We owned a Jeep Rubicon and took it here for service a few times. Service department is the bomb. Which makes me sad to leave a poor review, we sold our Rubicon to Leith and we were told since there was an active recall on it (that Jeep has not come up with a fix for yet) that they were legally not allowed to sell it on their lot. Therefore could absolutely not give us more money for it .. guess what is sitting in the lot for sale right now?! Yep! The jeep they said they could not sell! Hmmmmmm . Weird! I know it s ours since it had custom fog lights we installed. I understand not being able to get more from a used vehicle but don t lie to me. When I buy my daughter a jeep it will not be from here. I am giving the service department 5 stars for all the help they have given us. I went back and gave the sales side 2 stars for the above reasons! I would definitely take your jeep here for service but don t buy a car here!

I bought a brand new Dodge Challenger Hellcat from this dealership and made the worst buying and service experience in my life. No reply to messages or phone calls and after 6 weeks I still wait for the registration.Even the general manager was supporting their false statements.When you look for a reliable dealership to buy your new car this isn t the place to go.

Hands down one of the worse dealership service departments I have been to. While the people are friendly they do not explain anything.

Do not buy the oil change package or trust them doing anything once the warranty runs out they will feed you every line in the book why something is broke or not working correctly after their computer mechanics screw something up so they can get money out of youServices: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change
