I took my vehicle here for an inspection and oil change. It was late afternoon when I showed up without an appt. and they still took me in. John and Barbara Morgan were both very friendly and the service was A+. They did not charge me an arm and a leg either. Very reasonably-priced! I highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Super reliable and trust worthy. Very accommodating and always going the extra mile. Barbara has the best memory and asks about my three boys. Johnny is very knowledgeable and understanding! Such a wonderful environment.

Johnny Morgan just destroyed my transmission. I made a terrible mistake in taking my 2016 Altima to him to flush my transmission. I requested it be done by not knowing any better. Johnny took the advantage of me not knowing it should not be done with a CVT Transmission. Within 2 weeks my transmission is gone.. Johnny went for the money and wasn't honest enough to say he should have told me no to do it. Never take your vehicle to this place!!!!!

I had a great experience today getting my tires mounted/balanced and alignment. Service was top notch and Johnny and Barbara couldn't have been any nicer. I see why this shop is highly regarded, and I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend. Barbara is highly responsive even when she is bombarded with requests. Johnny is one of the best in the business and will shoot you straight. They have a great team and always get it done as quick as they can, no matter the job. I ve taken several different make/models there and I always drive away, even if I get my car towed there.

Johnny and his team are great. They got my A/C working and my ride is smooth like it was when it was new with new struts.I will alway go to them from now own. Great service and a fair price.

Came at closing time the day before to see if I could come in the next morning at opening. They said yes, I showed up as the first person there. A second car pulls up and he s taken immediately. I m second after him but have been here over an hour and have seen five different people come and go and the receptionist keeps saying they only need one tire just do them first because I need 3. So I ve been placed on the back burner even tho I m here first and was here the prior day. This isn t the first time I ve had bad service here. The only reason I come is because they re the only place with my size tires at this time. I tried to leave but they have my car jacked up so I can t change my mind. Literally hate this place.

I don t do a lot of reviews but I had to tell people how great this place was. I came in looking for prices on tires and an inspection. The people here were so helpful. And reasonably priced. They got me in and all four tires replaced super fast. The staff was so friendly! I highly recommended them.

I have trusted them for years and they do an awesome job on everything from regular maintenance to little things I need. Prices are great and I don t have to wait long. As a senior they take their time with me to explain things and they answer my questions fully. Definitely better and less expensive than a dealership.

Great experience with Morgan's. We got an appointment really fast and the prices are good. He told us what needs to be done now and what wpuld need to be done soon but that was more expensive so he told us truthfully that we might get it done at done point but it's nothing urgent. Other mechanic shops tried to do this and that and this too so we would have ended up with thousands of dollars if we would have listened to them. Good that we found Morgan's:-)

Been part of the community for years, and I've been going there off and on for years. I take a break and maybe try out somewhere different. But have so far always found myself going back. They have a lot of those long time customers.

Morgans BP dud an outstanding job on my front and rear alignment, with a new ste of tires. It feels amazing to drive again! Please before you buy a set of tires ,get your alignments, it's well worth it and your tires will last longer.

I've been coming here for a couple years, having different things done and replaced on my vehicle. It's never been a bad experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable and nice people. Would definitely recommend.

Took in a mid size tractor tire for mystery leakage. The staff tried very hard to keep cost as low as possible and had me fixed up as quick as possible. I Appreciate their quick hard work to get me back in business. Thank you!

Went to get my truck inspected and was failed before it was put on the lift or looked at by the technician. They claimed that the tires were the reason it failed then promptly asked if I wanted to buy new or used tires. They obviously were trying to sell parts and failed me to price gouge me. After I told them I would accept the failure and take my chances at another shop, the technician put my truck on the lift and inspected the undercarriage. The owner, Johnny Morgan, and his wife were passive aggressive following my decision and tried to compel me to seek repairs. The technician claimed that there was damage to the front ball joints and that the control arms needed servicing. I simply paid the woman and tried to leave the business. Despite being polite and explaining that I didn t agree with their opinion but understood their reasoning, Johnny and his wife became defensive and kept claiming that it was because of safety standards, etc. I finally told them that I knew they were just trying to sell parts and then Johnny became irate and openly belligerent. He went so far as to threaten me with physical violence, but I simply smiled, said have a good day, and left.The next shop I went to told me my tires were in good condition and had 85% tread left and no signs of rot. Valve stem and rims were in great condition as well. He also took the time to inspect my control arms and ball joints and found them with only minimal wear. A new truck off the showroom floor should not, and did not, have the wear and tear that Morgan s technician claimed.Avoid this location if you don t want to get charged for unnecessary repairs and if you re getting a safety inspection, get a secondary option. Johnny will try to hold your inspection hostage to sell tires and parts.I ve passed inspection and am only out a few bucks at Morgan s but I feel that it is necessary that the community of Pinebluff and Aberdeen should be made aware of unscrupulous business prices. Price gouging and criminal negligence harms our community more that helping it.Inspection passed: September 26, 2019

Very nice and kind people. I was driving to Wilmington and a radiator hose busted on my car. I was luckily not far from their shop when this happened and got it there. They got me in with no appointment and got me back on the road.

The owner is a right-wing NUTJOB who never met a conspiracy theory he didn't like! My recommendation is that you take your vehicle ELSWHERE. Hard to place your trust in someone that unhinged.

Tooo expensive for no reason...bought a used tire and got charged $75 they claim it was a new tire which was some BS had it 1 week and air started coming out of it! So I really recommend some where else reasonable that won't lie!!!

Rude, classless, shade tree mechanics. Left black stains from their boots on my interior, and left dirt from their hands in my interior. When shown a problem about the repair (couldn't even pull out of the parking lot!) the owner started talking trash. AVOID this hole. You'd be better off finding someone working out of their garage. They don't care about you or your vehicle. Don't know how these clowns are still in business.
