear alignment was off. Up until a few days ago, a visual inspection of the front tires and what could be seen on the rear showed to be wearing perfectly. It wasn't until two days ago when my wife got a flat tire and it was removed that we saw premature wear on the inside edge of the tire. This was alarming because, number 1, I didn't know that the rear suspension needed to be aligned, and number 2, there were no indications that anything was wrong as the tires are only 10 months old. On top of that now there is a screw in the tire. I called Thomas Tire and inquired about getting a replacement and they stated it would have to be repaired first and then replaced if unsuccessful. The invoice that my wife received when she purchased the tires said "FREE alignment check with tire purchase" so I assumed everything checked out as we weren't told we needed a front or rear alignment. The invoice also states "3 year FREE replacement tire protection plan" which we bought for insurance. Right underneath this it says "The price of each tire will be covered for 3 years, 'NO Hassle!'". To my knowledge the tires were not rotated during this 10 month period because they looked perfect from a customer perspective, plus they were still relatively new. Again, not once during any oil change, vehicle inspection, and recall visit did anyone mention anything about my rear tires or the rear alignment. So, Thomas Tire tells us that the tire is not covered under warranty because we don't have proof of them getting rotated. I went on the website, looked on the invoice, and nowhere can I find where it says the tires must be rotated every 5k miles or else it isn't covered. Thomas Tire says it's because of neglect, and failure to do the recall. This is false because we DID the recall, got oil changes/service within 100 miles of due date, and had it inspected but we "neglected" our vehicle. A phone call to the Ford dealership confirmed our repair. Thomas Tire made us pay for a new tire upon their recommendation and didn't honor the warranty. The NO Hassle promise turned into a big hassle and for this reason, my family along with my in-laws and their family will refuse to go back to Thomas Tire for service or tire purchases. I've bought two sets of tires from them as well as had service done to several vehicles but not anymore. Nice job Thomas Tire, you just lost several customers because of how this was handled.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. My car started making a strange sound a few months after having thousands of dollars worth of work done at a dealership. I decided to take it somewhere other than the dealer because I suspected that they would try to cover up the source of the problem. I called Thomas Tire and they truly listened to me when I was describing the problem so they could set me up with the right mechanic, and I was able to get an appointment for 2 days later. When I dropped my car off I expected to wait there all day since I didn't have a ride, but they have a complimentary shuttle that took me home then picked me up 2 hours later when my car was done. The driver, Dan, was so kind and genuine. They did a comprehensive diagnosis both by driving the car and running it while up on the lift, and determined that the source of the problem was the transfer case which had been replaced a few months prior. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and gave me a printed report of the problem and other things that they checked that were in good condition. I now feel confident going to the dealership with a diagnosis from an outside source! I will absolutely be back to Thomas and Tire and would recommend them to everyone.
