They are just great people. Very honest and upfront pricing, no hidden dealer fees or other fees. We came from Charleston SC to buy a Tahoe from them and they even paid for our lunch because we had to wait while they fixed a frozen brake caliper for us. Which they didn't charge us for even after we had signed the "as is" paperwork. I would definitely recommend them they are great.

This dealership is WONDERFUL! I will recommend it to anyone and everyone in North Carolina because Chris and Chris went above and beyond for me. Seriously. I'm from Maryland was buying a car in North Carolina ... talk about a hassle. They were patient, informative and helpful and never did I once feel pressure to buy a car there. I'll be honest, that's the first time I've ever been to a dealership and didn't feel pressured! I ended up driving home to Maryland with my new car that I LOVE SO MUCH. Thank you Chris and Chris for being so patient and working your magic! Seriously, I kept them there so late they are the absolute best. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Hides damaged cars, then continues to hide it. Found a car that met my needs and then paid for a CarFax report. Found that it had been damaged and un-drivable. They asked for $1,000 over value, ignored the damage, and refused to negotiate. Will not do business here, ever. They fulfill the stereotype of used car salesman perfectly.

We sold our used car to Poole and it was a stress-free experience. They met us at the bank and provided a cashier's check, then offered to mail us our garage door opener we had left in the car the following day. Honest straight-shooters with these folks...

If you need a vehicle, Poole Automotive is the place to go! Chris and Melissa Poole are good people with big hearts! They're iron clad! Whatever you get from them you can guarantee it'll be rock solid! They care about every single person they work with! They're amazing people that care about helping the people in the community and assisting in making things better, even during this epidemic. When the world seems to be falling apart, they're working hard to put a little piece of it back together. We are highly blessed to know them and call them our friends.

Only place I know to buy vehicles from been doing business with Poole Automotive for about 13 years now. Never have been disappointed yet and trust me I have bought a lot of vehicles from these guys. Highly recommend everyone checking them out for your next vehicle purchase!!!!!!

Poole Autotive is the Prime Example of Customer service. They not only sell cars and trucks they actually care about all their Customers. The Manager Chris Poole goes above and beyond to help his Customers. Sadly sometimes Certain people take Advantage of Chris for how kind and his big heart. Which is very sad. But this does not stop Chris from treating and helping each person he encounters at Poole Automotive or just in Daily life. You get the same treatment at the Poole Automotive Group in Laurinburg North Carolina.
